We liked the full kitchen and fridge. We also liked the parking garage immediately underneath the building ($25 a day). We found the amenities very marginal. Specifically, only two bath towels, no face towels, no kitchen towels, no cooking spatula and very low quality furniture (mostly Ikea). The bed was also uncomfortable. The place served our needs as a basic place to crash but don't choose this if you're looking for luxury or to be pampered. Overall it felt like the owner wanted to spend as little as possible furnishing the apartment and make maximum profit without being bothered by the guests (he stopped responding to us after the first few text messages)..

The center of all the great places to eat. Local cuisine options to satisfy most any palate. The shopping is less than 100 meters away. Walking is convenient to most any place. The rooms are very clean, secured, and quiet. The lounge area is great. Definitely recommend it!!

Photos are MISLEADING. Some of the photos lower down are of the actual unit. All those big beautiful photos are probably (?) of some common area I never saw. Entry lobby is like a subway station. Actual unit is like a 500sqft cube in the sky that faces directly into neighboring building. The lake view is very, very difficult to see. See picture. Unit is scruffy and looks like a long time rental. Walls peeling. Difficult to get around the queen bed because there's a wall at the foot. It's not a penthouse. It's a small unit on the top level. Hilariously misleading photos and description. AVOID

Our family enjoyed every moment of our visit at The Eaton Center Suites in downtown Toronto. The location is amazing....it is in the middle of so many great eating establishments and entertainment venues. The rooms are a good size and very very clean. It is within easy distance from the Billy Bishop Airport.

Wonderful experience at INFIVILLA Eaton Suites. Location is exceptional, very central and walkable to all the attractions. Room is spacious and clean. The views of the city and the lake is beautiful. I would recommend the place and definitely come back in future!

Thank you INFIVILLA for Great City Escape! Amazing location just minutes from the Eaton Centre and subway. The condo was bright and clean with a comfortable queen bed. Loved enjoying the city view while having coffee in the morning. Would absolutely book again!

Das Apartment war grundsätzlich zufriedenstellend - allerdings ist es nicht so neuwertig, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt, im Gegenteil!!!!! Die Schränke sind sehr abgenutzt, die Fenster und der Balkon waren sehr dreckig. Toaster und Kühlschrank waren dafür sehr sauber und ohne Bedenken nutzbar. Das Badezimmer ist viel kleiner als auf den Bildern abgebildet, auch hier wieder starke Gebrauchsspuren und Abnutzung erkennbar

This is not a hotel… It is an Airbnb in disguise. We had to go to a convenience store to get the key. The place was not overly clean and in a sketchy part of Toronto. I do not know why there are good reviews for the staff as there are no staff on site. There is also no ice and no cable TV so be prepared not to be able to watch anything that is not on Netflix/Disney on your own account. The pictures are stock photos and not the actual room. The towel is something out of dollar store quality. Extremely disappointed in hotels.com for not being more transparent.

Clean room. Easy access. Comfortable. No real complaints. One item I would change is that the shower curtain is a fabric that absorbs water and doesn't keep all the shower water in the tub. Not a big deal but if it were my place I'd fix it. Another is that there were no ice cube trays (that I saw) or ice. But, again, not a big deal.

This is not a hotel, and not in the eaton center. The bathroom door will literally not close because of misalignment. Washer is moldy. We had blood on the curtains. The balcony was so dirty we couldn’t use it. Airbnb complex disguised as a hotel. Lots of noise and partying.

The apartment is very clean and well equipped with a full stove & oven and washer/dryer. It's also very quiet. Centrally located on a streetcar line. Walking distance to lots of restaurants & shops. The neighbourhood is kind of sketchy, so be careful at night. I did have a loud sound that would cut and out from the A/C which made it very hard to sleep. The owner was quick to offer help and eventually the sound stopped. I'd stay there again.

Thank you INFIVILLA! Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay! The room was spacious, comfortable with a lovely city view, and the staff were helpful. It's centrally located, and we walked all over the area, including to and from the Distillery District and Toronto Metro Convention Centre. Would recommend this place!

Absolutely amazing apart hotel. We were only in town from Rochester NY for a concert across the street but, wow. Did not expect the place to be so fancy felt out of place a little but what a that didn't matter. Fantastic experience and our room on the PH floor faced the lake, airport and could see the beautiful city skyline. Couldn't ask for a better view and stay. We will plan on returning whenever we are in town!

The location right downtown is amazing, super close and convenient. The shower/bathrooms are very roomy, and having the shampoo/soap in large bottles is so much better than the hotels that give you trial size containers. The beds are some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in a hotel. The view outside my window was right on the Toronto city Skyline and it was gorgeous especially at night.

Spectacular Views & Luxury Experience @ INFIVILLA Staying in this penthouse was unforgettable! The suite was modern, spotless, and beautifully furnished, with everything from a massive 65" 4K Smart TV to fast Wi-Fi. The highlight was definitely the balcony with incredible views of Lake Ontario and the Toronto skyline it felt like a luxury hotel but with the privacy of having the whole place to ourselves. The location couldn’t be better, just steps from Scotiabank Arena, restaurants, and all the main attractions. Truly a five-star stay!

Accommodations were very clean and within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. The check in/check out process was seamless and easy. Our only complaint is they require a $800 security deposit and you don’t receive it back for 5 business days. And if booking on a third party site - you don’t know you have to give that big of a deposit until you’ve already booked the accommodations. Otherwise - we really enjoyed our stay!

Good location, staff were responsive and unit was clean. Check in process however was complicated - details are only sent the day of checkin and you are required to go to a sketchy convenience store down the street to get a key from a lock box. This is fine during the day but would have felt more unsafe at night. Need more details on how to scan the key in the elevator. Would be nice to have a full length mirror in the apartment, otherwise was fairly well-stocked.

Accomadation was very nice, but it assistance that I received in the middle of the night when I lost my room key and FOB that stood out. Very relieving to find their was someone there to help in a stressful situation.

They had some technical issues getting my damage deposit but they finally figured that out a few hours before i arrived so a little stressful not having check in information 24 hours prior to check in. Condo was fine, area a little rough but what city isn't having homeless issues. About a half hour walk to rogers center.....

Note that this company advertises the same rooms under a variety of different "hotel" names. Attempted to check-in and was asked to visit a convenience store with a lockbox, which turned out to be empty! Eventually given the code for a different one (which turned out to be a different suite altogether). Got in and settled. Next day they messaged saying they'd have to move me!

Was exactly what we needed, just a place to crash at the end of our busy days. Location is quite convenient for food and walking to most things in the downtown area. Bonus short uber's are under $5 in this area! Only thing is that it’s not the best area of town and there is a large homeless presence but if that doesn’t bother you then it’s a perfect stay!! It’s not attached to the eaton center but it’s only 3 blocks down the street.
