Stayed 1 night

Strangest place I have ever stayed. Had to wander around the place, everything locked. Called the number on the sign and a lady gave me a code to enter the building and a code to get into our room. The kitchen area was open, I put my things into the refrigerator but when I returned the kitchen was locked so I couldn’t get my drinks and food out of the fridge. No one around…. Bought more water and snacks in town for that evening. Waited until close to Check out the next day hoping someone would return to open the kitchen, had to climb over a half wall to get into the kitchen to get my things. Never saw anyone but the kitchen door was closed and locked twice during my stay….

Pros: convenient location on north end of Main Street, located near shops downtown and very walkable. Rooms were cute, decorated well. Staff responsive to calls/requests. Cons: if you are looking for a quiet place to stay, don’t recommend. Loud during business hours, road/people noise. Popular gelato shop in the court with outside seating, loud. Wood floors in hotel, loud especially stairs. Room doors are loud opening and closing. Old windows with no screens and not sound proof, basically you can here everything if you are in a court facing room (can’t speak for the ) others Neutral: keurig in lobby with coffee tea, water cooler with water and ice, no other amenities really. A bottle of water in the room would be nice. Maybe another trash can other than tiny one in bathroom. Check in is easy with code to front door and room. Paperwork signed on line, there is no front desk or staff to speak to on the property. While convenient seems impersonal. Says to purchase parking permit to park in front lot which I did but never got permit. Luckily vehicle was fine. Not sure worth the extra $12, there is parking in back. Not sure I would stay here again for reasons of noise but just a personal preference.

We wanted to use the fridge in the kitchen, but it was locked. We were only there one night so didn’t bother to figure it out.

I had no idea that you had to wait until after 3pm to get a code to be able to get into the front door and your room since there was no person at all inside. I called the phone # on the outside board and that person found the code for me since I did not get any info from expedia until much later. There was not a refrigerator to use.
