The staff are the heart of this hotel. Everyone we encountered was incredibly polite, friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to departure. Being situated next to such a stunning river with a mountain view is truly special. The air is fresh, the views are "picture-postcard" quality, and the overall atmosphere is one of total tranquility. A perfect retreat for those who appreciate cleanliness, hospitality, and the beauty of the natural world. I wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Our return to the hotel was met with the same lovely staff, the wonderful breakfast, conmfortable rooms, excellent wifi and beautiful views. However, we did notice that the sound coming up from the restaurant area was very audible in the rooms (even with the balcony doors fully closed), and the nightowls who were staying up late eating and talking were also very noisy when coming to their rooms - again, the loud slamming of doors was disturbing. A few more soundproof measures (such as door closing dampners) would be an excellent investment in a hotel that *nearly* gets it all right!

Room was spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Close to everything. Beautiful views of the river. Gığden at reception super friendly and helpful. It was my birthday while I was at hotel and we were given a lovely basket of fruit. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms clean, well presented. Staff excellent especially reception. Breakfast ok but orange 'juice' terrible, undrinkable. Fresh bread would be a great improvement on the toasted stale bread
