Beautiful brand-new property! Spacious and comfy rooms and common areas. Lovely pool with cabanas, plenty of chairs, and outdoor games. Breakfast is not included, but available at JBird next door- delicious! Staff is friendly and eager to please. Restaurants and Manatee Park within easy walking distance.

The claim of a shuttle to the cruise port is extremely misleading. There is *one* per day, at 9:45am. That is far too early to be useful. The claim of "breakfast, additional charge" also is misleading. There is an independent restaurant in the building, but that has nothing to do with Hilton. The correct statement would be "no breakfast provided" modified by the explanation that a separate restaurant is open for breakfast.

Hotel was very nice , My only complaint was the barn style bathroom door not needed, and the coffee machine they supply cups that are to.small and that will overflow and make a mess and you could burn yourself. Other than that great stay.

Prepaid for a King. They didn’t have any left when I checked in. Was told ahead of time the safe didn’t work, which wasn’t a big deal to me. However the handle in the shower was broken, and the mini fridge wasn’t functioning. (Yes I checked if it was plugged in). Other than that, the staff was very nice.

We arrived ant 10:00 am after getting off from a cruise knowing our room wouldn’t be available until 3;00 pm. Some hotels will charge a fee and allow early check-in. The front desk didn’t have that option available. I asked when our room (suite) might be available they said they would let house keeping know that we were waiting and would call us as soon as it was cleaned. I tipped her for her help with hope that she would put some effort to accommodate our situation. I received her call at 3:30 pm that our room was ready. I guess the hospitality industry has lost it and just expects it. Too bad, there are lots of other hotels in Cape Canaveral.

I booked a room with hotel.com came in they said they where sold out of rooms requested my money back with hotel.com which they refused to do then I got an email later that night saying thanks for checking in which I didn’t do. I tried communicating with the staff but they were rude I have forwarded over the info and emails to my bank to handle the matter.

Excellent option for our pre-cruise stay. Camello and Opal handled our check-in and they were fantastic. Customer service is their first priority and it shows. The onsite restaurant was a great choice for breakfast and dinner. We easily caught an Uber from the hotel to the port. Publix is not far if you need any last minute items and a McDonald’s is within walking distance if you choose to eat outside of the hotel. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

We stay the night before our cruise. We were impressed with the service at check in. Very helpful and courteous. We dine in the restaurant which we were disappointed. The portions of the food were very little. I had the carnitas bowl and there was hardly any carnitas but a lot of rice to make it look like there was aclot in the plate when it was not.
