Am 30.12 war das Restaurant und die Cafeteria ohne Vorankündigung geschlossen.In der Umgebung gibt es keinerlei Möglichkeiten.Kein Lieferservice hat Essen geliefert.Noch nicht mal Wasser konnte man kaufen.Unmöglich!!

It’s fine for its class. In the road out of Merida. I chose it principally because it accepts dogs (travelling to ferry at Bilbao). Rooms are tired and poorly specc’d. Even a 2m cable could not allow me to charge something by the bed, a 3m cable would be required. Furnishings are mid 80s. Beds are likely subject to failure if a heavy person lay on them. Beer was cold and entrecôte was “un poco hecho” as required. Ample parking was available.

Very disappointing. We checked in on a Saturday after a long drive and there was such a nasty smell we were unable to nap. Something in the piping or air vents. That same night, a wedding party on the premises pumped out loud music until around 6am. So no sleep again. On the Sunday morning, the pool that was meant to open at 10am (and is advertised as such), was still locked up by checkout time at noon. So no pre-departure swim. And I'd like to note, this room was super expensive. Not recommended

O quarto tinha um cheiro muito forte de esgoto, trocamos de quarto e mesmo assim, quando abria o chuveiro ou acionava a descarga do vaso sanitário o cheiro de esgoto era bem forte. Não foi uma experiência agradável.

It is located a few km from the center of Merida but with parking. The hotel could be 2.5 stars. The apartment was very dirty, with unswept floors and dirty white towels. It doesn't deserve 4 stars!

The entire hotel is spotless clean, not fancy but extremely practical finishes, furniture and decorations. The food served as European buffet is very diverse and tasty. We were very pleased with staff professionalism and kindness. We'll surely mark this hotel as ine of the preferred spots to stay at during our travels through Spain.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms were clean with comfortable beds, breakfast was with a good variety and tasty and the hotel has a big parking place. A short 5-minute drive and you are in the center of Mérida, the hotel is just outside the city so the surroundings are quiet. Unfortunately, there was a negative part of our stay, the hotel is not soundproof to the interior corridors and adjacent rooms so we could hear everything very loud and clear, other guests closing their room doors guests talking in the hallways early in the morning, toilets being flushed, coughing, etc. which did not provide a good night's rest.

Be aware the walls are paper thin. We had to change rooms in the middle of the night because the neighbor was talking loudly. The room they moved us to didn’t have the king bed we upgraded to and the sink drain was clogged and smelled like raw sewage.

Spent only one night but service was more than helpful! The breakfast and pool were great. Neighbors were very loud. Wish the rooms had more sound proofing as I heard the tv next door until 2:30 and the snoring after that. But the hotel was terrific otherwise. A bit far from the main part of town and requires a car or taxi.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and actually made me feel welcome in general in terms of being a tourist in his city! The room was big, clean and comfy. I didn’t use the restaurant but it looked lively and popular. Would definitely stay again!

El hotel es una discoteca, y está tan mal insonorizado que es como intentar dormir en uno de sus sofás. No pude pegar ojo hasta que pararon la música a las 2 de la mañana. Por otro lado, el parking del hotel no tiene puerta ni seguridad, es dejar tus cosas en el arcén de la carretera

It was an overnight stay and we found the staff, food and facilities excellent. One small issue was that at a very early hour there was noise in the corridor our room as on. I suspect it was due to a tour bus leaving everyone was leaving their rooms and were chatting as they left moving through the corridor. This is our second time to stay at this hotel and we did not experience this the first so will stay there again.

A pesar de poner el cartel en la puerta de la habitación alrededor de las 10:30 , indicando que podían hacer la limpieza de la habitación, al regresar a las 15:30 la habitación no se había limpiado. Nadie se interesó por la situación.

Me suelo alojar aquí cuando vengo a trabajar a Merida y nunca me había ocurrido lo de ahora: -Siempre reservo pago en el hotel y cancelación gratuita hasta una fecha antes de la estancia,en este caso hasta las 16:00 horas del día de entrada,pues bien,me cobran en mi tarjeta una cantidad de madrugada el día de entrada cuando deberían saber que eso es ilegal,puesto que ha aceptado otras condiciones y además deberían saber que las operaciones con tarjeta de más de cierta cantidad necesitan PIN o autorización del cliente,lo comenté a mi llegada y nadie quiso saber absolutamente nada. Esto es denunciable y desde aquí insto a Expedia a qué llame al orden a este hotel,pues este tipo de actuaciones son intolerables.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and actually made me feel welcome in general in terms of being a tourist in his city! The room was big, clean and comfy. I didn’t use the restaurant but it looked lively and popular. Would definitely stay again!

L'hotel est confortable et propre mais le personnel vous acceuille certainement en pensant que c'est eux qui sont les clients et pas l'inverse , pas un sourire , on traine les pieds pour vous répondre si ils parlent anglais ou non alors le français je n'en parle pas.On n'ose plus rien leur demander après cela, pas cool !!!!!!

The hotel is modern, clean, with beautiful decor. Breakfast for €11 was good. The only downside is that it is not walking distance to downtown

The staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms were clean with comfortable beds, breakfast was with a good variety and tasty and the hotel has a big parking place. A short 5-minute drive and you are in the center of Mérida, the hotel is just outside the city so the surroundings are quiet. Unfortunately, there was a negative part of our stay, the hotel is not soundproof to the interior corridors and adjacent rooms so we could hear everything very loud and clear, other guests closing their room doors guests talking in the hallways early in the morning, toilets being flushed, coughing, etc. which did not provide a good night's rest.

Am 30.12 war das Restaurant und die Cafeteria ohne Vorankündigung geschlossen.In der Umgebung gibt es keinerlei Möglichkeiten.Kein Lieferservice hat Essen geliefert.Noch nicht mal Wasser konnte man kaufen.Unmöglich!!

The hotel was excellent with just one exception and that was dinner was not served till 8.30pm which is just far to late. It should start at 7pm.

We have stayed in this hotel on many occasions over the last few years. Our experience is always ‘top class’. The room we stayed in this time had the bathroom renovated and the outcome was excellent. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive. Parking is plentiful and private to the hotel. We would highly recommend.

Great staff and service. The hotel is very convenient for our travelling needs. It is clean, comfortable and has a great bar and restaurant used by guests and locals alike. Excellent parking too, which is a bonus. Breakfast is very good with a lot of choice including hot dishes. We will return later in the year.

We enjoyed our stay and found the location perfect — spacious parking yet still close to the historic center and main attractions of Mérida, with affordable taxi fares into town. The staff were excellent, especially Cristina at reception, who made check-in smooth and helped arrange transportation. Our room was clean and housekeeping did a great job. The hotel could use a little more updating in some areas, but overall we had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was basic, though the staff were friendly and attentive.
