This was a very nice hotel - very nice rooms. Pool area w fire pit was really nice as well. The parking was not so good especially if you were coming in late night. Additionally, I had an issue with my room where my door jammed/locked my daughter and I out - maintenance had to be called to undo the lock to let us in to get our things and they had to move us to another room. Staff was very nice - and they did compensate us for our inconvenience. Overall this was a really nice hotel/nice stay. I would stay here again.

Room was nice. Clean. We chose this hotel because it had a restaurant. When we arrived and asked how long the restaurant was open we were told it was not open because they did not have a "cook" today.

I stay all over and this place is nice but a lot of workers stay there and are pretty loud at the bar that’s located as soon as you walk in. But the bar/restaurant is only open 5-9

Two nights in a row a group of people congregated extremely loudly around the fire pit that was located directly under our room window. They were out there until 5 a.m. We made several complaints to the front desk and nothing was done to resolve the situation.

Myself and 6 other vehicles were robbed here last night (Oct. 20, 2024). The hotel is very nice, but not in a safe area. I would not recommend staying here nor will I ever stay here in the future. I had a firearm stolen that was my late fathers.

Bathroom sink had to be manually held open to drain. Checked in , left Monday. Hotel said they do not have maintenance person on duty on weekends. Also bar closed Saturday and Sunday because they did not have a bartender.

We love our hotel. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were immaculate. Nice pool and amenities. The bar and restaurant was also on point. Not sure of Simone's title/posituon at the hotel, but when i tell she went above and beyond. She is awesome. Not to mention, she greets all her customers by name after only meeting you once. Every issue i had she immediatly stopped what she was doing and corrected them. She made my stay pleasant. I will return.

Our room was not very clean. Then we found bugs all over our mattress. We didn’t discover this until 1am when we were all very itchy. I spoke with someone at the front desk and was showed her pictures. I was told someone would reach out to me, but it’s been over a week now and haven’t heard anything. Not the best way to start a vacation with your family.

THE ROOM WAS DIRTY DOGHAIR ON THE FLOOR AND LITTERALLY SNOT AND DUST ON THE WALLS ! WE STAYED THERE 4 TIMES BEFORE ITS DECLINING !! THE HOTEL HAD LOUD RAP MUSIC PLAYING IN THE LOBBY AND BAR ,WE STAYED 5 DAYS ASKED 2X TO HAVE ROOM CLEANED IT NEVER WAS CLEANED IN 5 DAYS OF STAY ,VERY DISSAPOINTING STAFF AT DESK WAS COLD LOBBY RESTROOM DIRTY JUST NOT QUALITY OF HILTON ANYMORE ! THERE WAS NO COFFEE ONE MORNING AND A LINE AT COFFEEPOT WAITING FOR IT TO GET MADE 10 MINUTES JUST DISSAPOINTING !WE ALWAYS STAYED THERE BUT ITS GOING DOWNHILL

My biggest problem with this property is they never came to clean our room. On the second day we were there, I was told that they only clean the rooms every 3 days unless you request additional cleanings. I requested it for the next day which would have been the 3rd day of our stay. After exploring all day we get back and our room was never cleaned. We were checking out on the 4th day. They also charge $5 per water bottle after your first day. These are very small bottles. The staff was friendly and they text you to check on you which is nice but they wont bring anything to your room, you have to go to the front desk. Overall the room was nice but I expect the room to be cleaned everyday.

Checkin staff was very welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately, the room could have been cleaner. There were stains on the furniture which all looked very worn out and in need of replacement. There were little, curly hairs on the nightstand and a black stain on the bed spread. The shower had only one temp: scalding hot or even hotter. We couldn’t even shower because it was painfully hot even on the “coldest” setting. This is dangerous. The bed was very soft but the sheets were a bit rough/scratchy. Lots of road noise.

No staff at check in counter. Waited for about 5 min. Went to bar and asked bartender, He went to the back behind bar and got someone to check in. Lobby was very noisy from Bar proximity. People at bar being very loudand the acoustics magnified their voices. Wi no carpet and all tile floors and walls sound is magnified. Granted the people at bar were noisy. It was about 10;30pm

Disappointed in the TV and lack of features. No streaming, the guide wasn’t available to view. Ice machine on our floor was broken. We had to go downstairs to get extra towels for our stay. The hotel was clean, friendly front desk staff, great mini fridge and microwave. Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom made showering fun.

The property was good overall. The only issues I had were that the walls were very thin so you could hear people outside your room and people in the rooms next to you. Also, the water pressure was horrendous. It took forever to even get soap out of my hair.

There was no free breakfast, but the breakfast I ordered in the restaurant was very good. The room and property were very clean. The staff was WONDERFUL. My biggest problem, you could hear every foot step from anyone in the rooms next you, above you, and every door close down the hall. It was disappointing to be in a comfortable bed and not being able to sleep.

Beautiful, clean hotel. Pleasant staff. Unfortunately, noise level was very disturbing on our floor. We asked for a corner when we booked the hotel but that was not given to us. Hotel room walls are very thin and for 2 nights the noise kept us awake.

The front desk staff was amazing!!! Very helpful and friendly. I had an issue with Expedia and they didn’t stop helping me until it was resolved. Saved me quite a bit of money. Which really helped because we were moving into our new home. It wasn’t just one employee it was the whole front desk team. Thank you to all that helped us to begin our new life in SC on such a positive note!!!!

Horrible!! There was no one at the reception for over half an hour! I was standing outside freezing and waiting for them to come! I called the reception and was ringing on the doorbell, but nobody was coming to open! So unprofessional!!

Our first time at this chain. Very clean and large room Excellent burger from the bar. Which was great as area restaurants were veey busy on a Saturday night Only disappointment was breakfast was supposed to be included but they don't serve breakfast on Sunday. It would have been noce to know that.

Front desk was excellent. Destiny couldn’t have been more helpful! Clean and quiet. The negative was the lack of breakfast unless you ordered it and gave a time the night before. Very inconvenient for the ones used to have an easy and free breakfast.

I came to this hotel because I needed a place to stay during a bad breakup. The front desk staff were incredibly compassionate and kind to me. The bartending staff were phenomenal and took good care of me as well. I had dinner every night I was there, and everything was delicious. It was a very comfortable, safe place for me to process a lot of emotions and get good rest.
