The hotel is located up on a hill, very quiet. The back patio is enveloped by a mountain that towers above the hotel. Not quite as impressive, but it reminded me of the Ahwahnee Hotel at Yosemite National Park. 😊

Great to work with, booked online last minute and had two dogs. Thank goodness they are pet friendly with a pet deposit! The place was so clean, you’d not even realize pets were allowed there. Thank you! We will be back!

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It was in a beautiful location. The entire staff was wonderful. The room was spacious and very clean. The view from our hotel window looked like we were out west. Fantastic breakfast bar (with SO MANY OPTIONS!) and a patio just outside with a burning fire pit. We did not use them, but there is also a pool and a workout room. I highly recommend this hotel!

The rooms had beetles all over them. Apparently they are aware of this and do not tell you when booking. We didnt even stay, instead drove to another hotel

This is a very clean, quiet hotel. Staff was friendly. Room and bed were very comfortable. Breakfast was good and serving/eating area was comfortable. They have a very nice patio area. I will definitely stay here again when traveling through this area.

I pointed out and showed pictures of the multiple bugs I found in the room to the front desk at checkout. She said they would remove the market items we purchased on room bill. Nice small gesture ($6.00), but when I received the final invoice by email, the charges were still there. $6.00 not a big deal, but not doing what you say shows a lack of integrity. And bugs - were done.

Everything about are stay was very satisfying. Check in was quick, greeter very friendly and helpful. Room and especially important for me, the bathroom were spotless clean. Room temperature was easy to control. Will be our go to hotel in Cambridge.

The hotel was beautiful and we thought the room seemed so nice and clean. The next morning we woke up with bites all over our legs. I went through the reviews and found 2 other people recently complain of bed bugs, one being a woman that was told by staff they had them. I reached out and hotel staff did not follow up about the issue.

Good stay.. check in was smooth, staff was able to accommodate where I like to stay in relation to elevator, breakfast was good with normal options for this type establishment. Only negative for me was the pillows. Extremely soft.

I was traveling for a business trip and booked the hotel because of the great ratings and I stay in A LOT of hotels for business. The hotel itself was clean. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. I would have been able to deal with it, however apparantly the rest of the entire hotel was rented by another party. They were loud and obnoxoius through the evening and past 2AM. I like Marriot hotels because they enforce a quiet time between 10pm-7am. This staff did not enforce it at all. There were so many of them that they made their own fire pit in the yard of the common area, split wood, were setting off fire works, smoking weed and cigarettes. Our room was room 319 which was right above the common area and all the smoke from the fire, cigarettes, and weed was going right through our air conditioning unit right into our room. The noise was so obnoxious and I got no sleep while I was there for 3 days. This happened EVERY NIGHT WE WERE THERE. When the counter lady asked how my stay was, I mentioned my concerns and all I got was.... "yeah sorry about that." I paid for my room too and that quiet time should have been enforced whether there was 1 person or 100 people breaking the rule. I have never had such a horrible experience at a hotel in my entire 41 years of existance and shame on you Fairfield for not following through on your comfort guarantee!

Nice Hotel, no one at check in desk on arrival, called on the phone standing at check in…..rang 50 times! Finally a maid came by, found someone to check us in, manager was busy caulking a shower!!! Otherwise not a bad stay, a bit loud at night though.

The room was very nice, with a beautiful, very comfortable bed. We had to call the hotel as our GPS did not direct us to the property. We had driven by the road that leads up to it. As the area is very dark, it might be a good idea to put up additional signage, at the bottom of the hill.

We loved the view and the fire pit on the patio! The pool was fabulous and clean. The beds were comfortable. When asked for we were graciously given extra bed pillows to use. The room was clean and efficient. The 24 hour coffee and water was nice! The breakfast was fabulous, one of the best that we have seen since Covid, if not the very best!

Property was clean - way over-priced! Free breakfast was so so and very cheap bendable plastic-ware. I couldn't even spread cream cheese on a bagel. Vinyl seats in the booths was all worn off so bare fabric showed through. We also stayed at a Drury Plaza inn that was $50-$75 cheaper and much, much better.

My wife and I travel between Illinois and Maryland. The Fairfield Inn in Cambridge, Ohio is at the 1/2 way point. We love it because it is clean, quiet, conveniently located off the highway and the staff is always friendly. (Also: a great breakfast!)
