Notre séjour s'est très bien passé, l'hôtel est bien situé avec le centre accessible à pied. L'hôtel est calme sans options supplémentaires telles que piscine, spa ou salle de sport. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et conviendra à chacun.

Fint fräscht hotell med bra gångavstånd in till stan. Värdelöst att betala så mycket för parkering i området/hotellet. Definitivt värt de 65€ vi betalade för en natt. Mysig stad med mer liv och rörelse än väntat. Hotellet var superfint och måste vara mer eller mindre helt nyrenoverat/nytt.

stayed just one night. The only negative is that there was no place de parking inside the hotel. But we found one nearby in a nice public parking. Our room ha a vew of the magnificient park and of the cathedral. Very good buffet breakfast. Vitoria lives its reputation of a green city

Estuvimos 5 días durante las fiestas de Vitoria. Nada más llegar, ruido en el hall porque permiten que la fiesta entre en el hotel. Nos dijeron que los fiesteros no estaban alojados y era mentira: gente entrando y saliendo de las habitaciones hasta las cinco de la mañana, trompetas por los pasillos y borrachos tirados en las puertas de las habitaciones. A nuestro requerimiento de que esa gente se fuera del hotel, nos mintieron diciendo que a las doce de la noche los echaban. Nos dieron otra habitación a la mañana siguiente, pero nos mintieron de nuevo al decir que no habría más jaleo ese día y los siguientes. En la nueva habitación, al estar más altos, mejor, pero al ser tan nefasta la insonorización del hotel se oía todo. Por lo demás, habitaciones minúsculas y sin apenas servicios para un cuatro estrellas, con duchas resbaladizas y no muy limpias. En conclusión, no entiendo cómo un NH permite que el jaleo local prime más que sus clientes. Estamos hablando de una de las principales cadenas hoteleras del mundo, no de la Pensión Rita. Intolerable ruido y desidia con los clientes por 100€ la noche. No sólo no volveré nunca si no que pienso reclamar la noche sin dormir que me pasé por culpa del localismo incomprensible y el desprecio por el cliente. Cero recomendable.

An absolutely terrible hotel. Zero noise mitigation between the rooms, you can hear people farting next door. The mattresses are quite possibly the worst ones i’ve ever slept on. Clearly if there was any other decent choice in Vitroria, i’d go there, but the lack of decent hotels in this city is a problem.

El personal súper amable, la ubicación magnífica sin embargo la habitación que nos tocó la 206 era helada! De plano tuve que dormir en el sillón de la televisión porque el lugar donde está ubicada la cama es frío y húmedo. Supongo que solo será en esta habitación pero sugiero NO reservar esta habitación. Si esto sucedió en julio ya me imagino de octubre a marzo sería imposible vivir ahí. Gracias!

This is the only hotel I’ve been to that advertised air conditioner and it wasn’t turned on in the whole hotel. Sleeping was not pleasant at all. We had to either open a window to a very noisy street or have a noisy fan. Terrible experience

El personal que está por el día es muy amable y muy profesional... Atentos educados y serviciales. Pero la persona que se queda de madrugada es un señor mayor anticuado irrespetuoso y agobiante. stayed just one night. The only negative is that there was no place de parking inside the hotel. But we found one nearby in a nice public parking. Our room ha a vew of the magnificient park and of the cathedral. Very good buffet breakfast. Vitoria lives its reputation of a green city

The bathroom was very small and dated. The service in the cafeteria was terrible. Every time you wanted a drink or some thing, You had to go down to reception and ask for someone to serve us. Overall not a good visit. We have stayed in NH Hotels many times and this was not up to their usual standards Nice view from the bedroom though

Nice hotel in a nice spot. Staff were ok but very regimented. Breakfast at 8 do not show up 5 minutes earlier that sort of thing. Could have been a little bit more accommodating in this modern age.

Unfortunately room 618 is quite small. The refrigerator did not work. No air conditioner was available even though the temperature was warm. Hotel staff informed that winter rules applied for April. We had to open the windows and the street noise, including the train noise could be heard. We are regular customers of NH Hotels and this experience was extremely dissapointing.

An absolutely terrible hotel. Zero noise mitigation between the rooms, you can hear people farting next door. The mattresses are quite possibly the worst ones i’ve ever slept on. Clearly if there was any other decent choice in Vitroria, i’d go there, but the lack of decent hotels in this city is a problem.
