The property looked very nice, but sadly after arriving, many things were not in working condition. The elevator and ice machine (on my floor) were both out of order. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was that it had a pool and a hot tub, but when we arrived, we found out the hot tub had either been removed or was never there. I spent more to stay here because it looked really nice and had amenities other options didn't, but it turns out I paid more for things that weren't there or working.

Hotel was okay. Front desk staff was not fantastic. The elevator didn't work and the staff didn't seem bothered at all by this. They didn't mention the broken elevator to me as they were checking me into the 3rd floor, so that was an unpleasant surprise. Apparently it had been broken for a while and I would have expected some apologies for my family having to carry our bags up all the flights of stairs but they didn't worry about apologies or friendliness in any case. I paid $200 for one night so that was rather expensive for apathetic staff and a broken elevator.

Great stay for a quick trip for school sports. The configuration of the room and how tight it felt would be uncomfortable for more than a night but go our plan, it was great! Only negative was the hotel pictures showed a hot tub with the pool and the hot tub was no where to be found.

The rooms were nice and staff friendly… unfortunately, the hotel elevators are broken (and have been broken since Christmas). This made things very inconvenient with a second floor room. We had to walk from one end of the building to the other, use stairs, and lug luggage. A sign at the front desk offered to refund our money, but this was too late to book another room in the area.

The room layout was interesting and unique though still nice, and spacious. Everything was nice and clean and visually appealing. The front desk clerks were super friendly and helpful. Relatively easy access and a short drive to dining options. My biggest criticism is the parking is rather limited, especially if you have a bigger vehicle or pulling a trailer.

For the price, we were very impressed with all that we were offered. There is a pool and a very good breakfast with lots of options. We had space for 6 of us to sleep comfortably in one room with a comfortable pull out couch. The pool was really cold and a little on the smaller side, but my kids didn't mind at all. The room itself was a little tiny, but it had lots of sleeping spaces which was the most important thing to us. It was all very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was personable, accommodating and on top of any request presented to them. The breakfast selection provided was quite good and the food area was always immaculate and continually replenished to accommodate guest. The only thing that would prevent me from staying here again would be no access to a hot tub.

Room was dirty--hair in the shower and crumbs in the bathroom. Breakfast was terrible-- we didn't show up late- over an hour b4 it was over and it was dirty and missing several food items. No coffee or juice cups. After about 15 minutes more cups arrived only to find out there was no coffee! It never came before we had to leave. "Sofa bed" in our king room was a glorified futon with no pillow for it. Won't stay again.

Bathroom floor had hair and dirt on it especially behind the door. The bag of bedding for the pullout couch was used. Staff apologized and brought a clean bag of bedding. Facility needs some TLC.

As a GM of a hotel I see things others don't pay attention to. Upon arriving inside the room I noticed the pool was so cloudy you could barely see the lights, that in itself is gross. The floors and elevators were also disgusting. As I see the front desk just sitting in a room on her phone, she could be tending to these things. The room was dusty and had loads of hair in the bathroom along the walls. The a/c had about a 2 inch gap from it and the wall, it was literally falling out. For the price you'd think it would be better.

This is a lovely hotel and I appreciate that it’s clean and very comfortable. However, the walls must be terribly thin all around. Voices from other rooms and hallway and also I80 traffic came through to keep me from a sound sleep. I need a tomb so I will try another hotel when I come back through. Otherwise, it was great.

The front desk girl was very unwelcoming, seemed annoyed she was even there. The beds are incredibly hard and uncomfortable, feels like a slab of cement. The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned as bears shavings had been left behind in the bathtub and the sink from I assume a past guest. What I will say is the women and man who ran the breakfast were so accommodating, so kind and friendly and just went above and beyond for all guests it seemed. Those are impeccable team members you should appreciate daily for their contribution to the hotel. They singlehanded saved the atmosphere of the hotel.

This location was great for me as I was visiting my daughter at LCCC which was about 7 min drive. Downtown Cheyenne & surrounding areas were easily accessed from this location. My room was nice & clean with plenty of space. Never bothered with free breakfast but the coffee was decent. NW facing room had some freeway traffic noise but not bad. Staff were friendly and engaging upon arrival. Had there been a bar or restaurant on site I might have hung out there some to socialize but not to be.

Very nice room with separate area that has couch & desk, breakfast was exceptional for a hotel breakfast. Everything was clean & looked to be new. The only problem was there was only very part time hot water. They did say they were aware & have plumbers trying to figure out the problem, so hopefully it will soon be repaired.
