Not so good. We specifically chose this hotel due to the high ratings and the indoor swimming pool for our kids. The two things that put me off was the sfatery around the hotel and the state of the pool. There was a considerable amount of homeless folks camped close by, which made me keep my kids very close by our side. The pool itself was very dirty and stank like pond water. We chose to not have our kids swim in it.

The staff were more than accommodating, the pool & hot tub were amazing. The pool/ hot tub closes at 10pm for 18 & under & midnight for 18 & over which was kind of nice to relax without a lot of echoing that occurs from indoor pools. They also have an outdoor patio area right off the pool which was nice as well. The breakfast was great with multiple options. The only negative I will say is that our shower head needs some CLR. The water pressure with it was not great & even some plugged holes. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable & all around definitely would stay here again.

The floor in our room was positively disgusting. The sheets seemed clean- the bathroom appeared clean- my husband had the breakfast and was fine with it. The hotel staff was fine (though upon check out when I asked if they wanted feedback- they did prefer I post through wherever I reserved vs. tell them). The chair in the room was when down and needed to be replaced... but the floor... It turned my feet black. As in you walk in the shower and leave black footprints. I used the make up wipe to wash my feet the second night (after making footprints that morning going into the shower) then the last morning I used a washrag (pictured below) before putting on my shoes. Between the 2 cleanings the only place I walked was that room (and not that much!). My husband was wise to keep socks (which also turned black) and shoes on, but it's summer and a short trip- so I didn't bring socks. Your feet also got pricked by the carpet tacks at the threshold going into the bathroom. Dangerous combo. Do not recommend and don't plan on staying here again.

Friendly staff. The rooms are good size. Comfortable beds. Breakfast has a good variety including hot items. The surrounding area seemed safe and walking distance to restaurants and stores. The only issue was in the morning after stepping out of the shower i noticed dried poop on the outside of the toliet, which was quite disturbing.

Linens were very white, fresh & clean Carpet looked stained which makes it appear DIRTY. Great staff, breakfast with lots of choices. Loved the location. In need of updating but staff doing their best with what they have to make your stay enjoyable.

I stayed 2 separate nights 6 days apart. On return night, my iPhone WiFi picked up Comfort Inn’s WiFi but moments later, iPhone said “no internet connection.” There was no way for me to join Comfort Inn WiFi. I later just used my 5G as it was late and I was tired. Glad to see that scrambled eggs without cheese available for breakfast. Glad you had fresh cookies in lobby at dinner time. You need to have paper guide to tv channels in every room.

The mattress was a little worn. Not obvious unless you tear your bed apart looking for bedbugs before committing for the night. I like for there to be a mix of dining options, which there were here. Fast food for those who like that. I chose atmospheric dining myself, the Luna Mexcan restaurant. I just wish more places had late night dining - I had to work till 8:00, meaning i had to scramble to get to the restaurant before it closed.

Our mattress was a worn out banana hammock. The mattress protector wouldn’t stay on…sheets clumped up into a ball. Staff member (Brianna) was rude, curt, surly and unprofessional when we asked for 2 bars of soap housekeeping forgot at day’s end. My wife and I (both disabled) were told that housekeeping was elsewhere and she was “too busy”. “You’ll have to come to the front desk”.Wow!

The clerk was rude when I asked her a few questions. To be fair the lobby was full of pre-teen boys whose parents were letting them run in and out of the building, and up and down the hallway. Playing on the computer, being loud, etc. The room was clean enough, but not great. Found hair strands in the sheets, and the floor was pretty stained. I didn’t want to walk on it without my shoes on. Overall it was fine, but the area was grungy, and the breakfast was meh…

There was nobody at the front desk when I attempted to check in. I stood there for 10 minutes and then called the 800 reservation number to get the phone number of the hotel. I called the hotel phone number and somebody answered and then came to the desk. Barely an apology. Not a good first impression.

I had to have surgery in a city that I didn’t live in. My person who was my transportation, needed a comfortable place to stay, and so did I. I ended up having to spend the night in the hospital, but my friend had a safe and amazing place to stay, not far from the hospital. She had a very restful night and they opened the breakfast part early, so she could be with me when the doctor came in to talk to me about my surgery. Which was very successful. I try to stay at this hotel when every I need to stay overnight, which is several times a year. Great staff!

The hotel itself is fine but most of the front desk staff is RUDE and are rarely available for assistance. They charge $20 PER pet PER night, their pet policy isn’t stated upon booking. The sheets and towels were nice but the cleanliness of the room wasn’t. Stains on the ceiling and a dingy bathroom. The breakfast would have been good but the Jesus circle and anti Covid support group made everyone uncomfortable.

Lots of homeless folks in park which is next to hotel parking lot and on walk way to hotel. Armed security patrolling parking area. Desk clerk returned to desk after about 20 minutes stating she had to take out the trash Nothing fancy, older hotel. Breakfast was ok

Hotel worked great for me. Location is excellent lots of restaurants and gas stations right around the Hotel. Just far enough off the freeway to be quiet. Check In Person was excellent. Would stay there again.

My apologies to the staff and this in no way is a reflection of them, but there's a public park right in front of the hotel full of meth-heads. They were in large groups, cutting straight through the front parking lot. I'm willing to bet the hotel can't do anything about the homeless drug addicts because of the park being public land and that's absolutely terrible. When I arrived with my wife, I immediately canceled and went elsewhere because I knew that area would become dangerous at night with all that drug activity.

Nice property. Well maintained rooms. Staff is friendly, food was ok. Location great. Access good. Safety and security was my only real concern. Lots of homelessness in medford and they all seem to pass through this area. Some camp overnight in veterans park which is right next door. The hotel has paid security onsite, so safety is not a real problem, but we wanted to walk to local food and shopping and then safety became a concern even though no direct threat was experienced.

Ok, honest review. This hotel is next to a park. The park is full of homeless drug addicted people. It doesn't feel safe at all. When I saw the amount of people in the park I asked for a second floor room. I was not alone in my assessment. The couple that checked in before me, returned to the front desk and also asked to be moved. If I hadn't pre paid, I wouldn't have stayed there. On top of that, I booked an upgraded King room, and they said all they had available was a double queen. What I got was a room overlooking the trash can. So I'm not saying they were lying, but it was mid-week and, at night less than half the rooms were occupied. It definitely felt like a FU for asking to change rooms. The room was dated, and dingy. The only highlight was the Mexican restaurant in the strip mall next door. Luna grill was excellent. Do you self a favor and stay in Ashland, Grant's Pass, or at least near the Medford airport

Loved all the amenities, including the mini fridge in the room. Parking could have been a little bigger, harder to find later on in the day. Semi trucks take up several parking spots. Lots of homeless in the park right next to the parking lot- I was scared my car would get broken into at first. I was wrong- they seemed to mind their own business and did not bother anyone. Staff was very nice as well and the rooms were very clean! Overall, would stay again. Loved that it included breakfast too.

Enjoyed the pool and hot tub, breakfast was nice too especially the omelettes. Certainly close to shopping and walkable eating and shopping, that was really great. My only criticism was the wall hairdryer electrical plug ins were so worn out nothing would stay plugged in. Lamp sockets were the same…. So it made today’s devices charging on the floor. How simple to fix those items……especially the wall plugs.
