Quality Inn Columbia I-65

Person checking us in was very nice. The fact that you do not have an elevator to the second floor is ridiculous! The bathroom was nasty and the breakfast area was very dirty the next day. I would remove the “ Quality “ from your name and just call it “ Inn “.

The pool was very clean, my kids enjoyed swimming in the pool! The beds were soft and comfortable!

Room was clean. Facilities adequate. Not the Plaza but decent. Heated pool decent gym.

No elevator, ice machines broke, no soap, very little breakfast choices, pool closed, lights flickering, halls smell like smoke, unclean!

Pool was to hot. They need more people working during breakfast.

OMG never again. Load fighting, yelling in the night, Load music 1/2 might, elevator broke, pool closed.

The hotel was run down quite a bit. Overhead lighting was out in several areas. Staff wasn’t very personable on check in. Check out lady was very nice. Towels were stained. Hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. Floors were dirty in the room. The mattress was old and uncomfortable! No elevator to carry luggage up to the room (which was a lot since we were there for 3 days) Not a pleasant stay and got no rest. The only thing that was nice was the water pressure in the dirty shower.

Stained bed sheets with blood, hair food. We had to make our own bed on the pullout. Only 2 towels for a room booked for 4. Said they didn’t have extra pillows for the pullout so took from another room. Pool was green. Owner had their dog there when no pets are allowed. TV remote didn’t work and their suggestion was to move our room (while our kids were already asleep) or wait till the next day to reprogram the remote. The manager on seemed genuinely upset with the pictures I took of the sheets and said we would get a full refund as we had to pack up our sleeping kids at midnight after a long day visiting family. But we still haven’t gotten the refund. Also 5 of their security camera were out and visible at the front desk so people knew where they could do wrong.

From the moment we walked in the staff was really friendly and nice! It’s a quiet hotel and you hardly know anyone is there! Really enjoyed my stay and if we are in the area again will stay here. The only downfall of the hotel is no elevator. But other than that great place! :)

Stayed here due to close proximity to interstate, but it was the only thing great about the stay. When we got there, the first room still had dirty towels on the floor. Requested a new one. The staff was great about getting a new room quickly. The new room was even worse off. The tub wouldn’t drain. The ceiling was leaking from the floor above and had black mold forming. The linens smelled clean, but were stained in places.

The blankets had stains on them. One looked like urine and the other brown, hate to think what it was. Nephew in other room said he thinks he had blood on his blanket

Shower pressure was excellent! Room for most part was clean. Bugs in light of bathroom and above sink. Dead roach on floor day we left. Think the bathroom floor could be scraped to get rid of grout spots. Would look nicer.

The back parking lot had broken glass near the entrance door in the back. The inside of the back entrance was in need of some deep cleaning. The room was lacking cleanliness. The floor was sticky and furniture was dusty. We will not stay in the future.

The bathroom floors were dirty, hair in corners and visible dirt. Floors were also very clearly not clean. Our floors were dirty after walking on floors. Pool is gross. This hotel is insanely overpriced and a trap for the money. Do not stay here.

Nice clean comfy beds. Bathroom floors were dirty. But scheduling at the last minute this was our only choice so we were happy to have a room!

The beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked fantastic. No elevator was an issue.

The motel is clean and appears to be new. There were a lot of families with children under 10 years of age. There always seemed to a child making noise in the hallway. The doors do not have any type of weather proof around the door edges which let in sound and a good deal of hallway light at night. I don’t think I would stay at this place because of the kids.

We had a great stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was accommodating, friendly, and nice. The room was dated, bright and you could hear a lot of surrounding sounds. But overall we had a nice stay.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Convenient area, could walk to restaurants and convenience store. Didn’t like: no carpet, bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way, room door lock very hard to engage.

Breakfast was your normal carb breakfast. Danish, waffle, toast...they did offer sausage link. I like that the roo.s are not carpeted.

The pictures of the hotel and rooms were not at all like those posted on their website. I felt unsafe as the door didn't "seal" completely.

We booked two rooms at this hotel because the Best Western rates were so much higher, but we would have been better off there. First off, the air conditioning was not turned on—anywhere. The hallways were stifling and so were our rooms, on a 90-plus degree day. Took all night to really get comfortable. The air conditioning unit worked, but evidently had been leaking for some time, so the room smelled like mildew. The desk had no chair. There was shampoo, conditioner and lotion but no soap. The bathroom door did not latch properly. The second room had a faucet handle that fell off with use. It also had a broken safety bar on the door. The only things to recommend this place are that it was clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable, but I would never stay here again unless the owners make more of an effort to improve things.

I left personal property and they refused to return items they stated no one stole anything I almost called the police. Breakfast time I almost ate molded bread. The WiFi signal is very very poor please don’t stay here. My children kept telling me the housekeepers would give them mean looks.

The property location was excellent. However, looks like they tried to renovate but who ever did the job for them rushed and a lot was broken in the rooms. Example…. First room very old A/C unit mold dirty floors bathroom door was way too small and shower rod was hanging on by 2 screws. 2nd rm much better and clean. However bathroom door entirely way too big wouldn’t close. No cord on phone to call them. Other than that. Staff was very accommodating and very helpful!!!

It was a convenient location for my meetings and a good price. However, light bulbs were missing; bathroom tissue holder was old and broken; and air-condition cover fell off. EXTREMELY noisy! Very thin walls! Loud noise from ajoining rooms and hallways! Very difficult to sleep at night.

It was a good hotel for our team to stay and the night shift front desk worker was very helpful and friendly.

Independent ownership, they use the name but it is actually a franchise. Room was semi decent, pool was cold, food was meh. Went to ask for towels and was given a lecture by the guy at the desk about how there is some state law and I needed to not use the sign on the door for do not disturb. He gave me a thread bare towel and no bath mat. We decided to leave and find other accommodation and I asked if we could get the lat night refunded cause we were checking out and he again tried to lecture me and I had to get my husband cause he was threatening in his tone. While we were packing our car he stood outside our door and our daughter’s door who paid separately and was trying to harass her. We all left and he called and harassed my daughter on the phone till she hung up on him. I have never had this kind of experience in my life. I have traveled all over the country and this was the nightmare. We were out of town for my mother in laws funeral. The trip was sad and this made it a nightmare. If you are looking for a place to stay, this is not it. Do not think to take kids to this place, unacceptable NO STARS!

The staff was very welcoming and very professional. Id recommend to anyone to stay here n ill be bavk to stay. Meg the manager was very nice and understanding. Always worked with me. Thanks for an incredible stay.

Right off of hwy65 with food and fuel options....low price with above average facility....check in and overnight staff were great...this will be our overnight stop for Florida trips from now on...

This was a nightmare trip to say the least first off I got a room with a jacuzzi yeah I was wrong there are two different king bed suites that are labeled the same in room choices one has a jacuzzi the other don’t same price but that’s not the bad part when I checked out the lady told me she was doing A audit so it would take a hour I said ok left my card and left then a hour later I notice my card charged several times for the room again I called she started yelling you need to resolve this now I kept asking what email or phone number I could send proof too she would hang up to the point of 2 hours later and twenty charges to my card and her repeated refusal to hear I had paid in full with proof I had to call the cops when she threatened to call and have me arrested for theft of services finally a officer called me I was able to show in fact it was paid on arrival even when she called to apologize I said maam all you had to do was give somewhere to send proof or answer the phone for Expedia she again started screaming they never called me your lying I hung up if not for the awesome police force in Columbia I would have went to jail for something I paid for

Front desk person was helpful when we had a problem with temp in room. Moved is easily.

I love it here except the maid service the last 2 days was terrible. No toilet paper and turned my air off and opened my curtains on a downstairs room. I came back to a hot room .

check in took a ;long time.. People at the desk could not find my reservation. very inept One small bar of soap for shower and sink. to share with two people. Shower was very unsafe. No bars to grap on to and the bottom of the tub was slick, we did not take a shower

Clean and within easy access of multiple restaurants and gas stations. The surrounding area is safe and clean.

Bed slept pretty good. Area is quiet but right off the interstate. Would definitely recommend staying if on a budget. Not much of a breakfast though.

Good place when just passing through to have a decent sleep.

My stay was very affordable and the staff were kind and helpful. The water heater was upgraded during my stay. There are no sidewalks anywhere near the hotel, so note that you'll need a car to get around. The windows also cannot be opened (at least in the room that I stayed in), so turn on the fan in the rooms if you want some additional ventilation. The rooms are not soundproof at all, but I didn't have any issues as most of the guests staying there were quiet. I expected a rough stay given the price and some previous reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed my time there, with no major issues.

Like the location of the property to the interstate. Property needs some work done to it it’s in need of a upgrade

Room service every day and close to my job plenty of places to eat in walking distance, but the parking lot is a little small

It was easy on/off highway. It was a good place to break up our road trip. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Television options was weak.

Nothing special was just a place to stay on our way to a cabin

Convenient place to stay when in the southern Nashville area.

There was no hot water for shower called about it but no answer, at breakfast there were no utensils for waffels> a Desk person was laying on the couch looking at his phone he only had spoons ,

It was by far the worst “ breakfast” we have ever had at any hotel ever. Coffee was terrible, “eggs” were the worst, tastes like sawdust. No fruit, out of yogurt. No concern at all from staff.

The only thing I would complain about was the breakfast bar. There was no protein only carbs available. My room was quiet, clean and served my purpose. The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful.
