Pool area could use better ventilation and updating. The floor needs to be cleaned. Better security measures around it too.

Front desk staff was very friendly. Bed was comfortable and clean The room was very nice, but the bathroom door go stuck on the tile, the doors and some parts of the walls were tore up mostly by the door. It didnt effect our stay. The bathroom was in rough shape by the shower mostly due to no ventilation. The ceiling was cracked and had mildew spots all over. The pool was on the smaller side, went to 4ft and was warm. You will most definitely hear the highway at all hours of the day. Breakfast was a little disappointing. This could mostly be related to the staff member in charge of breakfast that morning. The applejuice was out, pancakes were low, she poured regular coffee in the decaf to "fill" the decaf instead of making more, the eggs were lumped together. When we went down there was still 2 hours of breakfast left so it wasnt right before it was done. My husband did not like the coffee. Overall the things that mattered it was clean, comfortable and functional.

It was great! So much better than Treasure Bay Casino Hotel in Biloxi, MS! At lease I got to take a HOT shower! I had no Hot water at Treasure Bay. The staff at check in at Holiday Inn was super nice. Pool was indoor. Only thing bad is when there was 8 kids in the pool was it was very loud with the kids screaming. They are trying their best to remodel. You can see by the bad job on painting in the bathroom at the baseboards and the molding part. Other than that my stay was 200% better and cheaper than staying at the Treasure Bay!!!

No hot water. The hotel was nice but a warm shower would’ve been nice. Very good pool and a nice selection of snacks.

Breakfast needs help but everything else was very nice . Very fast check in which I loved didn't have to wait on them to enter everything when I got there. Plindoor pool was nice a warm .

This is mostly a good hotel, but It seems like it is in the middle of an upgrade and still selling rooms, even though they are not finished. We asked for a 1st floor room, and the nice lady at the desk gave it to us, but the e-key wouldn't open the door. She gave us 4 sets of keys to keep trying, but none of them would open it. She tried to call the manager several times, but with no answer. Finally she asked if we'd agreed to a 3rd floor room and we did. That room had some of the worst workmanship I've seen in a Holiday Inn. It was warm and quiet and the shower was excellent, as was the morning breakfast. Here are my comments for management: the TP roll and towel holder were half pulled out of the wall. The bathroom wall by the sink was never smoothed. The tile around the floor was in bad shape, and the front door wasn't properly aligned in the opening. The TV had never been used, because I couldn't get any channels. Finally figured out that I need to go to the menu and do an initial setup on the TV, then it found the channels and worked fine. The wall covering in the hallway is concealing bumps and bulges in the wall that should have been fixed before the covering was applied. The contractors who did this work apparently had no quality control, and the hotel management has apparently not checked any of this before renting out that room. I hope this is taken as constructive criticism to help them recover something from the contractors.

Convenient location, well lit after dark. Room was clean and neat with great amenities. The on-site washer and dryer was a huge plus. Staff was friendly and helpful.

nothing really unique. have stayed at this property several times over the year and it has slowly gone downhill. The checkin person was new on the job, which I can understand but really didn\'t try to accomodate our request for adjoining rooms because "they were full". I doubt that everyone had already checked into the motel at the time we were checking in. Could have been the case but seemed unlikely. The pool area was so hot and humid we could not really stay in there very long. Breakfast buffet was adequate and had lots of choices, however the quality of the products was not that good.

We had issues with the blinds in the handicapped rooms, had to move twice, and take a standard room, with no support for accessibility. had other issues with facilities including restrooms, and supplies. They were nice but never actually fixed anything after the first days moves. Should have discounted the room after all the issues? I called them, and they said they would "discuss it with a manager" but nothing??? Staff was great, but the overall situation was not good???

This hotel was the cleanest I have ever been in. It was spotless and I am very picky. Was a wonderful stay. Sheets are so soft breakfast was delicious.

The room was great but the bathroom horrible. Loose tile on the floor, missing tile base but the worst was the moldy caulk and black mold under the grab bar. I felt like I was staying at a super 8 or something. Everything except the bathroom was wonderful.

The hotel was in a convenient area for our visit and was reasonably priced. The staff was great, check in and out was quick and easy and it had a decent breakfast. Our room looked nice and was clean and comfortable but the bathroom was another story. You could tell there was definite ventilation and moisture issues. There was mold and mildew stains around the tub, mildew on the ceiling and the tile border around the floor were falling off and were no longer attached and had just been leaned against the wall. We only stayed 1 night and was only in the room long enough to change, leave then come back and sleep so we didn’t make a huge deal about it and request a new room. I did hear another couple talking about the mildew in their bathroom when they were leaving so I can assume if we did move we would have had the same issue. If they were to get the bathroom issues fixed and updated it would really be a nice place to stay.

Extremely clean, well kept property

Mold on ceiling bathroom. Bathtub spout would pull out of wall when turning on shower. A/C worked amazing. Breakfast was decent. Tv screen had lines and white pixels while on when watching.

Over stay was good. However, the toilet set was falling off the toilet. The iron was used previously and there was plastic melted on the bottom of iron. There were stains in the carpet. Notice caulking was not place appropriately in the bathroom area. Need to upgrade television service. Otherwise it was ok stay but not for the price. They were doing some upgrades throughout the building but would suggest a new contractor for the job. I like Holiday Inn but it seems they are still back in COVID area….Breakfast was limited and not freshly looking. Staff were polite and courteous. Would not recommend this establishment to for their stay. They need to get back on what made them so successful and it’s not what I saw on this trip. Have a great day….😀

Nice property. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were large, well appointed and clean. Rooms were showing their age a little. Breakfast was decent with hot and cold options. Would stay again.

Everything was good except for the noise from kids above us and down the hall. Too bad you can’t put families on one side of the hotel or first floor at least. The stomping and running interrupted our ability to sleep after a long day of driving.

We have stayed in Holiday Inn Express multiple times and always enjoyed it. This time it was over $170, and terrible. Room was nice and clean, but there was no hot water. I've taken hotter showers in an RV! TV did not work. The cable did not have a screw on connection. Just a white wire loosely attached. Because of this, the picture froze. Tried calling the front desk, and the phone must have had a short in it. Could not complete the call to the front desk. Went downstairs, and was offered another room, but my wife was already in bed and mad that she couldn't shower. We have an early morning, so I'm positive we will be gone before the GM arrives. This was terrible!

Everything was perfect, staff very friendly and even let us check in a little early sin e we had been driving 12 hrs.

Great stop during travel. No one was at the front desk during check in, another traveler had been waiting for 20 minutes. Clerk finally came back, other traveler was not very nice, Clerk said she was the only one here and had to repair a blind with tape. This is not right.

My check in was the fastest ever in my life! The room was quiet and the bed very comfy. The breakfast was well stocked and clean. Checkout was easy and fast also. I will stay here again
