Location is ideal if you plan on being in the downtown area. Very friendly and helpful staff at the front counter and bar. The hotel restaurant is very overpriced. Save some money and take a walk to other places. The showers need to be cleaned better. Be aware you will have a $50 per day extra fee added at the end of your stay. Overall I give it a good rating for convenience and friendly staff.

We spent 3 nights at the Hilton Branson Convention Center. The hotel was well upkept, clean, and beautiful. The upscale restaurant was very good and the bar attached to it was nice, but closed a bit early for our liking. The good news is that the area is full of other bars and eateries. The location could not have been better as it sits at the edge of Historic Downtown Branson and at the edge of a new outdoor mall overlooking Lake Tanneycomo. A 2nd Hilton is a part of the new mall...so, yes there are two Hiltons next door to each other. From what I could tell, I preferred the Convention Center Hilton. Back to the hotel itself, there is an indoor pool, outdoor pool, and workout facility. The hours of operation are very lengthy, so these pleasures can fit into virtually anyone's schedule.

OK hotel, no microwave inthe room, but available for rent. $15/day for self parking There is a chair in the corner, comfortable, but in the wrong corner to view tv or movie. Thougt for the price, there would be all conviences included, since when is a microvave not in the room.

This is a great hotel within walking distance to downtown and Branson Landing. We had a very comfortable room with a balcony to enjoy the nice view and weather. The Level 2 steakhouse was pricey but very much worth the it for a classy and delicious experience. The only downside is the bedding--basically a thick comforter between 2 sheets--I hate this!--but seems pretty typical for most hotels these days. Overall a great stay.

Facilities, lobby, pool and common areas were awesome, proximity to shopping, restaurants, etc. was fantastic, rooms needed updates badly, carpet had been replaced, but cabinetry, bathroom fixtures were original to building it appeared.

Great property. Minor issues in the room but nothing that degraded our stay. Will definitely be back. This property has both an indoor & outdoor pool. There's an outdoor firepit. Rooms are nice. The hotel is across the street from the Landing so there's plenty for all to do. The biggest disappointment was the poolside bar - advertises that it's open until 10pm however it shut down at 7pm on both Friday & Saturday night.

Female traveling alone- Clean and comfortable hotel and very safe. Staff was helpful and accommodating. You can’t beat the location, very walkable. I enjoyed the pools and hot tub. They offered extra amenities including plenty of drink chips for the bar and restaurant, and even restaurant credit, but because it had limited hours coupled with my full schedule, I didn’t get to use any of that. Honestly would have preferred free bottled water and a stocked minibar. If rooms got an update, this would make it a 5 star and worth the high price.

Great property. Room was awesome, proximity to attractions was best we could hope. On the negative side, bed was uncomfortable and another guest left bad item of “trash” that was there both nights we stayed, so staff missed it and the smell was horrible. First night was not necessary the hotel’s fault, but night 2 was. I reported it the next morning

Its right accrosed from the landing so you can do your shopping and just walk around. The things I didn't like about it is that it does not tell you anywhere they charge you $15 dollars a night to park. Something else is there was mold on the bottom of the curtains in our room.

I thought the area for this location was perfect. With the landing shopping mall, bass pro and other gift shops, it was an excellent location. I did have a few issues with this Hilton. The bathtub was not cleaned and my room smelt like wet dog upon arrival. Every time we left and came back it smelt like dogs. I understand that Hilton is a pet friendly location, but might be good to think about using certain floors for pets.

Nice property and staff was great but our room smelled like dirty feet, they moved us to another room and smelled just as awful, plus the room would not cool down, they have motion sensors on the thermostat so unless your in the room moving around it shuts off. They were supposed to send someone to our room to spray air freshener but they just walked down the hallway and sprayed it. We were one of several couple that left due to the same issues. We will not be back.

Used condom was found by our toddler as we were leaving the room to check out. So for the entire stay there was a condom under the edge of our bed…this is even after the room was “cleaned” 2 times by housekeeping while we were there. This is unacceptable and an unbelievable health hazard. Hoping and praying that our child remains healthy. I reported it to the front desk and they refunded the parking fees. I was and am still in shock over this and unsure of what else to do.

There was hair (plural) in the “clean” bedding along with a mystery smudge on one of the linens. The glass cups on the desk both had smudges on them. As I was getting ready to check out, I was looking out the window through the sheer curtain and looked down to notice there was MOLD on the bottom the sheer curtain. We were given a room that is handicap accessible (walk in/sit down shower) and the device that holds the shower head was cracked to the point that it doesn’t hold it up so I had to hold the shower head the entire time while showering.

Room had spider webs in 3 of the 4 corners. In-Room dining hung up on me and then kept phone off the hook. Couldn't order dinner. Front desk staff was great and polite and professional. Was supposed to get my valet charge waved, but it appears that I was charged anyways. Just not what I am used to from a Hilton property.

It’s a beautiful hotel. We had a great stay. We had top floor 1 bedroom suite. Room 1222. Everything was great but the first night there was a humming sound in the room that ran all night that made it miserable to fall asleep. The rest of the time seemed ok.

The few things that were minor issues. The tv remote didn't work very well. Only had a few channels selections. And it was locked so we weren't able to connect our roku. The bathroom sink had warm water coming out of the cold side. And a microwave in the room would have been handy.

This has been our go to spot for years. The beds and pillows have been, in the past, the best we have found in a hotel. However, that changed with this trip. The bed had a cheap spring mattress, which I can only speculate was an emergency replacement...it was not good. For 300 bucks a night you need to get the bedding right in my opinion.

Morgan was extremely helpful at the frontdesk and so kind. Michael jumped in to help with taking our luggage to the room. It was a lot with medical equipment.Wade and team at the steakhouse were great and it was Wade's first week. He went above and beyond and found me peppermint tea. Our room upon arrival smelled weird and we discovered the carpet by the bed was soaking wet from AC issues. I only discovered it after laying my suitcase on it and picking it up the bottom was soaked. Tim and Cassidy on the housekeeping team jumped into action, provided a blower and helped when my elderly mom had an accident in the bed. This property has amazing trained staff that aim to serve. While there at the pool my adult daughter (former lifeguard) saved a little girl who was actively drowning. Many of us witnessed it. The hotel staff found out and provided us with $100 off our stay.

First of all the staff that welcomed us really wasn’t friendly didnt smile didnt really tell me anything….we were there for a gymnastics meet at your own hotel convention and wouldnt even allow us an hour late check out time and the meet ran late….ever hotel ive ever stayed at for a gymnastics meet has always been accommodating and offered a discount because we were apart of the gymnastics meet….nothing…..i knew nothing about what the hotel offered they didnt ask if i had any questions im very disappointed and will not be returning for a stay there….id rather drive alil bit because the surrounding hotels offered a late check out which wouldve been nice

Over priced, extra charges as a surprise on day leaving not mentioned on line or during check in 30 dollars per day ( destination charge) Room not cleaned daily and when done one bed was not touched You call front desk no thing happens Every time you asked for your car and wait 10 minutes before you go down you discover that the valet has no idea you asked for it and this is 30 dollars per day service Room service food was bad and missing 2 items and have to call twice to remove these items from bill Definitely not using it again

Check in was slow. Was there for a large event so the hotel knew there was a large group checking in with only 2 workers (manager did end up coming to help though). So stood in line at least 15 minutes & room not even ready (was 5:30pm by this time). On the bright side, only waited 10 minutes before getting a call to go to front desk. HOWEVER, there were still about 50 people checking in. We do love this hotel though. Great location. Great pool area. Nice rooms. Will stay again.

Rude super rude people in the check in. We asked for a different room because room 1008 had the entire two days stay a strong chemical odor, not sure what that burn chemical smell was like. We had no choice but to use it, disappointed of a “Hilton”, and also of the charge after charge

Jeff at the front desk was amazing!! We got exactly what we wanted for the viewing of fireworks during the downtown 4th of July celebration. He was friendly and polite and made check in easy. Saw him the following morning and he recognized me and thanked me for staying. We will be back!! Thanks Jeff!!

The hotel is nice. The room is large and well appointed. Staff was friendly. Parking is incredibly inconvenient. You have to park and walk a solid half mile to get to your room. It is close to the railway, historic downtown and many other restaurants and shopping.

We stayed here to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The staff were all so nice, friendly and welcoming, from check in to check out! 2nd level steakhouse was delicious!! The staff at the bar were incredible. (Bonus: we were given tokens for 4 free drinks each) The room was very clean, the beds were insanely comfortable and we slept SO good!! They even decorated our beds with rose petals and swans... We will definitely stay here again! Only cons - the beds need a thicker comforter, we called and asked for extra blankets - there were no extra blankets in the room. The shower head was very aggressive - the water pressure was extremely harsh. Some small wear and tear/ cosmetic damages around the room that could use some TLC.

This was our first time to Branson. The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere, but we faced issues on our first night. The toilet didn't flush properly due to a loose handle which we fixed by opening the top and tightening the handle. We received four wooden tokens for two seasonal drinks each evening, but when we ordered Mistletoe drinks, the waiter said the tokens were only valid for a "polar" drink that wasn't on the menu nor mentioned. We arrived at 6:45 for Christmas dinner, they were out of the meat we wanted: Prime Rib. My husband tried to oerder a drink and they were also out of Crown Royal. They were booked so I am not sure why they were short. The beds were comfortable with plush pillows, but we found black stains on the sheets and a hole in one. The $30 daily "Destination fee" and $15 self-parking charge felt excessive. Although we were told the tokens and two $10 coupons would offset the fee, the drink tokens were not accepted. The biggest inconvenience was the lack of charging stations in the room; after forgetting our wall plug, we had to return to our car to charge devices instead of relaxing in the noisy child filled lobby. We are Hilton Honors members.
