The jacuzzi suite had been freshly updated. Nice kitchenette, and newer floors. We very much enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi tub. The buffet breakfast was way below average, even for a free hotel breakfast. The pool was closed. The front lobby was cluttered with boxes and building materials. The "fitness facility" only had 4 machines in it. 3 of them were broken. Staff was very nice. We've stayed here a number of times in the past 10 years, so we've noted the slow decline and disrepair of this hotel. Hopefully, if a few repairs and some maintainence happens, and a little more attention is paid to detail, we might conside staying again in the future.

Hotel was located in a nice area close to plenty of food options. It was a 10-15 minute drive to downtown depending on exactly where you were headed. Breakfast was nice. Unfortunately some amenities were unavailable for a large portion of our stay (wi-fi/television).

The hotel is under construction with dumpsters and storage pods around the property. Furniture piled in common areas. A broken air conditioner sitting in the middle of the hall. There is a general sense that the hotel is low on linen. No sheet was in our room for our pull out couch. Only two bath towels per room for 4. The pool had no towels at all. We had to ask and call for each of these items and waited up to 30 min for delivery.

Had a great family stay. Clean and comfortable. Looked the proximity to the highway but far enough away that it wasn't noisy. Staff were fantastic and helpful always. Breakfast was great. Appreciated that their pool was under construction so they offered up the pool at a neighbouring hotel across the street.

Staff are wonderful. Property is under renovations, and desperately needs it. Should be at a huge discount, instead of $900 for three nights. Even the gym is bad. Missing weights and only one treadmill works. The included breakfast was awful. Only went once. The staff at the breakfast were so great though, even though the food was bad. Waffle maker was broken. The motel is dirty and old. Wouldn’t stay here again.

We were not told this hotel is under renovation at the time of booking. We did not receive the room we booked and although the exact room we booked was available on the website we’re not offered the room we wanted. We were given a cot bed as an alternative. Rooms were nicely renovated, however floors were dirty from renovation. Breakfast was not as advertised and times not provided. All food cleared out by 930 am, very early! We had to try and get our teens something else. Check in was pleasant, but after that I rarely saw anyone available at the front desk. We had no housekeeping although definitely saw someone in the halls. Not even towels refreshed. Stayed two nights. I hope the renovations finish soon, this property has promise but needs some serious work to communicate with guests more clearly, better effort to clean rooms even during renovation and customer service.

It was centrally located handy to everything in London. The room wasn't cleaned properly...dirty cups in the cupboard...dirty soaker tub...dirt rings around it so we were unable to use it. I didn't come to a hotel to have to clean before I used the amenities. The other rooms were filled with noisy kids..running up and down the halls until 1am on Saturday night. No supervision of them. I won't be staying here again.

They were extremely short staffed. Our room was not thoroughly cleaned, as a pet friendly hotel & there was a lot of dog hair throughout the room. The staff who were there, were friendly & doing their best. However, they were unable to provide bedding for the second bed in the room. We ended up getting only 2 flat sheets at 9pm. No fitted sheet, no blanket. There was also a towel shortage & we were unable to get more than 3 towels for a 4-person occupancy room.

Bathroom wasn’t supplied with toilet paper. Kitchen was filthy. Dirty cups, dirty microwave. Floor wasn’t vacuumed. Bedsheets had hard black crumbs. Front desk, house keeping did not answer the phone for 6-7 hours… Disappointed with the entire experience. London baseball tournament over the Labour Day long weekend. Kids running around pulling pranks on the rooms. Knocking and running away. Lack of respect from them and the parents. It’s not a play ground. So apparently I was in the wrong for being disturbed? Don’t go to staybridge, best western is your best bet. Who have security and have reasonable staff and guests.

The first night and next morning there was really loud due to a hockey tournament. The staff seemed overwhelmed with everything, so I didn't both them for anything other than a check in. My stay was much better and quieter after the group of hockey families left. I would likely stay again as I appreciate the kitchenette in the rooms.

One of the king size beds was not so comfy. It seemed to have a hollow that I was sleeping in. Also, the pull out sofa bed had a very uncomfortable spring mattress. You could feel every spring with your hand. We had to use the sofa and chair cushions so that one person could sleep on it.

A deeply disappointing stay due to major security lapses & poor service. Most alarming issue was someone unlawfully accessed my room. When I reported it to the front desk, I was initially told CCTV footage would be reviewed. An employee in housekeeping confirmed seeing someone enter my room & then quickly exit via stairwell on the CCTV. However, when I followed up again I was told CCTV system was down due to renovations, and no footage existed- completely contradicting what I was first told. To make things worse, there was no management or supervisory staff on-site to handle this serious security issue. The lack of oversight also meant no one was available to manage the chaos caused by unsupervised kids staying for a local hockey tournament. They ran through the halls, overused elevators, knocked on guests' doors & then run away. The situation got so out of hand police were called by another guest. Beyond these security concerns, the hotel fell short in several other areas: ROOM KEYS CONSTANTLY DEACTIVATING-had to be reprogrammed multiple times. BASIC AMENITIES-towel shortage affecting multiple guests, housekeeping removing towels without replacing them BREAKFAST AREA-tables dirty, food & beverages not replenished, only one staff member to handle. This stay left me feeling unsafe & frustrated. I expected much better, especially with guest security & basic hospitality. I won’t be staying & wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone until they address these serious issues.

Checked in and we weren’t able to get into our man. A gentleman that worked there was there and saw our struggled and came right over to help us. He let us in and the room was not cleaned yet but he brought us right down the hall and put us in a suite (an upgrade) for free. The lady at the front desk was super apologetic when I went to get our new room key and was very kind. Pool was clean and warm! Room was clean and quiet. Hot breakfast was great with waffle, muffins, eggs, bacon, potato’s and much more. 100% will come back just for the service we received from the staff!

Though we had some issues with our stay (key cards constantly did not work, noisy and roudy persons staying at the hotel causing restleaa nights and mornings, tiresome breakfast with very little change or options), I would still recommend here based on majority of the staff's general positive attitude. The evening snacks are also a nice touch for guests. And though breakfast became really weary after three days, this place has THE BEST waffles in the hotel business...they are soft yet crispy even when you happen to overcook it. What made our stay pleasant was the complimentary laundry services that is included with your stay. That was the special touch that was needed and we got it. If breakfast is significantly improved, I will definitely return.

The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is under renovation to revitalize the space but you wouldn’t even notice as everything was still operating and quiet. Breakfast was good, nothing special and the social hour dinners on Monday-Wednesday were a nice surprise. The food was good, different each night.

Did not honour agreement for price and reward points. Pool area was not impressive. No clean towels. The only ice machine they had was from front desk. Returned with a plastic shopping bag. Not sure how clean it was. Breakfast was terrible . Could write just about that itself. One reason we stayed was because of free breakfast. Just about everything was undercooked. Other cooked items were cold.

We liked the room, it was perfect for our group, unfortunately, we had to walk through construction to get to it. We had no idea they were under renovations. The social hour was disappointing, not sure if it was a bring your own nacho night because they had salsa, cheese, etc. but nothing to put it on! There was nothing to drink even though the website said 'Join us for complimentary food, beer, and wine at our happy hour'

This is was a quick little getaway with my girls and we enjoyed it a lot! The property is well maintained with very helpful front desk. I have a pet allergy and they were very accommodating. The room was very comfortable and clean (minus hair on the pillow case, in the bathroom sink and kitchen sink and on the wash thing in the kitchen). Hair is a bit of a pet peeve of mine! Other than that it was clean and we fully used the kitchen. I loved having ice right in the room! Our microwave wasn’t working but front desk was helpful- came to look at it then asked us to use the lobby one. We didn’t mind. We bbq our meat Outside which was nice and the grill was easy to use. The kids enjoyed the pool which had a great temperature (not too cold) and we played a little mini golf too outside. Overall great quiet clean hotel.

Frond desk staff struggled to check in guests including ourselves, had to come down the the desk multiple times to finalize checkin. After asking for a partial refund they said they would ask the manager but after asking twice they brushed me off. Simple hospitality is not available at this location.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It appears they upgraded my suite. Fully equipped, thoughtfully arranged (full length mirror plus another mirror with hooks as you leave). Separate section for bathroom sink before entering washroom. Large TV and I recieved a king size bed which I really appreciated. Nice bedding, fully equipped kitchen, very clean. Only thing I didn't care for was the breakfast - very busy and eggs were a bit strange. However, they had a nice selection. Awesome price for what I recieved, most definitely will revisit.
