The staff was super sweet and helpful with suggestions on what to do in Innsbruck. The view from the hotel is amazing and easy access to Innsbruck via a bus stop very close by.

Eu e minha amiga ficamos extremamente decepcionadas com o hotel. Totalmente diferente do anúncio. O quarto não estava limpo direito, tendo resto de cabelo dos hóspedes anteriores. Muita poeira no quarto, os móveis pareciam que não limpos há tempo. Tudo muito antigo e mal preservafo. E além disso, pela noite surgiram muitas moscas que não sabíamos como estava entrando no quarto, algo que acredito que seja comum, pois havia um mata moscas manual no quarto. Só conseguimos dormir, depois que minha amiga matou algumas. Nada higiênico.

Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse! Vi bodde två nätter här. Vi blev tom uppgraderade till ett större rum då vi hade bebis med oss. Trevlig personal. Mysigt, autentiskt hotell. Vi fick gratis bussbiljetter som vi använde för att åka in till Innsbruck. Bussen är smidigt, går fyra gånger i timmen och det tar ca 10 min. Vi återvänder gärna! Bra frukost ingick dessutom!
