Lovely property and location with wonderful staff. Unfortunately ruined by false advertising of a gym, spa, sauna and hot tub which were not there. They were being refurbished and gutted it. When I approached ri check out early to find a hotel with a gym as I always need a gym, they refused a refund. I left early anyway. Expedia did try to help but nothing from the hotel. Also of note, a very noisy room and hard to sleep.

There is no hot tub! This is falsely advertised. I asked the front desk about it, they chuckled and said they don’t have it anymore. We booked this hotel after a 5 day hike, specifically to relax in the hot tub. We were very disappointed that it didn’t exist. They also provide you with a WhatsApp number for the front desk, that no one ever responds to. We called for room service at least 10 times from the room phone with no pick up, same with the front desk. We stayed for 2 days and they never refilled our coffee pods for our coffee maker. On a positive note, the hotel is clean and the restaurant was very good. We didn’t have a bad experience but we were disappointed several times with service and false advertising.

Clean and modern rooms. Very friendly and helpful service. Breakfast is very nice with long hours. Parking is tricky because the lot is small. Street parking in the area often has a fee, but you can kind parking a couple blocks away for free

The hotel is clean but pretty average, nothing much to write home about. If you're like us and specifically booked this place because of the sauna/hot tub after a long day of hiking, you're going to be very disappointed. It costs 20k Pesos (20USD) and even if you book the spa in advance they will not preheat anything, so well before anything gets to temperature, they will start shoving you out because your hour is up.

Property is well located. Close to everything and easy to walk around. The room we were given was extremely small for two people. Could hear street noise all night - not well insulated. Could also hear when other rooms flushed toilets, took showers, etc. The shower located in our room was literally IN the room — no privacy when taking a shower (it was NOT located in the bathroom, but was visible from the entire room). Staff seemed reluctantly helpful. Property was used by Silversea Cruise Line so maybe one of the better properties in PA. It sufficed for the two nights we were there but wasn’t a great experience. Pros: very clean, restaurant on property.

The room is not sound proofed at all and we were woken up multiple times at night because of shouting on the streets and people walking by. Also our room, 419, has a window that faced toward a shaft. It smells funny and also we are just meters away from another window from another room and it felt incredibly awkward. Oh btw the sink is so tiny whenever you wash your hand the water spilled absolute everywhere in the ground. A 4 star hotel with no window and give off dungeon vibe... DONT COME

The hotel is clean and comfortable in general. Sound proof great.Our room felt claustrophobics, a wall to watch from our window. When we have been travelling for 2 weeks, you expect better ... The only good pastry at breakfast , was a slide of kuchen, that was gone a min later when I wanted a piece. I asked the staff if they would bring more...He said yes. I waited for 15 min , to be told no more. A giant hotel offering a small kuchen ( it was 8:40 am) The bread quality and pastries no good. I tried better pastries and bread in other hotels

The hotel was at full capacity and the staff seemed totally unprepared for this. At check in we were given a room that was occupied (Imagine the shock of walking into a room after an hour in reception to find it dirty, with other people’s stuff!). Breakfast was lackluster and the staff insisted on charging it although it was clearly stated it was included in the reservation. Definitely not recommending or returning

When we checked in at the regular check in time, they assigned us a room that had not been cleaned. Then they reassigned us to a room that was occupied. The third time they assigned us a room that did not have any toilet paper or toiletries. We left the property without spending the night and they did not offer a refund.

Atendentes um tanto desatentos 1: tínhamos passeio com saída antes do inicio do cafe da manha, para isso o hotel disponibiliza um lanche que fica a disposição na recepção sob encomenda previa, porem ao solicitarmos nosso lanche não havia sido feito ate que pegaram de uma outra reserva e nos disponibilizaram 2: no check out cobraram um cafe da manha sendo que minha reserva ja incluía cafe todos os dias. Detalhes que não devem ocorrer em um hotel deste nível.

The bathroom is very tiny so much so that washing your hands in the sink proves impossible . The “full” breakfast is mediocre . We’ve been having breakfasts included in all our hotels during this trip. Almasur’s serves the same exact foods but the quality and taste is sub-par. The scrambled eggs might as well been called soup. Coffee is just brown colored water . Etc . And the front desk staff is anything but welcoming. The man was pushy; not all suited for his role at the front desk.

Dining room is not very good. I specified how I wanted my steak cooked (medium) and they sent it out raw. It was absolutely disgusting and when I tried to send it back and get something else instead, they wanted to charge me for 2 meals. Manager had gone home so there was no one to appeal to. Would not recommend eating at their restaurant.
