The hotel looks nice but a bit run down. Breakfast was nice and the staff that serve the food are very polite. However alot of other staff members are rude. When I arrived I booked a family room for four people. There were only two towels in the room when I asked for some more towels, they told me two was enough. They then reluctantly gave me one more towel. I then wanted to use the gym. When i asked one of the staff to open the gym door for me. She told me she was eating and I should come back in an hour. I told her I had paid for the gym and I would like to use it and she still told me she is eating and I should come back even though the gym was meant to be open. The hotel rooms are not cleaned to a high standard. So with that and rude staff, its just not worth the hassle .

This hotel is a good option if you don’t want to stay in the Medina. The breakfast room is amazing. The pool seems great although they are doing some work construction next to it. I bet it will look amazing in a few months. I found that all the employees were very kind and helpful. Receptionist, front desk agent, doorman, people at breakfast room. The room was clean and very comfortable. It has a cute balcony. I would recommend it.

We had issues prior to arriving- the hotel didn’t respond to Expedia to assist or resolve. The breakfast was an absolute joke- to the point I would rather miss having breakfast and just go out for dinner, rather than risk the stale limited choice. We paid for a dinner buffet- there was no buffet, it was a choice of one of two options for starters main and desserts. Again overpriced and tasteless. Also you are not allowed to order takeaways to the hotel or bring food (despite the fact if you try and order room service or attend the pool bar there is no service as they are busy watching football). We won’t be coming back and I wouldn’t recommend. Waste of money and poor service.

L'Hotel était très excellent( chambre triple avec 3 lits). La restauration, repas super, par contre l'eau facturé 3 euros la bouteille 1.5l d'eau( sachant que la superette d'a coté ca coute 6DRM, le café le soir, 3€ aussi!!!! Pour la piscine, pas toujours de serviettes de disponible. Le transfert via l'hotel pour 3 personnes, facturé 30€! le retour, j'ai pris un taxi privé qui a pris, 15€ ( moitié prix pour 3 personnes)

The Hotel is ok .The staff are great and really helpful. From reception staff,to the chefs ,servers ,and the security staff there were all very helpful. The rooms could do with updating and the Poole is 1,8 m only small section is for kids snd is 0.5 m wich is not great for children to play around. Overall is value for money if you need to stay night or 2 .

Godt hotel i udkanten af byen. Tæt på restauranter og gåafstand fra centrum. Dejlig tagterrasse på 6. sal med pool, bar, udsigt og solsenge. Pæne og rene værelser, og god lokal morgenmad.

points positifs : le petit déjeuner est bien et varié, il y a une piscine pour se rafraîchir et le personnel est disponible Points négatifs : pas de bouteille d’eau à disposition dans les chambres, le ménage n’est pas très bien fait (sur un séjour de 5j le sol n’a pas été lavé les traces de pieds des enfants après la piscine étaient toujours visibles sur le sol, toilettes non nettoyées au quotidien, poussière toujours présente, je voyais simplement la femme de ménage faire le lit). Il fallait toujours batailler avec la femme de ménage pour avoir des serviettes propres (chambre de 4 ils nous ont mis que 2 serviettes, il fallait insister pour en avoir 2 autres), elle récupérait les serviettes dans la chambre le matin et ne les remplaçait qu’en fin de journée ??? Des gens à la piscine s’en sont également plaint.

Pour commencer les employés sont tous adorables très serviable et à l'écoute des clients il n'y a absolument rien à leur reprocher les chambres ont des meubles cassés personnellement je ne trouve pas ça très dérangeant ce qui en revanche m'a dérangé c'est de trouver plusieurs cafards dans ma chambre j'ai une très grosse phobie des insectes j'en ai trouvé un premier et sur la fin de mon séjour j'en ai découvert plusieurs petits bébés cafards sur les fenêtres bien évidemment au vu de ma paranoïa légendaire j'ai eu énormément de mal à me reposer durant mon séjour à cause de cet incident j'ai acheté plusieurs bons insecticides et j'en mettais partout je ne pouvais pas ouvrir la terrasse j'en ai même retrouvé un mort d'ailleurs alors que je suis au 4e étage dans la terrasse cela fait 3 ans que je viens dans cet hôtel c'était donc la quatrième fois j'ai l'habitude de passer des longs ces jours mais il ne m'était encore jamais donné de voir ce type d'insecte dans les chambres après je n'avais encore jamais séjourner dans cette partie là de l'hôtel c'était la première fois car habituellement on me donne une chambre que j'affectionne mais cette fois-ci apparemment ce n'était pas possible. Les agents d accueil kamel et amel sont aux top... Le seul petit bemol est qu on est loin du centre ville 25 minutes a pieds... C est ce qui fait son calme... Rapport qualité prix excellent... Très bon rapport qualité prix la piscine sur la terrasse est très agréable , les chambres sont très bien nettoyées les dames de chambres sont adorables et à efficaces ( salima du premier étage) . Le personnel a l’accueil est très serviable et agréable je reviendrai volontier dans cet hôtel très bien située

Hot water is a big problem. I had to complain twice. The water is like warm .All in all it is okay for a budget We had to take a bus, not far from the hotel to Jemma Al Fana square. Many options to eat around this hotel.

Staff are friendly enough but hotel is quite tired and needs a refurbishment. Quite a few issues with hot water - it takes 10 minutes of running the shower to get hot! Breakfast generally good and staff very helpful and attentive.

Nous avons du changer 3 fois de chambre soit du au bruit extérieur, soit pour le bruit du moteur de la piscine toute la nuit qui ne nous laisse pas doemir. Il n'y a pas de peignoir dans les chambres comme indiqué, les serviettes sont vétuste. Baignoir pas très propre.. En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner si vous arrivez à 9h il risque de ne plus avoir grand chose. Malheureusement ce qui est proposé de relève pas vraiment de la gastronomie du Maroc. Le repas du soir, décevant on mange sans goût pas d'assaisonnement pour les salades qui sont les mêmes de la veille. Pas de choix dessert, on nous sert des gâteaux pour café au lieu de fruit de saison.. Je préfère ajouter dans le prix d'un hôtel 4 ou 5 étoiles. Gastronomie à revoir. On a eu des pastilla poisson pensant se régaler, ils ont du verser une boite de sel... Immangeable... D''ailleurs c' était que du vermicelle pas de crevette, ni calamar.. Rien... Sans oublier la conduite catastrophique...

points positifs : le petit déjeuner est bien et varié, il y a une piscine pour se rafraîchir et le personnel est disponible Points négatifs : pas de bouteille d’eau à disposition dans les chambres, le ménage n’est pas très bien fait (sur un séjour de 5j le sol n’a pas été lavé les traces de pieds des enfants après la piscine étaient toujours visibles sur le sol, toilettes non nettoyées au quotidien, poussière toujours présente, je voyais simplement la femme de ménage faire le lit). Il fallait toujours batailler avec la femme de ménage pour avoir des serviettes propres (chambre de 4 ils nous ont mis que 2 serviettes, il fallait insister pour en avoir 2 autres), elle récupérait les serviettes dans la chambre le matin et ne les remplaçait qu’en fin de journée ??? Des gens à la piscine s’en sont également plaint.

A notre arrivée le réceptionniste ne trouvait pas notre réservation, après nous avoir fait attendre un temps interminable ce dernier nous a demandé de régler la chambre alors que nous avions déjà payé lors de la réservation en ligne. A notre grande surprise la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas (pas terrible pour un mois de juillet où il fait en moyenne 40 degrés). Après une nuit blanche, le nouveau réceptionniste nous a indiqué que son collègue s’était trompé et qu’il nous avait attribué une mauvaise chambre. Je vous laisse imaginer le calvaire à peine arrivé à Marrakech après 3h30 de vol! Pour finir le petit déjeuner présenté sous forme de buffet était d’un niveau plus que médiocre (jus d’orange coupé à l’eau, croissanteries molles, pas de beurre…). Quel accueil pitoyable pour un hôtel 4 étoiles filantes que qualifierai de marchand de sommeil.

We had issues prior to arriving- the hotel didn’t respond to Expedia to assist or resolve. The breakfast was an absolute joke- to the point I would rather miss having breakfast and just go out for dinner, rather than risk the stale limited choice. We paid for a dinner buffet- there was no buffet, it was a choice of one of two options for starters main and desserts. Again overpriced and tasteless. Also you are not allowed to order takeaways to the hotel or bring food (despite the fact if you try and order room service or attend the pool bar there is no service as they are busy watching football). We won’t be coming back and I wouldn’t recommend. Waste of money and poor service.

An ok hotel for the price paid. However, you can get a better place to stay in the vicinity with £10-£15 more per night. In terms of service - for a family of 4, we were only provided two towels as this is kind of their policy. I had to ask at least 10 times for 2 more towels. They don’t allow any take away food in hotel room which was a surprise considering apart from single ok state highly expensive restaurant, there are no much options to eat in the hotel. Room was in ok condition.

This hotel is a good option if you don’t want to stay in the Medina. The breakfast room is amazing. The pool seems great although they are doing some work construction next to it. I bet it will look amazing in a few months. I found that all the employees were very kind and helpful. Receptionist, front desk agent, doorman, people at breakfast room. The room was clean and very comfortable. It has a cute balcony. I would recommend it.

Nous avons du changer 3 fois de chambre soit du au bruit extérieur, soit pour le bruit du moteur de la piscine toute la nuit qui ne nous laisse pas doemir. Il n'y a pas de peignoir dans les chambres comme indiqué, les serviettes sont vétuste. Baignoir pas très propre.. En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner si vous arrivez à 9h il risque de ne plus avoir grand chose. Malheureusement ce qui est proposé de relève pas vraiment de la gastronomie du Maroc. Le repas du soir, décevant on mange sans goût pas d'assaisonnement pour les salades qui sont les mêmes de la veille. Pas de choix dessert, on nous sert des gâteaux pour café au lieu de fruit de saison.. Je préfère ajouter dans le prix d'un hôtel 4 ou 5 étoiles. Gastronomie à revoir. On a eu des pastilla poisson pensant se régaler, ils ont du verser une boite de sel... Immangeable... D''ailleurs c' était que du vermicelle pas de crevette, ni calamar.. Rien... Les photos de l’établissement sur internet ne reflète pas la réalité je suis très déçu arrivé sur place par rapport aux photos pour le buffet du petit déjeuner trop nul tous les jours la même chose le seul point positif dans cet hôtel censé le personnel il sont trop gentil et à l’écoute et serviable

Property looks very dated/old. The pictures in the website is not the actual representation of the property. Which I think is very dishonest way to grab clients to stay in this hotel. Staff and cleanliness of the place very good. Very attentive and helpful staff! This are the only 2 things I like. Amenities just okay, the rooftop space is very small. Pool area very small too, it gets crowded easily. Breakfast very mid.. I will not recommend or stay in this hotel again.

The breakfast and the pool side ammenity were the bright spots. The shower head was broken and they wouldn't get it repaired even after front desk said that they did. No iron in the rooms.
