Lovely my little boy enjoyed himself . Weather was his and miss but no fault of the hotels. Plenty to do onsite and my little boy loved the slides. Market in town on Fridays

Great family holiday nice food. Parking expensive.

Erg gehorig. Kwaliteit van eten wisselt een beetje, maar is doorgaans wel OK. Zwembaden sluiten wel érg vroeg (19:00) en dan is de hele tuin van het hotel ook meteen gesloten.

Hôtel parfait, buffet très varié. Point noir impossible d’avoir un transat à la piscine, les gens font la queue devant la porte à 8h du matin pour poser leurs serviettes et pour parfois venir que l’après-midi.

We were in the apartments at the rear of the hotel they were nice and spacious and clean however the wardrobe and bathroom smelt of damp the wardrobe needs pulling away from the wall and doors left open during winter the bathroom had a bit of mould around the edges of shower not sure if that was causing the smell however it’s a small fix but needs addressing I ended up burning incense sticks pools lovely plenty of them unfortunately the main pool had massive queues 45 mins before it opened and in true Brit style people were running for the beds and some weren’t on them for most of the day plenty of choice of food have had better have had worse would stay again the resort isn’t the prettiest beachfront blocked by a train line and all looked a bit run down but if you were staying in the hotel it was fine. The good point about the railway line is the station had direct trains to Barcelona so perfect if you want to venture out all in all a good stay

Séjours agréables sauf on a payé un parking 18 euros par jour. C'est très cher.

Bon hôtel pour famille avec enfants moins pour ados. Les règles de savoir-vivre ensemble sont parfois bâclées notamment à la piscine où il est de rigueur de courir un sprint dès l’ouverture des portes sinon pas de transat avant 15h alors que certains ne voient dans la journée que la serviette posée dessus jamais son propriétaire !!!!

Had a wonderful stay at FERGUS Pineda Splash! The front desk staff were super friendly, and check-in/check-out was quick and easy. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious with plenty of options for everyone. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Hotel limpio, tranquilo, animado, completo

Ein sehr schönes, modernes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind hell, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Animation im Hotel ist sehr gut, insbesondere für die Kinder. Die verschiedenen Poolanlagen sind sehr angenehm. Somit verteilt sich alles gut. Das Essen ist sehr gut, es wiederholt sich aber auch. Der Speisesaal an sich erinnert an eine grosse Kantine. Das Meer ist schnell zu Fuss erreichbar, ein kleines Stadtzentrum auch.

Minpunten waren dat er heel weinig te eten is voor veganisten, vooral 's ochtends was dat een probleem. Geen plantaardige melk of plantaardige yoghurt aanwezig. Ook heel weinig fruit en geen plantaardig broodbeleg. In de avond was dit beter maar er zouden toch meer plantaardige opties aanwezig mogen zijn. Wat ik ook een groot nadeel vond was dat er ook een terras is naast de eetzaal waar je kan eten. Daar zaten mensen dan te roken waardoor de rooklucht de eetzaal binnendrong. Niet echt prettig om te eten in een ruimte die naar sigaretten ruikt! Verder vond ik het balkon heel vies (de muren) waardoor ik daar niet heb gezeten. Ook zat de wc bril los en zaten er veel haren op het matras. Wel fijn dat er 's nachts een bewaker is en dat de deuren op slot gaan. Dat is erg veilig! Entertainment vond ik mager. Hotel ziet er verder mooi uit en was verder ook schoon. Heerlijke regendouche op de kamers! Personeel was vriendelijk maar langzaam. Ik zou op zich wel weer terug komen als het noodzakelijk zou zijn maar ik zou mensen eerder aanraden om naar Golden Taurus Aquapark Resort te gaan!

Personal super amable, habitación muy limpia

Accueil rapide, il y aura forcément un réceptionniste qui parlera Espagnol, Français ou Anglais, c'est donc un plus. Il mériterai plus d'explications sur ce qui est inclus ou non et ce que ce qu'il est possible de faire sur place et donner des indications pour bien se repérer dans l'établissement, néanmoins l'adaptation est rapide. Les chambres sont propres et confortables et l'établissement en général est très bien tenu, idem pour les sanitaires et douches communes et les piscines même en haute saison. Nous étions à 5 dans une chambre d'environ 25m2 ce n'est pas très grand mais indiqué dès le départ donc pas de mauvaises surprises et suffisant pour 1 semaine. Les repas sont variés, il y en aura pour tous les goûts, du petit déjeuner au repas du soir, on n'est pas sur de la grande gastronomie mais c'est bien mieux que d'autres établissements du même genre. Attention à bien prendre la formule "tout inclus" si vous souhaitez avoir de l'eau à table et profiter des boissons en journée. 3 piscines sont disponibles sur place, la première pour toute la famille avec une pataugeoire et des toboggans, une seconde plus profonde que l'on réserva plus aux adultes et une dernière à l'étage plus petite qui permettra de se détendre. Un club enfant peut accueillir même les plus jeunes et ados de 10h30 à 13h et de 16h à 19h. Les animateurs sont sympathiques et parlent plusieurs langues. Animations jusqu'à minuit environ, c'est ensuite calme la nuit et ce jusqu'à 9h le matin.

Geweldig hotel waar ook onze hond welkom was. Alles schoon en een voortreffelijk ontbijt. Hier komen we zeker volgend jaar terug.

Prima accomodatie, maar erg gehorig. Eten prima en ruim voldoende keuze. Personeel erg vriendelijk.

Rooms are run down (flooring literally crumbling under foot and walls are mouldy). The place is full of people yelling and screaming until 1am (despite an aparant 11pm curfew), and the rooms are so poorly insulated you hear everything (inside and out). Reception staff lie to your face, then just stop answering your calls. The surrounding neigbourhood is narrow dirty streets that feels unsafe particularly at night.

Fint och rent hotell som ligger nära stranden, men väldigt lyhört! Man hör allt i korridoren utanför dörren, sov inte en hel natt på 5 dagar!

The AC in the room only worked on our first day arrival then it stopped

La habitación era estrecha y no tenía escritorio. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba. La animación de los niños tiene que mejorar mucho, la mini disco muy pobre. Como mucho 4 canciones.

Longue attente à la réception, chambre bien plus petite qu'attendu (pourtant la "Quadruple Deluxe"...), chauffage dans la chambre au maximum, climatisation non fonctionnelle, impossible d'aérer en ouvrant les fenêtres car hôtel extrêmement bruyant de jours comme de nuit, grande difficulté pour trouver une place de parking (plus de place payante via l'hôtel)... Bref, nous avions réservé pour 4 nuits, nous sommes repartis au bout de 2 ! Pas adapté pour des vacances "repos", plus du style "hôtel camping avec activités+++". (Petites notes positives : Les salariés essais de faire de leur mieux mais pas bcp de marge, hôtel propre, petit déjeuner correct)

Booked a quadruple room with one double and 2 single beds, and my request was not met. We ended up with 2 double beds for a couple and 2 kids, so that made it a bit difficult to sleep well and the room was very small for the 4 of us. Otherwise, good location and pool.

Das war eine sehr schöne Woche im Hotel. Das Essen war super lecker und sehr viel Auswahl. Jeden Tag sehr frisch.Das super freundliches Personal überall in der Küche,an der Barthecke, an der Anmeldung und auch Putzpersonal. Für die Kinder sehr schöne Animationen. Die Lage, nicht weit von Meer.

Fint hotel - men havde nok forventet lidt mere ift. at det er 4 stjernet. Men set i lyset af prisen levede det op til det vi betalte. Vi oplevede en rigtig god service da vi ankom, venligt og smilende personale, der gav sig god tid til at forklare os tingene. Vi havde valgt all inklusive. Maden var god, men det var meget det samme vi fik. Vi var noget overrasket over, at der kun var to forskellige drinks, der var med i all inklusive. Vi oplevede samtidig, at det om aftenen var svært at gøre brug af tilbuddet, da der var alt for lidt personale til at betjene gæsterne i baren, så man skulle stå i kø alt for lang tid. Hotellet har en politik der hedder, at man kun må få to genstande udleveret i baren. Dette giver god mening, når det er drinks. Men som alene mor til tre børn, synes jeg, det er problematisk, at jeg ikke kan hente en sodavand til mig og mine børn, når jeg har betalt for All inklusive, det er ikke acceptabelt. Vi oplevede en god service i restauranten, venlig personale og de genkendte os hurtigt, og vidste hvad vi satte pris på. Der var også overvejende venligt personale i baren. Vi oplevede dog enkelte i baren, som var irriteret på os og vrissede af os, når vi ikke forstod deres regler. Vi oplevede at rengøringspersonalet var søde og imødekommende, der var kun et lagen til to mennesker at bruge som dyne, så vi fik et ekstra lagen med et smil. De har regler om, at man først må lægge sit håndklæde kl 9 om morgenen, og det er de gode til at fastholde.

The property was OK. Alot of exemptions for All inclusive so it isnt worth the extra money. The front desk staff was pretty pleasant but the bartenders specifically Mario and Mike were racist, rude, and downright offensive. I wouldnt stay here again.

Attesa di 3 ore per la camera, ma alla fine ci hanno dato un appartamento adiacente e non nell’hotel. Problemi con la card per il parcheggio: auto bloccata (pagato comunque 12€) e lenzuolo mancante per un letto, recuperato dopo un’ora. Personale poco cordiale nonostante le numerose file fatte alla reception per risolvere i vari problemi. Praticamente ho perso un giorno di vacanza. Totale disorganizzazione: non lo consiglio.

El equipo humano detras de todas las actividades del hotel. Esperamos desde la gerencia valoren al personal que tienen porque son maravillosos.

Positivo: los animadores del hotel, gente joven y con mucha energía, muy dispuestos a la hora de entretener a los niños. La música - Dj , zona de bar bien. Buen espectáculo por la noche y actividades casi a todas horas. Habitación amplia y limpia.Hay que vigilar tema cucarachas en el balcón , se cuelan por las tuberías, yo tuve que tapar la salida de una que daba al balcón, porque se cuelan por allí. Los alrededores del hotel muy bien, zona tranquila, cerca del centro, playa y tren. Negativo: Lo que no me gustó es el personal de recepción, muy serios, no atienden al teléfono, ni desde la habitación ni antes de alojarme para informarme. Mejor la comunicación por email.

Zona aparcamiento mal

Es ist nah am Stand. Schöne Poolanlage für Kinder. Nachts ist es schön ruhig und Restaurants und Shoppingmöglichkeiten in 400m Entfernung. Die Klimaanlage ist leise und die Zimmer ausreichend groß, das Bad sogar sehr groß. Durch die hohe Bettenanzahl stößt die Belegschaft sehr an ihre Grenzen, trotzdem immer freundlich. Restaurant zu den Mahlzeiten sehr voll und laut. Mit Kindern ist dieses Hotel zu empfehlen, ohne ist es zu laut und hektisch. Ich würde mehr Qualität statt Quantität empfehlen.

Pools are great, hotel very clean. Plenty of lounge chairs to grab by the pool. We were all-inclusive. We enjoyed the food buffets and drinks. The drinks have limitations, but if you want something that isnt included, it is very cheap to purchase. Snacks were just leftovers from meals, and they need improvement. Rooms were clean. Beds were OK, need to upgrade the bedding. Walkable to beach and fun town area.

El personal muy amable. Especialmente Jessica que trabaja en limpieza de las habitaciones, super amable y encantadora con los niños, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuesta a ayudar. Lo que no nos gustó es que el "todo incluido" no entraban incluidas muchas cosas como mojitos, granizados.....

El hotel esta bastante bien, las piscinas estan genial, la unica pega es el tema de la comida ya que hay poca variedad y muchos dias se repiten comidas, los camareros muy agradables siempre

Jolie hôtel avec personnel agréable desla réception. La literie est confortable et les chambres assez calmes. Par contre le dîner n'était pas bon, que de la nourriture industrielle. Même la salade etait ramollie dans l'eau. Ne parlons des cannellonis ala texture et au goût bizarre, ni de la crème à la banane au goût plus que chimique.

The food is very limited. The breakfast is infuriating. No water or coffee is allowed at 22:00. Everything is closed.
