Our stay at Tru was very nice, there are not in room amenities, but everything is available in the lobby, rooms are basic, beds and pillows were great with a tv that worked. They had an electric car charger, it required an app and Cameron an employee came outside and helped me hook up to it . The breakfast was nice, employees very kind and helpful , great stay for the money . Also had a nice work out room .

The hotel is new. The staff is super friendly. It's clean, and the room is very nice. The mattress is very comfortable, and I slept well. The TV is a good size and is a smart TV, so it offers other apps to watch. I wasn't sure if it has free Wi-Fi or not because I didn't use it. I liked that there's always good coffee and free tea in the lobby, as well as various snacks and drinks to buy.

We had a good experience at Tru Hilton . It’s a modern style hotel. Super new . Just opened recently. The lobby is bright, welcoming, and full of energy, which instantly made us feel relaxed. Our room was super clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family stay. The kids loved the pool table and the variety of board games! This facility was only open about three months when we stayed in October of 2025. Everything was new and clean. The staff was friendly and obviously well trained. We travel through this area several times a year. We will stay here again!

Hotel seemed almost new - great spaces, furniture, equipment throughout. Only downside to my stay was the outside noise transmission thru the room's window - could literally hear every car, truck, motorcycle passing by on nearby I-95. Thankfully found a 10-hr loop video of white noise on YouTube so I could've actually sleep at night

Had a most enjoyable stay here. Was just for one night, first Friday night in February. They have a good continental breakfast buffet. Room was very clean and updated. King size bed was very comfortable. No complaints, reasonable price, highly recommend, would definitely stay here again.

Most everything was fine except for some awful motor or piece of equipment outside my room that was constantly cycling on and off all night. Sounds like a Skil saw or semi truck. I was in room 207.

Hotel was brand new it seems, comfortable but got up to take a hot shower this morning to ease my aching bones from driving 9 hours but NO HOT WATER. Needless to say, I won’t be staying there again the girl at the front desk just seemed to not care

We enjoyed our stay here but had just 2 things that I think would make it a better experience. The water in the showers doesn’t get hot enough. It only reaches a warm temperature. The coffee at breakfast kept running out and we had to ask for it to be refilled.
