El Hotel es muy comodo, sus habitaciones amplias y buen Baño (solo falta una Ducha Telefono). El Comedor excelente y abundante Bufet de Desayuno. Ya he ido varias veces, pero esta vez eche de menos la Piscina, el Sauna y sala de maquinas, lleve ropa para ello y llegue haya y me encontre que estaban desahbilitadas por el tema de Pandemia. On noisy road. They rev engines until 330am. Windows in my room didnt seal properly. Noise and draft. Pool was chilly. Shower curtain attacks you. Taxi here was 13k. Back 15k. Pretty good overall.

This was a nice hotel located next to the Straits. The Seaview room was nice. The pool was really warm! Food was decent. Staff was super nice - called a taxi for me when I was ready to leave for the airport.

Overall a good place to stay. The location was great. The hotel advertised assistance with tours etc but had none. We were able to get great help downtown though. The room was relatively clean but the carpets were old and stained and the entire room smelled very moldy.

This property is in a great location, and could be really fantastic...but it's not. To be fair, the room was pretty clean and the bed was comfy. However, the carpet was badly stained and the linens are dingy (think Motel 6). Free breakfast buffet is totally acceptable, but the restaurant is extremely loud, as staff are yelling to one another across the room, throwing silverware around and bussing tables as loudly as possible. Lunch/dinner are available from a menu, but I found the food to be less than desirable. Overall, this hotel offers all of the basics, but is certainly missing the polish and professionalism one would expect. We found a truly luxurious property nearby for less money and with same view.

This property needs updating. The shower is narrow and the shower liner keeps sticking to you while you shower. The shower tiles also have mold. The bed is not the most comfortable. Its not terrible.. the facility just older. The breakfast is good. The food at dinner is good as well.

Staff was unfriendly and was looking to make more money. My check in time was 1pm but I was asked to pay $45 for early check in and was told that hotel check in was 2pm. Expedia booking clearly says it is 1pm check in. Such a rip off!!
