The staff was super friendly and helpful. Very sweet people. Parking is a little challenging but they made it work. I would definitely stay there again.

I loved how tucked away this hotel was. Check in process was very easy. Not a ton of parking options, but still easy to park around the hotel. Staff was incredibly friendly. With no sort of AC options we had to throw the doors/windows open which was fine, but other guests were sometimes a bit loud. The views and the double patio we had for our room were amazing.

Your hotel is far from non - smoking. We could not sit on our balcony or sleep with a window open because of smoke from neighbours smoking on their balconies adjacent. WiFi.. I reported WiFi failure to your male receptionist. He brusquely told me it was working . So, our 3 phones, laptop, chrome book, drone and camera were all faulty??? 15 minutes later I reported to him again. He was determined to prove I was wrong, but I was right! Get your "people skills" together! Then the shower went freezing cold on my wife as she was not finished washing her hair. The cold water is freezing cold. She was not happy. There is no refrigerator in the room. No jug to boil water. No tea, coffee, sugar or milk. To be greeted by the female receptionist smoking heavily in front of the Hotel entrance is not correct. Floorboards everywhere very creaky, thin walls. You have hear everyone, so when upstairs arrived back drunk at 1.30 am we had to sit in bed until 2.30 am before they quietened. Not a 3 star, but merely a 2 star hotel. Perhaps I should ask for a pro rata refund?

Alphotell som gjort sitt. Fungerade ok men låg bredvid det lokala badhuset, mycke ljud från alla som var där. Blomlådor som skall hänga på alla balkonger var helt tomma. Trist.

Vanvittig smukke omgivelser, tæt på motorvejen, skøn by+natur at gå tur i og tæt på rodelbahn. Hotellet var gammelt og specielt værelserne kunne trænge til en opgradering. Store skægkræ på badeværelset og lidt snusede værelser. Efter aftensmad var der voldsomt skænderi mellem personalet i køkkenet, og den unge pige der arbejdede der undskyldte mange gange og var flere gange ude i køkkenet, men høje tilråb og lyden af slag fortsatte, meget ubehageligt at være i. Vi kommer ikke på hotellet igen, desværre.

What a hidden gem! We are on a driving tour of Europe. Selected this hotel based off of reviews. We were late arriving as bad weather and traffic delays held us up. The hotel staff were so welcoming. They were due to close kitchen but kept it open to let us have dinner. Great food. Great Wine! The room was older yet very clean. Balcony view amazing! Our Favourite stay in Europe!!! Quaint little town.

Positives: The small town is lovely, the view is amazing. Comfy beds and spacious rooms. Not so positives: we had just 1 night. Booked for a double room woth 1 extra bed for our 3 yr old. The first room was 1 bed only (great view though) so, we got moved to another room. The extra bed was broken + the bathroom light was not working. We asked the front desk who said they would fix but they never came. Balcony was tilted and leaning downwards. It didn't feel safe or comfortable because it was so severe that things would roll off the table if we used the seating area. the restaurant is not worth visiting. Skip breakfast and go for an autostop or supermarket. We had dinner, a mixed grill a schnitzel and a childs pasta with cheese. Meat was very dry, flavourless and veggies were frozen boiled, bland. Breakfast was below par for 3 stars. Dry bread, only canned fruit, dirty coffee cups and cutlery.

Koldt værelse og to tv men ingen af dem virkede. Gulvvask var gået lidt stærkt men ikke så jeg reklamerede. Det var ikke så dyrt, så det hang vel sammen. Vi var der blot en nat.

Sehr nettes, familiengefuhrtes Hotel in einem kleineren Ort neben Innsbruck. Uber die Autobahn ist man in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Die Landschaft ist idyllisch, inmitten von Gletschern.Das Zimmer war geraumig, mit einem Balkon und toller Aussicht. Fruhstuck ist sehr reichhaltig und lecker.
Sehr nettes, familiengefuhrtes Hotel in einem kleineren Ort neben Innsbruck. Uber die Autobahn ist man in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Die Landschaft ist idyllisch, inmitten von Gletschern.Das Zimmer war geraumig, mit einem Balkon und toller Aussicht. Fruhstuck ist sehr reichhaltig und lecker.

A lovely, welcoming and friendly hotel. A nice location and great value. The Hotel Restaurant was not open but the staff directed us to a Restaurant at the bottom of the hill about 5 minutes away.

Your hotel is far from non - smoking. We could not sit on our balcony or sleep with a window open because of smoke from neighbours smoking on their balconies adjacent. WiFi.. I reported WiFi failure to your male receptionist. He brusquely told me it was working . So, our 3 phones, laptop, chrome book, drone and camera were all faulty??? 15 minutes later I reported to him again. He was determined to prove I was wrong, but I was right! Get your "people skills" together! Then the shower went freezing cold on my wife as she was not finished washing her hair. The cold water is freezing cold. She was not happy. There is no refrigerator in the room. No jug to boil water. No tea, coffee, sugar or milk. To be greeted by the female receptionist smoking heavily in front of the Hotel entrance is not correct. Floorboards everywhere very creaky, thin walls. You have hear everyone, so when upstairs arrived back drunk at 1.30 am we had to sit in bed until 2.30 am before they quietened. Not a 3 star, but merely a 2 star hotel. Perhaps I should ask for a pro rata refund?

Sehr nettes, familiengefuhrtes Hotel in einem kleineren Ort neben Innsbruck. Uber die Autobahn ist man in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Die Landschaft ist idyllisch, inmitten von Gletschern.Das Zimmer war geraumig, mit einem Balkon und toller Aussicht. Fruhstuck ist sehr reichhaltig und lecker.

Es war toll. Wunderschöne ruhige Lage im Hang mit einem fantastischen Blick auf die Berge. Nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Ortskern und zu einem tollen Restaurant-Empfehlung vom Hôtel-. Auf Wunsch haben wir ein Zimmer mit Westbalkon erhalten. Traumhaft der Blick und die Sonne bis zum Abend. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal -Empfang/Frühstück. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Small family run hotel. A bit wear but very clean. Breakfast was ok. Had all you need and what you would eat for a day in the mountains. Costs 15 euro maybe a bit overpriced. No soap in the shower except a small tiny plastic container that is enough for a leg. So bring soap. Relaxed location just a few steps to the cabel car that take you into the mountains. Good location for other activities in Stubai. Free parking outside and pretty well priced rooms.

Wir hielten für einen Zwischenstop dort und fanden es nicht so gut wie allgemein bewertet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, Zimmer sauber...aber das war es auch schon. Bad war eine Zumutung, 1.60 x1.60m! Abendessen nicht gut - trotz kleiner Karte einiges gar nicht verfügbar; und für unseren Geschmack und die Qualität viel zu teuer. Das viel gelobte Frühstück konnten wir nicht entdecken...einfacher, billiger Aufschnitt- nicht gut! Kaffee aus dem Automaten, war grausam. Hab in Österreich noch nie so "bescheiden" übernachtet!

Positives: The small town is lovely, the view is amazing. Comfy beds and spacious rooms. Not so positives: we had just 1 night. Booked for a double room woth 1 extra bed for our 3 yr old. The first room was 1 bed only (great view though) so, we got moved to another room. The extra bed was broken + the bathroom light was not working. We asked the front desk who said they would fix but they never came. Balcony was tilted and leaning downwards. It didn't feel safe or comfortable because it was so severe that things would roll off the table if we used the seating area. the restaurant is not worth visiting. Skip breakfast and go for an autostop or supermarket. We had dinner, a mixed grill a schnitzel and a childs pasta with cheese. Meat was very dry, flavourless and veggies were frozen boiled, bland. Breakfast was below par for 3 stars. Dry bread, only canned fruit, dirty coffee cups and cutlery.
