Well located. Maintenance of property was good. The deck had deferred maintenance, otherwise the property is in fine condition. The breakfast is included. Bed was very comfortable. I wish we had reserved an upper floor room with view.

Parking was easy and free. Parking lot felt safe and cobblestone felt historic and appealing. Beds were extremely comfortable. Room was very clean and nice. Breakfast was a delight. Egg casserole was great and the biscuit and gravy was the best in Florida.
