Hôtel très correct. Personnel agréable et disponible. On peut aller dans le centre à pied. Parking disponible mais full au moment où j’y étais, on peut se garer dans la rue sinon. Restaurant assez cher à mon goût, et le petit déjeuner était tout à fait convenable

The parking was spacious and safe. The staff were excellent. The rooms were of a good size and the bathroom was well fitted. It was a little too warm in the room and the pillows were uncomfortable. Both were far too hard. Whilst it is obvious we were in Spain, in the Hotel the menu in the restaurant was very limited in choice and very Spanish, rather than catering for a more mixed clientele. Though the sirloin steak was very tender and delicious. Already planning to stay again next year. Great value for money.

My favourite hotel in Vitoria-Gasteiz. Location good for a short walk into the old town, but easily accessible from the highway. Comfortable rooms, underground parking, reasonable price. Shame the Wellington bar is closed at the moment.

Accueil professionnel. Étions déçus car parking de l hôtel complet heureusement il y a un parking public couvert à 500m. L architecture du hall, les ascenseurs et les coursives des chambres très agréables. La chambre est fonctionnel mais mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. Les matelas ne sont pas super confortables. Petit déjeuner correct. La situation permet de visiter le centre-ville à pied.

Lo unico que tenía de destacable el hotel es su hall. Las habitaciones necesitan una reforma. No es posible la falta de insonorización del hotel que hacia difícil dormir por la noche, ruido de coches y personas cantando y gritando en el fin de semana, por no decir los camiones de recogida de basura que pasaban a diferentes horas de la noche en función del residuo. La television diminuta, debia de ser de 29 pulgadas y obviamente imposible conectar plataformas. El suelo de la habitacion sucio, cuando íbamos descalzos los pies quedaban negros. Las camas apenas tiraban los edredones por encima. En la habitacion habia tetera que es de agradecer aunque el café era bastante malo. Como positivo es que es céntrico y la amabilidad del personal. En fin, no lo recomendaria.

Clean and well cared for, 10 minute walk to the historic central areas… if you are looking for late night ways it won’t be a big dinner, most places fill up at 8, and it’s just sandwiches (tostadas) in northern Spain. Easy to get your 10.000 steps per day.

Servicio y relación costo/calidad muy bueno. Box Lunch muy completo en caso de salida temprano. Solamente es importantetambiém hacer limpieza debajo de las camas, ya que tenia mucho polvo debajo, como si no consideran estas areas para limpieza.

No working air conditioning. Our room never got below 80F at night and staff said that’s what the system was able to deliver. Sweating all night. Pillows were worthless, like a folded towel. Bed was rock hard, just springs with a pad on top.

Wat een geweldig hotel is dit! Op loopafstand van het stadscentrum, busstation en het voetbalstadion. Het hotel heeft een prachtige lobby met glazen liften. De kamers zijn netjes, ruim en uitgerust met alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt. En dat voor een redelijke prijs. Ik kom hier zeker terug!

Sé que estamos en ola de calor pero me ha sorprendido que no hubiese aire acondicionado u otro tipo de ventilación en el hotel. A pesar de la muy buena comodidad de la habitación, mi noche no ha sido excelente por el calor. La ventilación hacía un ruido tremendo y no servía de nada y con la ventana abierta había mucho ruido consecuente de la calle y tampoco entraba el fresco. Por lo demás, todo muy bien.

Wonderfully helpful staff (Maria & Felipe were great) Unfortunately the rooms are outdated and since they're exterior, the sound proofing is pretty poor. Pretty loud traffic for a Saturday made the experience pretty suboptimal. The only option offered by the hotel was to pay extra for a quieter room. Disappointing experience.

Centrally located to the city center. Terrible checkin and out process. Despite regular visits to this hotel they still request passport/company details during checkin process. Additionally making a copy of passport by the frontdesk person is NOT allowed by law! You never know when the database gets hacked and where this data is going to!

Un hotel muy bien situado en la zona centro pero tranquila. Se podía descansar bien. La habitación espaciosa, pensada para estancias largas y con bastantes armarios.La cama muy cómoda. El hall muy preparado para pequeños ratos y el personal muy amable y servicial. Muy educados. Con posibilidad de tomar alguna consumición en el bar-restaurante o cenar. Volveríamos

Paid to upgrade to junior suite (usually stay in Club room). Arrived very late after long motorway delays in France. Bed / mattress was so hard and uncomfortable. Had it not been so late and had we not been so tired I’d have insisted on changing rooms. On reflection, should have. Awful night sleep. Bed was very old and mattress equally so. Awful condition. Enjoyed breakfast (good service there), but reception / manager totally disinterested when told of the mattress problem. She sadly showed complete disdain when checking out, only interested in charging extra for the car parking. Stayed here three times now. Two good stays. This latest one ruined by a poor night sleep due to old bed and mattress (in the supposedly best rooms available).

Hôtel très correct. Personnel agréable et disponible. On peut aller dans le centre à pied. Parking disponible mais full au moment où j’y étais, on peut se garer dans la rue sinon. Restaurant assez cher à mon goût, et le petit déjeuner était tout à fait convenable

Well located to the city’s sights. Very friendly and helpful staff who assisted us with leaving luggage after checkout. The hotel buffet breakfast offered a wide selection of hot and cold breakfast options and was good value for money especially as many local cafes don’t open until quite late

Hotel stay was average. Breakfast was a little above average - decent selection with a few hot items like vegetables. Beverage/coffee/tea area was continually very congested. Though. Pros of staying here: great location, parking easy, quiet. 1 star taken off because of breakfast, staff was neutral in terms of friendliness and approachability, and room comfort (average).

We stayed for four nights, considering the price we were underwhelmed. There was a group of six of us staying and the WiFi did not work for any of us. Despite complaints staff seemed unbothered. Rooms were clean, which was one of the few positives. Breakfast was limited and we had trouble with arranging parking despite the fact our booking ‘included’ parking.
