Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cambridge

The staff were friendly. My family got in late. Half way through our cross country drive. We were assigned room 106. I generally spray before bringing in the luggage. This time I never got that far. By the time I turned on the light and went to get the spray from my car, I came back to bed bugs. This was an adult size too. I alerted the staff. They apologized. Said something about the rooms being painted. And put us in room 302. We couldn’t find any other hotels at almost midnight, so we stayed, but we couldn’t sleep comfortably. Pretty much stayed awake all night. Breakfast was free, but we didn’t want to even try anything from the hotel. We also used the pet area. It isn’t big, and you should bring your own bags for your pet. Needless to say we checked out super early after sunrise. The area has a lot of construction and workers staying at the various hotels, including this one. It’s a budget hotel. You get what you paid for, but I didn’t pay for bed bugs. Yuck!

We found the hotel to be just what we were looking for. We spent 5 nights and it was clean and comfortable and a great price. We would go back.

If you are just passing through, this is the place to stay. Rooms are small but clean. I only needed a bed for the night, so I didn't need anything fancy. The price was too good to pass up but the hotel was absolutely perfect for what I needed

Staff was nice and friendly. Room was clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. It would be nice to have coffee pot and freezer in room. More counter space in bathroom would also be nice. A ramp in front of entrance would help. Trucks could also be asked to park in one area. Restaurants close by.
