Muy bien todo en general. Es un hotel con su aparcamiento en la misma puerta de entrada. Check rápido, personal amable. Todo bastante nuevo. Lo que menos ha gustado es la escasez en el desayuno y la calidad de la calidad de las cosas, por ejemplo no había zumo de naranja.

Good place to stop if you want to be close to Bilbao for ferry but not in the middle of a busy city. Plenty of parking. Breakfast had plenty of choice.

Goede kamer, bedden en badkamer, koffie/thee-maker, ruime parking, prima ontbijtbuffet! Prima en gunstig geprijsd cafetaria/restaurant tegenover hotel 20 mtr lopen. Zeer gunstig gelegen aan de rand van Vitoria!

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. No AC in room when required, got given a noisy fan instead. Their spring was like a UK summer so to hot in the room. Windows that only part open even though room temperature was to hot and air was needed. Once window was opened partially you have the noise from the kids running around outside as well as the smokers talking and the smell of smoke from outside the reception entrance. Get a room at the back. Room lighting atrocious. Fixtures are cheap and either falling apart or not fitted properly. Room Door looked like it had been kicked in. Originally booked 2 nights but cancelled 2nd night, so glad I did. Parking great. Staff are great and try to help as best they can but still no AC. I won’t be returning.

Pour holiday inn, c’est vraiment pas au niveau !!! Pour 165€ pour une chambre de 4 pour 1 nuit, état de saleté dans la chambre avec des mouton partout notamment derrière la porte d’entrée, une literie sommaire, surtout le canapé. Chewing-gum retrouvé dans la chambre !! Mauvaise insonorisation des chambres. Petit déjeuner à fuire !

Basic clean hotel. Had accessible room for wheelchair user but not very good. Very tight access into bathroom. Disappointed with breakfast offerings. Hotel was pretty full and by 9am lots of breakfast items not replaced. Also ice machine out of order ( was the same two weeks earlier). Not very good in the hot weather.

Quarto com ruído de fundo constante confirmado pela funcionária que se deslocou para verificar o mesmo. Fomos diversas vezes a este hotel e pela primeira vez não correu como o esperado. O pessoal foi prestável mas não conseguiram resolver a situação. Não houve uma substituição de quarto pois o hotel encontrava-se cheio, o mínimo esperado seria fazerem um gesto comercial. Independente desta situação não deixa de ser um hotel correto para quem está de passagem.

The hotel was clean and the staff very nice. Had a little trouble getting the a/c to work and there is an interesting feature of a frosted glass window to the bathroom so when someone gets up in the middle of the night the whole room wakes up with the light

Hotel was easy to find and very well presented. Great to find a kettle and tea making facilities in room, just a little sparing with the milk though. Hotel reception was understaffed and took a long time to check in. Excellent restaurant and bar across the car park.

We stay at the Holiday Inn Express because it's in a very good location for our journey to southern Spain. The hotel is well run, clean and the staff are very helpful. The town of Vitoria is a short journey away about 5 mins where there is lots on offer. There is also plenty of parking outside the hotel. Overal good value for money

Il se trouve dans une ZA prêt de l'autoroute. WiFi ouvert, avec des coupures intermittents depuis notre chambre. Propre, malgré quelques tâches dans la moquette du couloir. Nous étions quatre dans la chambre, seulement deux serviettes. Pas de resto, le service de chambres se limite à Telepizza (même pas une salade proposée). Rien méchant, mais rien de charme non plus.

Muy bien todo en general. Es un hotel con su aparcamiento en la misma puerta de entrada. Check rápido, personal amable. Todo bastante nuevo. Lo que menos ha gustado es la escasez en el desayuno y la calidad de la calidad de las cosas, por ejemplo no había zumo de naranja.

Basic clean hotel. Had accessible room for wheelchair user but not very good. Very tight access into bathroom. Disappointed with breakfast offerings. Hotel was pretty full and by 9am lots of breakfast items not replaced. Also ice machine out of order ( was the same two weeks earlier). Not very good in the hot weather.

All was good plenty of parking don't know if its safe as its very open just luck i suppose. Not impressed with the breakfast not much choice any food that was supposed to be hot was cold no microwave, the bacon was not cooked along with the tomatoes (they were the only hot food offered)
