The simple breakfast was served on the roof top terrace where there was an amazing view of the pyramids. The hotel was very clean and well maintained and the bed was very comfortable. It took about 30 minutes to walk approximately one mile to the pyramids. We also took a taxi to Saladin Citadel which I would strongly recommend. The area of Giza surrounding the hotel is, to say the least, very lively with many shops and eating and drinking places. We were very well looked after in this friendly hotel and would gladly stay again.

Our arrival was very welcoming, due to outside conditions it looked like the hotel was not going to be what we wanted. We were there for sightseeing, not for a hotel. We just wanted the room to be clean and staff attentive, this was met and exceeded. Nadjia and her crew were outstanding, Ahmed was a great host and tour guide. The view from atop the hotel was great, the breakfast was just what was needed to start the day. If you're looking for luxury and quiet this is not it, but it is clean and close to the pyramids (walking distance, but don't do it) and a short ride to the GEM. It takes a bit of adjusting to the street noise, people there LOVE their car horn. I would say that is a Con, but you're not there to live, a week or less, so don't sweat it. I would go back if I make it to Cairo again, before I'm out, another shout out to the staff, thanks for he accommodations and your overall service, hope to see you again when the hotel expansion is done. Can't beat the price for the location, what you get (Tour service available) and the staff. I recommended, Ahmed and Nadjia, thank you again, God Bless. Jose V

A beautiful boutique hotel with magnificent view if the pyramids, the room same like photos , nour , huda , mohamed were great and friendly , staff always smiling and friendly , because we had only one day in egypt so it was not enough, we booked a day tour it was well organized and the tour guide and driver were great , sure i will cone again to egypt still has to see more , thank you , recommend

Don’t Be Fooled by the Photos – Stay Away We booked The Palace Pyramids Hotel thinking it looked nice and cozy based on the online photos. But when we arrived, we were shocked by how different it was from what was advertised. The room was incredibly small, dark, and nothing like the pictures. The bed barely fit one person, and everything felt cramped and uncomfortable. The cleanliness was unacceptable — the bathroom was filthy, smelled bad, and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. What’s worse is the number of steep stairs throughout the property. It was dangerous to carry our luggage up and down, and there were no assistance provided. The area around the hotel also felt very unsafe, especially at night. As Americans visiting for the first time, we felt very uneasy walking around and didn’t feel secure staying in that neighborhood. We ended up leaving after 5 minutes of arriving immediately even though it was late — and checked into another hotel just to feel safe and comfortable. That’s how bad the experience was. We also had a negative experience with Ahmed, who tried to charge us outrageous prices for simple taxi rides (up to $50 for a short trip). We later found out we were being heavily overcharged because we were tourists. When we asked for a refund, he was completely uncooperative. This hotel was a huge disappointment. Misleading advertising, poor conditions, and dishonest service. If you care about your safety, comfort, money avoid this place completely

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff was very kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They assisted us with everything we needed including a private driver to take us around. I highly suggest staying at this hotel you will be very satisfied.

All the staff are excellent.

Tout etait bien (chambres, service, petit dejeuner)mais pas excellent. En revanche l'organisation des activites touristiques un peu chers mais parfaites. Tout a ete organise avec professionnalisme l'airport pick up et les visites des Pyramides et du nouveau Musee du Caire. Un guide feancophone accompagnait les visites.

Cerca de las pirámides, el desayuno es fresco y excelente, Ahmed organizó todos los viajes para nosotros y fueron excelentes.

Breakfast terrible, window couldn’t close, had to be repaired, that hotel suppose to be 1 star, all renovations looks like done by worst contractors, toilet was broken, sink 25 years old, we left from this place after one night, we suppose to stay 3 nights.
