We were really pleased with everything the hotel had to offer. We were especially pleased with the spaciousness in parking. We travel with a truck and loved the ease in which we could park and the peace of mind in knowing that our doors would not be dented. Would definitely stay here again.

Pool was super small and pool area was in rough shape. Flooring behind bathroom door was dirty, bathtub took forever to drain. Touched the lampshade and a plume of dust came off. Ok, but won’t go back.

The elevator was constantly out of order causing you to walk across a small pool deck while being splashed with water just use the stairs. Extremely over priced for what you get. We had to switch rooms the first night due to a broken sofa bed. Will not stay here again.

Though I was in the pet room, it was quite dirty. Every time I check in somewhere, I always check for bed bugs. When I lifted the mattress, there were no bugs, but it was filthy with crumbs and hair. It looked like bed skirt had not been changed in months. The skirt and mattress protector had brown and red smudge stains. Much of the sheets had black hairs and lint on them. A lint roller should have been used for this. Besides that, customer service was friendly and parking was plentiful.

Strong smell of bleach. I thought it maybe the pool but realized after it was not the pool. It was just everything when I used the towels and face cloths. It was very, very strong. It actually made me feel sick

Dirty light switch upon entering. The restaurant should have been prepared for the influx of customers, seeing as there was a concert in town. It looked like the staff was overwhelmed, but doing their best. The beds were comfortable

The room was big and clean but the sound insulation was not that good. We had two teens but only one kid got a free breakfast voucher for each day. ( breakfast is not serving by yourself ). Not many restaurants and shops around this area but very quiet.

Good location for shopping , convenient parking , restaurant on site & friendly staff. Room was clean but “ tired” & dark . Lighting is not great , both chairs had holes from wear & age . Beds were comfortable , with nice linens & variety of pillows .

Upon checking in they tell me that they need to collect another deposit fee. This was not listed in the itinerary when I booked. They had listed the taxes and fees, but nowhere was an extra deposit charge listed. The clerk said it was policy. It should of been listed to be fully transparent.

Hotel had mostly friendly staff. A couple who made errors during my stay (did not provide all food vouchers at check in, did not add the confirmed guest (that I confirmed months ago by email) to the registry and a restaurant staff who accepted a voucher with a wrong date by accident then another that wouldn't accept the one I had left in the end) and gave a little bit of attitude but others who were super friendly and accommodating. The errors made were rectified in the end. Pool and hot tub were convenient with great hours. Both a bit small and in need of a drain and clean/repair by my visit in Sept (end of season). Hotel rooms were a little dated but super clean and the beds were soft and sheets and towels fresh. Cleaning staff did an excellent job. Immediate surrounds don't have much for tourists except food but there is a bus stop right outside and the bus goes right to the West Edmonton Mall and the hotel is in convenient driving distance to many attractions.

Disappointed with the lack of consistency here. My room had no microwave, and I wasn't offered one at check-in. However, I overheard staff proactively asking other guests if they needed a microwave set up in their rooms. It felt like some guests received better service than others. If you stay here, make sure to ask for what you need upfront, as they don't offer the same level of care to everyone.

The hotel is hard to get to by the main road. You always have to come round the back. There is no turning access to the front of the building. There was six times that I was picked up from the hotel and dropped off. It was really annoying The air-conditioning unit was so loud Even that didn’t stop the noise from the road got no sleep on the second night as the fire alarm went off at 3:39 AM had to get up at 6 o’clock to get to the airport waited over 15 minutes for the Uber driver to find the front door of the hotel Really bad experience.

Hotel is a bit dated but clean, beds were comfy, service great. Location is easy to get in and out of, close to the mall and both highways. Not really anything around the hotel though. Wanted to go for a walk, but no green space and just city streets around industrial type businesses eg car dealership Over all, nice place, can’t complain about the hotel itself.

The hotel was in good shape, room was good and comfortable, service from staff was good. They offer a breakfast coupon for $10 but it gets used for Ricky's and it's not worth buying. Just go to Ricky's because the coupon only goes towards the menu.

We enjoyed our stay. We got a suite so there was a door to the bedroom. Was nice to be able to put the kid to bed in there in their playpen and still have the living room to lounge in. We thought the location was great. Staff was friendly. Pool was clean and we enjoyed it. Rickys was delicious for breakfast.

It was disappointing to pay an additional fee for a breakfasts in advance only to find out when you get to the hotel that it’s a Ricky’s restaurant and the breakfast is only a $10 voucher towards a full menu pricing.

Staff was friendly and easy to work with. Had booked and paid through Expedia. When we arrived was told a damage deposit on a credit card was needed. They said they usually don’t accept a debit, which should be clear as not everyone wants or can have a credit card. We opted in for the extra 15$ a person for breakfast. Had I known that we would receive coupons with very limited choices at the restaurant I would have opted out and just bought breakfast and been able to choose whatever we wanted. It was a very small breakfast for the money.

Easy check in and out. Close to West Edmonton Mall. Buildng is older and shows its age, but its clean. Was fully booked, and still pretty quiet. Included (addon) Breakfast was ok, a bit slow, fast food and restaurants close if you do that.
