Apartment 2 Mi to Chase Field & PHX Arena!

This apartment/house is actually a duplex, which I believe should be included in the details of the listing. With that said, it was a nice clean and good location for my stay. Close to major highway to get around and Close to Chase Field which is why we chose this location. Host was very responsive and quick to respond when we had any questions. Pros: ease of access to major highway transportation, close to Chase Field, clean, comfortable as a whole. Cons: neighborhood area was not the greatest - local gas station/stores had many homeless or late night activity, TVs was disconnecting from the Wi-Fi randomly often, NO onsite parking - but it was street parking, vents were closed within the master bedroom making it warm there (didn't notice until the last day there), lighting within the living room was low could be brighter for when you are walking in the location. Overall, like I said, the location itself is clean and comfortable for a short stay in my opinion. We stayed there 3 full days and enjoyed our time.
