The good first: staff were generally helpful and relaxed. The food was varied and mostly very tasty, with plenty of options for both the health-conscious and the not-so. The location is good, just a few blocks from the sea, and a convenience store on the corner. Drinks in the hotel were reasonably priced. The beds were comfortable and clean. Now the not-so-good: the hotel advertised an electric car charger (and this was one of the reasons we chose it). Not only is there no charger, but there is no parking unless you book it in advance. None of this is made clear on Hotels.com. We were offered a free dinner in compensation. There was black mould in our shower. We were twice assured it would be cleaned, but it wasn’t, at least not properly. Some things that ought to be included carry extra costs: use of the indoor pool and spa (if the word spa is in the hotel name, basic spa facilities should be included in the price). Even use of the bedroom safe is charged. There is no option to order tap water with dinner, even though I think hotels are now required by law to offer it. Bottled water is available and not too expensive. But the principle is wrong. The outdoor pool area is too small for the size of the hotel and so felt cramped. Me vine a pasar el fin de semana de semana santa. Buscaba algo cerca de la estación ya que venía en tren y que a la vez fuese tranquilo y bonito. La verdad es que reunió todo lo que buscaba. La habitación aunque era para mi sola era muy grande con un baño enorme,precioso y limpio. Tienes un para de aguas de cortesía cosa que agradeces nada más llegar. También una invitación a una copa de cava. La piscina es pequeña pero está muy bien montada y tiene muchas tumbonas con un sencillo sistema para saber si están ocupadas o no. Incluí el desayuno por 6€ más(que al final salió en menos) y no defraudó. Por poner un pero los zumos son de máquinas y son terribles,pero todo lo demás genial,verduras,frutas,tortillas recién hechas,bollería,cereales..... Tiene un Spa que no pude disfrutar porque no reservé y fue imposible solicitar hora,mea culpa. A la despedida me obsequiaron con una bolsa con un par de aguas y dos snacks. Lo super recomiendo y volveré seguro.

Das Getränke beim Verlassen des Speisesaals direkt bezahlt werden müssen, ist unpraktisch. Sorgt für Wartezeit und ungemütliche Schlange bei Hochbetrieb. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns der Außenpool, die geschmackvollen Zimmer und Gänge sowie die gesamte Verpflegung. Frühstück und Abendbuffet waren super!

Hôtel agréable et calme,autour de l' hôtel il y a de la place pour garer la voiture en septembre.Très belle chambre avec balcon.La piscine extérieur est bien pour nager mais légèrement fraiche.Le petit déjeuner et le diner sont très bon.Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Superb hotel and staff. Great choice of delicious food. Hotel is spotless and kept clean at all times. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. The resort is quiet and suitable for couples and families with toddlers or babies. Train service excellent. Fab walks along the beach in both directions.

Mycket fint hotell med trevligt poolområde med tillräckligt med solstolar. Trevlig, välkomande personal. Vi hade halvpension o maten vid både frukost och middag va tillräcklig men hade ändå kunnat önska mer vad gäller smak men de blir ungefär samma på alla hotell vi vart på tidigare för smaken ska ju passa alla. Bättre mat än vi fått på vissa andra hotell, man äter sej mätt o de är billigt med dryck till maten. De enda jag kan anmärka på är att de ej städar under sängen på rummet annars va städningen utan smärre anmärkning

Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen und doch zentralen Area von Pineda. Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal und schöne sowie saubere, neurenovierte Zimmer. Die Qualität der Speisen sind nicht auf einem 4.5 Sterne Niveau. Im Speisesaal Papierservietten, abgepackte Confiture in Plastik, kein Honig. Künstliche Fruchtsäfte gibt's über die Saftmaschine. Preis- / Leistung stimmte für die Nebensaison.
Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen und doch zentralen Area von Pineda. Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal und schöne sowie saubere, neurenovierte Zimmer. Me vine a pasar el fin de semana de semana santa. Buscaba algo cerca de la estación ya que venía en tren y que a la vez fuese tranquilo y bonito. La verdad es que reunió todo lo que buscaba. La habitación aunque era para mi sola era muy grande con un baño enorme,precioso y limpio. Tienes un para de aguas de cortesía cosa que agradeces nada más llegar. También una invitación a una copa de cava. La piscina es pequeña pero está muy bien montada y tiene muchas tumbonas con un sencillo sistema para saber si están ocupadas o no. Incluí el desayuno por 6€ más(que al final salió en menos) y no defraudó. Por poner un pero los zumos son de máquinas y son terribles,pero todo lo demás genial,verduras,frutas,tortillas recién hechas,bollería,cereales..... Tiene un Spa que no pude disfrutar porque no reservé y fue imposible solicitar hora,mea culpa. A la despedida me obsequiaron con una bolsa con un par de aguas y dos snacks. Lo super recomiendo y volveré seguro.

Das Getränke beim Verlassen des Speisesaals direkt bezahlt werden müssen, ist unpraktisch. Sorgt für Wartezeit und ungemütliche Schlange bei Hochbetrieb. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns der Außenpool, die geschmackvollen Zimmer und Gänge sowie die gesamte Verpflegung. Frühstück und Abendbuffet waren super!

Superb hotel and staff. Great choice of delicious food. Hotel is spotless and kept clean at all times. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. The resort is quiet and suitable for couples and families with toddlers or babies. Train service excellent. Fab walks along the beach in both directions.

The good first: staff were generally helpful and relaxed. The food was varied and mostly very tasty, with plenty of options for both the health-conscious and the not-so. The location is good, just a few blocks from the sea, and a convenience store on the corner. Drinks in the hotel were reasonably priced. The beds were comfortable and clean. Now the not-so-good: the hotel advertised an electric car charger (and this was one of the reasons we chose it). Not only is there no charger, but there is no parking unless you book it in advance. None of this is made clear on Hotels.com. We were offered a free dinner in compensation. There was black mould in our shower. We were twice assured it would be cleaned, but it wasn’t, at least not properly. Some things that ought to be included carry extra costs: use of the indoor pool and spa (if the word spa is in the hotel name, basic spa facilities should be included in the price). Even use of the bedroom safe is charged. There is no option to order tap water with dinner, even though I think hotels are now required by law to offer it. Bottled water is available and not too expensive. But the principle is wrong. The outdoor pool area is too small for the size of the hotel and so felt cramped. Loved the breakfast & dinner 😍. Room was nice too. Check out was a little wonky, had to wait for guy to show up. Overall good experience, great for families c couples & friends. Resort had it all.

Lo lamentable son los horarios de las comidas....hasta las 10.00 el desyuno (aceptable)...pero la cena hasta las 21.00...imposible ir a cenar...a partir de las 20.20 la cola es imposible...no entiendo como no alargan la hora un poco para al menos dar el servicdo...la gente se queda sin cenar...o vas a las 19.30 a merendar...
