It’s okay. The bed was comfortable. Smelled dingy. Two stories. The balcony you walk up on is pretty rickety, we were hoping not to fall through hauling our motorcycle gear up.

The staff are so nice and friendly helpful they have a good breakfast they also have picnic tables and barbecue grills right next to the pool also in the process of remodeling and updating the rooms and the grounds they're located on top of a quiet Hill where you can oversee the town

Pool hasnt been open all season yet photo shown on site is beautiful. Crack heads in parking lot, party and yelling going on all night. Room had the smell of mold, paint peeling and dirty bathrm. Stayed 1 nite out of the 3 i had reserved. Was told i wouldnt be charged for cancelling. Its still on my card and i would appreciate being refunded. Told from the hotel that its hotels.com site that hasnt released thr funds? Please contact me.

The bed was very comfortable. Shower was nice and hot. Breakfast was the same thing all 5 days of our stay. Biscuits and gravy and waffles as the hot option. The pool was out of service for 4 of our 5 days and it was green on the day it was open. The laundry for guests was out of order. The ATM was out of order. The snack store it shows online is not at all what the pictures show. Facility was a bit run down.

I didn’t feel the lower price was enough to overcome the condition of the property. Carpet was coming up on the palisade to get to your room. Room had a disinfection trying to overcome tobacco odor. Cleanliness of carpet and bathroom was poor. Door required careful and forceful closing to catch the lock. Outside stairs only way to second floor are wooden and “springy” from age. Generally, a poorly maintained property.

Comfortable room with plenty of hot water and the usual motel room accessories. Easy check in and everyone was friendly and helpful. Had a problem, though, with ants.. they were all around the bathroom sink and counter area. I reported this to the nice manager lady- with pictures.

Travelers BEWARE! Just gross! The shower had mold everywhere. There were bandaids on the fire alarm. The smoke detector hanging from ceiling. There were stains on rhe walls and curtains. The inside of the door was so dirty we didnt want to touch. The desk staff was nice but thats all I can say about the place. Also no pool

We did like the comfort of the bed. There was a live wasp in the windowsill. The towels were dingy. There were large cobwebs around the ceiling and the drapery. The towel rack was hanging at an angle and then actually fell off. The hole is screwed into was large. For a total non-smoking facility, it certainly smelled smoky.

When we opened the door to our room there was an overwhelming smell of wet mold. The carpet was wet in some spots. There were dead bugs on lamp shades, in the sink, and on the towels. Furniture was very worn with the bottom edges worn off. The bathroom door wouldn’t close because it was so warped and damaged.

I did not realize until I arrived that this was a motel and not a hotel. Not a big deal, as I was by myself, and the accommodations served my needs. That said, I would not make this a place for a romantic getaway or a family vacation. The staff were nice, but the place (and my room in particular) seemed run-down. Part of the frame of the door into the room was just bare, pressure-treated wood. I was glad that they had repaired it, but the unfinished look of it was less impressive. Other details to consider: The door to the bathroom had been removed, and the bathtub itself had peeling paint. Neither of these were a big deal for what I needed, but might be off-putting to others (no bathroom door??). It was nice to have a refrigerator in the room, and the bed was decently comfortable.

The water was hot but the tub had soap scum and the sink had hard dry ?? Spit? In it . The TV channels are very limited. Recommend wifi and cables to hook into flat screen

The facility is old. Carpet looks old. Bathroom door cannot be close properly and makes squeaky sound. I wish there is night light in the room for getting up to go to bathroom. Only one set of bathroom towels was provided, but we booked for two-people stay. The queen bed is 4" - 5" narrower than the regular queen bed. Fewer varieties of items were provided than expected in the breakfast line. Other than these, the facility is ok for one night stay.

The place was gross. Left 45 minutes after checking in. Booked a king and was informed they only had a queen available. It wasn’t even a queen. Lobby smelled like smoke, the husband of the lady working was pretty useless she was on the phone almost 10 minutes dealing with an irate customer. The pool was very dirty and the property run down and had people just lingering around. Didn’t feel safe at all.

When I got into the room, the heat was off and it was really really cold in the room. I turn the heat on at 74 and 15 minutes later, the room didn’t get warm. The bed, floor and the other side of the room where the bath is at, was still cold!! I booked for one Queen size bed, they give me a full size bed. I went to the office and told the guy that I’m not happy. I left there, I’m not going back to that hotel ever again. I went to another hotel for the night.

The room we stayed in was very small. There was no chair to sit at the desk. The only place to sit was on the bed or on the floor. Breakfast was very limited. The first morning there was cereal but no spoons. The 2nd morning there were spoons but no milk, so they just put the cereal away. Both mornings I made a teeny waffle with the 1/8 cup of batter that was there.

Got there and they gave my room to someone else I booked a king size bed and when I got there the lady at the desk said o we just gave your room away but I have another one for you and put me in a room with a queen bed said I was going to get a discount and then when I was leaving said o well you have to take that up with the person you booked with

Check in staff friendly, good breakfast selections. Room was good, caulking around bathtub needs replaced due to mildew (or cleaned). Also carpet on upstairs outside area is loose, could easily trip on it. Otherwise good stay.

Staff is super nice. I had to move rooms twice.. one room had blood on the sheets, the other rooms shower didn’t work, and finally got another room and it was better but this all happened at like 3 am and I was tired. I stay a lot in Cambridge so it’s so disappointing that my experience hasn’t been great. The first time I stayed there the smoke detector went off at 4am and the second time I stayed there I had someone pounding at my door yelling at me.. it’s so hard getting ahold of whoever is in charge.

Staff was incredibly friendly. Jessica at the front desk was a delight. The room was clean and comfortable, however we stayed in a handicap accessible room and the bathroom smelled like a truck stop bathroom and the shower was not very clean. Otherwise the property and area was clean and comfortable and the fact they have a large area for semi and truck/trailer parking is fantastic. Very pet friendly property with pet fee only $10 per pet.

So, this Hotel should not be on the One Key list, this Quality Inn lacks Quality !! We were very disappointed, the check-in was an issue, the clerk, had problems getting our reservation pulled up on the computer, she was nice but it took about 20 minutes and I was the only person at the desk. The room was less than pleasant. Pictures I believe are worth a thousand words. See below….would you stay there ?

The property itself was ok. This is not a place for families. They had all pipeline workers and some others who like to party. Had load fight outside door. My wife didnt want to lay out due to the audience of guys on balconies. Or wandering with cell phones. Never again

The pool wasn't open, breakfast door wasnt open until 6.10, no attendant around then, at 6.30 am no attendant around to check out, asked attendant questions and couldn't answer cuz she didn't understand the question, what was the weather conditions today

The staff is inconsistsnt where the last week hardly removed trash from my room. Breakfast under the original owner was great, but now it's only sausage gravy and biscuits as the only hot breakfast. No eggs, no sausage. The room shows a lot of wear and tear.
