Sleep Inn & Suites Columbia I-65

Unfriendly staff from the moment we walked in. We were informed the hot water heater was broken and not given any work-around or solution. No discount or apology. There were broken TVs, empty boxes, and wall trim all over the hallway, including blocking the door to one of our rooms. Parts of the bathroom hardware, cabinet hardware, and other trim were broken. Carpets were stained and disgusting. Our keycards stopped working after about 12 hours. Staff never asked if they could help with the inconveniences or even apologized for the problems with our stay. Really unfortunate we had to spend two nights there.

Property was clean enough. But our room was right next the ice and vending, the toilet wobbled, their hot water heater was broken (which we were warned about at check in) and the breakfast was pretty disappointing. Ok stay if you don’t expect much.

No hot water, bathroom floor was sticky,

Water was out. Have not been able to get my money back.

The room was not clean, the hot water heater was not working, and it is out of the way.
