Very friendly staff. Great location across street to Pappadeaux’s & across I35 to Easy Tiger & many other restaurants. The only negative was jacuzzi not working. Room was spacious & great pillows. Good lighting for work.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. My only disappointment was with the “hottub” which was warm but instead of soothing jets, the water erupted in irregular and unpredictable ways that drenched my head and got water in my ear! They were more like small geysers than jets!! Soaker beware!

The hotel felt safe and spacious to walk around in and halls were quiet when I arrived close to midnight to check-in. Staff are amazing at this hotel! Starbucks is nice and the bar and cook! Quality is excellent, you get what you pay for!

Clean rooms and amenities with a helpful staff. However, my biggest gripe is with regards to the excessive parking charge ($23/night). Not to mention the elevator in the garage was out of order, so you'll have to hoof it from where you parked on whatever floor to the hotel.

Place was great, it was clean and the air conditioning was amazing. Only issue was the tube did not drain when showering. The other issue was they did not replace towels after cleaning. We used the same one for both nights.

The building look very presentable. We had to move to another room because the bedding in the first room had blood and pee stains on it. The couch also had a big pee stain on it. The second bedrooms bedding also had some stains on it. So we only used the sheets.

I stayed in this property recently and my room had bed bugs. I talked to the front desk and they assured me to keep in contact with me and comp my stay. After a few days I was ghosted and haven't received any response from them over the matter.

We are used to staying at the Drury and decided to change it up a little this trip. Rooms were ok. Our bed sheets were stained and had hair on them. Beds were not as comfortable and were a little hard. Food was way over priced. I think it was $20 for eggs and sides. Pro: the water was soft water and it felt great. The personal care products were good and smelt great. Staff was nice, parking was easy. Overall, I give this hotel a 3 of out 5. If I wasn’t too tired, I would have made a bigger deal about the bed sheets. It was an easy fix where I had to go get my own bed sheets and make my bed, but I expected better from a Hilton hotel.

The stay was just okay, the hotel itself is older than the appearance on the website. The elevator from the garage had duct tape on the walls inside. You have to pay $23 for parking, the parking garage itself is VERY tight, so be mindful of this if you have a large vehicle. When we entered the room, the temp was perfect, but there was hair in the sink, shower and on the ceiling of the bathroom. At least the cookies were warm and fresh, lol if we do visit Austin, TX again, it won't be at this particular hotel.

The room's ac didn't work. It ran nonstop but did not cool. I call the from desk and all they told me was "I'm sorry". We checked out at 4:45 am versus our normal check out of noon. My wife and I were celebrating out anniversary and it turned out to be a horrible day.

The room we chose was huge compared to regular hotel rooms and it was so quiet all night. The staff were all friendly and the restaurant food was really good. Only con - the room could have been a little cooler. The air conditioner was on fan only and we had it on 65 and we kept getting hot right before the fan came on again.

The property is very pretty. And the room appears clean. The AC didn't work properly and would only turn on for 1 min then turn off with a loud bang, only to turn back on 2 mins later. So all night it was on AC...bang...off AC. Needless to say, I didn't sleep well at all. Then had a 5 hrs drive the next day. .I did notify the front desk but nothing came of it. Also the vent in the bathroom was covered in dust. Cookies were good though.

Nice property and great rooms. However, the rooms are all centered around a courtyard and for some reason the hotel played “lobby music” all night in the courtyard and it echoed throughout and could be heard in the room. Strange.

Beds were comfortable. Showers were toiletries stocked with the basics, which saved packing for us. Housekeeping showed up quickly with additional items we requested for. The air conditioner was the usual intermittent cooling. The rooms were cool, not cold, then had hot episodes and we waited for the a/c to kick it - which it did then would interval pause. There was no steady air or cooling like Packaged Terminal Air Conditioners (PTAC) for their wall-mounted units. The facility layout is as a rectangular midrise with 3 elevator access only on 1 end. Rooms either are in the interior perimeter with hallway entry or entry doors facing the open atrium (after passing doors to walk the breezeway to the room). We went when the garage elevator and access levels were broken. Each garage level did not have access and you would need to go to another level to enter, go to the 1 side elevator or staircase to your designated floor. Best was parking on ground level and entering into the hotel main lobby. Note: you have to pay a daily rate for hotel guest parking (your room card is used for in/out) which we had multiple cars. Worked fine after we figured out that the ground was the only optimal place to park. Location: close to the freeway for access. We wanted this location to be quick to family nearby. Close to wonderspaces, many parks, and areas we wanted to go but a longer drive to downtown. The courtyard was a pleasure to hang out in. The pool was enough to relax in, but not large.

Pics of the room I reserved were nothing like the actual room. Tub was really small. Room was really small. Parking garage was insanely narrow to navigate. Paid a $50 incentive charge that I wasn’t told about before hand. It was all way overpriced for what was offered.

Initially, our experience was great. Check in was smooth. The people at the front desk were inviting and friendly. We were told check-out was at noon and there would be a $50 hold for incidentals, and that $20 of that would be kept for parking charges. The next morning a little before 8 a.m., we were awakened by someone trying to open our door, but they were prevented from doing so with the door stopper. I got up to check and no one was there. We went back to sleep only for it to happen again at 8:45, and again, no knock. I got up again, and it was housekeeping telling us they were scheduled to clean our room. We tried telling her checkout was at noon, but she insisted we were on her list, and even showed us the list. We packed up and went downstairs to check out and informed them of the incident. All we got was an apology. No attempt to make amends. The next day, I saw my bank had been charged 2 fees of $43 and change in addition to the $50 hold for incidentals. I called and the person I spoke to said I was charged for 2 vehicles. I explained to her that their parking fee was $20 and I only had 1 vehicle, and she said she'd look into this and have someone in management call me back. It's been 5 days since and I have yet to hear back from anyone. As amazingly beautiful a hotel this is, I will not be returning after this. Terrible service and zero follow through or attempt to make things right.

Cleanest 3 star hotel in the U.S., but the staff never seemed to learn how to be friendly. For some reason, parking and breakfast are not always included, even with the same booking or a rebooking. Be prepared for surprise charges at the front desk when you arrive

I always have a great stay here- the only thing I didn’t like was that I had to call the front desk 3 times (twice one evening and once the next morning) to ask for a sewing kit. I didn’t get to wear the dress I planned to wear to my event (luckily I had a backup). No fault of the hotel for my dress being unexpectedly ripped, however, I would expect them to bring me a sewing kit within a reasonable timeframe if they tell me they have one and agree to send it up to my room. Other than that, room was clean and I like the proximity of this property to many of the Austin hotspots.

The hotel is beautiful! However the customer service was terrible and I would not stay here again. They told me I could check in early but when I arrived they had given the room I reserved away. My bedding was dirty and when I asked them to replace, they just left the sheets in my room for me change the bedding. It really is a shame because the hotel is gorgeous overall. Won’t be coming back though.

I did not like the customer service. At check-in I waited in line until it was my turn. I was at the counter when another guest behind me walked up that appeared to be a flight attendant. The front desk attendant stop helping me, and begin assisting the other guest (that arrived after me) for a period of 10 minutes I waited for the attendant to return and assist me. I was in line in first, therefore I should have been assisted first. Why did I have to wait for the attendant to assist another guest that arrived after me. Other than this, my stay was ok. The experience at the front desk made me feel as if I was not a paying customer, and the other guest that arrived after me was treat with more value.

Hotel entrance from freeway is very confusing and difficult to get to. Staff was not too friendly upon arrival, it was more of a “do it yourself” hotel. The girl at the check in counter asked for the name on my reservation, typed it in, then asked for my id then would not check me in until my husband arrived with his id

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room had obvious repair in the bathroom. There is $20 charge per night for parking onsite. The restaurant next door, pappadeux, is great and in walking distance. 2 blocks from the hotel is a bit sketchy, but not bad if you stay by the hotel.

The staff were all so pleasant every single time. The breakfast was great. The pool was too cold but luckily there was a hot tub. Get a room away from courtyard because people talking can be heard. Overall I would stay here again.

4/5- Good Customer service was great, and the bartender makes a mean Rum Punch! I didn’t like that there was no microwave in the room, the prices at the restaurant were VERY over priced, and our heater was VERY loud and wouldn’t stay warm. Beds were comfortable And I would have had a great night’s sleep if the heater wasn’t so stinking loud! Overall I would not stay again because I can get the same experience at a 2-3 star hotel, for a cheaper price and a free continental breakfast.
