Tres bel hôtel, chambre tres bien (suite penthouse), grande et propre! Personnel a la réception aux petits soins, un vrai plaisir! Gros bémol qui enlève 2 etoiles: le buffet... de la nourriture industrielle bas de gamme et tres allemande, grosse déception vu le standing de l hôtel. Le SPA est vraiment bien, malgré un supplément de 15€ pour y rester 2h.

Notre séjour à l'AQUA Hotel Promenade & Spa a été globalement agréable. L'hôtel dispose d'une belle piscine et est idéalement situé près de la plage, ce qui est parfait pour se détendre. Notre petite fille a beaucoup apprécié l'espace de jeux qui lui est dédié. En revanche, j'ai été déçu de constater que l'accès au spa n'était pas inclus et qu'il n'y avait aucune disponibilité pour les soins et massages. De plus, l'absence de parking a été un inconvénient notable.

Superbe chambre penthouse ça vaut le coup pour le rapport qualité-prix. La chambre est immense le bain extérieur est au top et la vue magnifique . Leger bémol sur le diner du soir qui pourrait etre de meilleure qualité mais convenable. Petit dejeuner avec beaucoup de choix. On a préféré 1000 fois le calme de pineda de mar, ville residentielle comparé à santa susanna full touriste et pas du tout la meme ambiance. Côté parking 6€ par jour pour se garer dans la rue de lhotel au parcmètre ou sinon 5/10min à pied un parking gratuit. On a beaucoup aimé notre sejour.

wir waren 3 Tage in diesem Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Penthouse Double Suite. Auch das Frühstück und Buffet Abendessen waren sehr gut. Gut zu wissen: zwischen Hotel und Strand ist eine Straße und die Bahn. Die Bahn fährt selten bis ca. 00:30. Hupt aber kurz vor dem Bahnhof. Hat uns aber nicht gestört. Es gibt keine Hoteleigne Liegen am Strand und der Pool ist nicht groß. Wir waren meist auf der Dachterrasse. Insgesamt für eine Kurz Reise sehr zu empfehlen .

The hotel was absolutely amazing. The room we had was exceptionally clean and the housekeepers refreshed our room every morning. Our balcony had the most beautiful view looking out into the ocean/sea. The beds were super comfy and the design of the rooms was beautiful! We had breakfast included and there was a large selection to choose from and it was delicious. The pool was always clean and it was always relaxing to be around the pool aswell. Although we didn't visit the gym or indoor spa we have no doubt it was also exceptional. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Het hotel heeft een mooie renovatie ondergaan. Het zwembad, de receptie en het restaurant zien er super uit daardoor. De kamer was prima. Lekkere lounge stoelen op het balkon, lekker bed (alleen geen dekbedhoes?) en fijne badkamer. Ontbijt riant en lekker. Wij hebben alleen gegeten in het a la carte restaurant, en dat was heel goed. Je kreeg zelfs strandhanddoekken. Enige minpunt is dat er geen mogelijkheid was om koffie of thee te zetten op de kamer en dat je de minibar alleen kon gebruiken door alles/een pakket af te nemen, niet een los drankje.

L’hôtel est confortable et propre. Le petit déjeuner de type buffet, avec beaucoup d’options et plage horaire correcte. Des options autour de restauration et la plage en face de l’hôtel. Gros hic à tenir en compte, mais c’est particulier à toute cette partie de la côte, le train passe entre l’hôtel et la plage et donc l’option terrasse vue sur mer (terrasse spacieuse et superbe vue) signifie aussi bruit sur train… Parking gratuit dans la rue face à l’hôtel, Point fort, le personnel est très agréable et à l’écoute, merci! Pourquoi pas essayer des triple vitrage pour les chambres vue sur mer ?

🌟 Avis sur l'Hôtel Aqua Promenade & Spa 🌟 Franchement, hôtel au top ! Très très très bon accueil, le personnel est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, que ce soit à la réception, en salle ou les femmes de ménage. La nourriture est excellente ! Le buffet est varié, change chaque jour, avec un petit déjeuner copieux et généreux, sucré et salé, pour tous les goûts. On sent que tout est bien pensé pour satisfaire les clients. Un grand bravo aux cuisiniers et à toute l’équipe ! 👏 Côté chambre, c’est propre, calme, rien à redire. L’hôtel est parfaitement situé : juste en face de la mer 🌊, en face de la gare 🚆, avec tous les commerces à proximité. Idéal pour les familles avec enfants. Petit bémol : la piscine est un peu petite, mais honnêtement, cela ne gâche en rien le séjour, surtout avec la plage juste en face. Je le recommande à 1000%. No tengo nada malo que decir, ni sobre las instalaciones, ni del personal ni del servicio de restauración. El hotel está renovado hace poco y está impecable, no solo la decoración, sino que todo super cuidado y limpísimo. La habitación comodísima y la ducha inmejorable. Todo el personal es súper agradable, desde los recepcionistas hasta las personas encargadas de arreglar las habitaciones. El restaurante del hotel es súper amplio y muy chulo. Y la comida, buenísima!!! Muy variada, de calidad y muy rica. Una pena no haber tenido tiempo para poder hacer uso del Spa!!! Para la próxima!!! La verdad es que fue una elección muy rápida, pero se ha convertido en primera opción para cuando volvamos.

L’hôtel est très bien placé et très beau. Une vue magnifique sur la plage en prenant l’ascenseur à défaut de l’avoir dans la chambre. Personnel adorable autant à l’accueil, qu’aux 2 restaurants. Deux petits bémols pourtant, insonorisation des chambres inexistante et odeur désagréable provenant des canalisations de la sdb.

We had a wonderful stay at Aqua. Convenient to the beach, train station, and local restaurants and shops. Although not a brand new building it was well kept and clean. The staff was lovely and the spa was a welcome addition to our beach vacation. Great value for the price!

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel ! Die Lage ist perfekt .. direkte Anbindung mit der Bahn zur Innenstadt von Barcelona… Meerblick war wunderschön. Als Alleinreisende habe ich mich sehr sicher gefühlt ! Das Hotel bietet alles was man zur Erholung braucht ! Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal…Ich würde es wieder buchen !!

C’était notre troisième séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous avions séjourné une fois avant sa complète rénovation et maintenant deux fois depuis. L’hôtel est très propre, la chambre familiale très spacieuse et confortable. Concernant l’accueil du personnel tant à la réception que dans la partie restauration et même le personnel de ménage, c’est un sans faute ! Les personnes sont à la fois très agréables et avenantes à notre égard. Il est évident qu’à l’avenir nous ne manquerons pas réserver à nouveau dans cet hôtel.

L’hôtel est très bien placé et très beau. Une vue magnifique sur la plage en prenant l’ascenseur à défaut de l’avoir dans la chambre. Personnel adorable autant à l’accueil, qu’aux 2 restaurants. Deux petits bémols pourtant, insonorisation des chambres inexistante et odeur désagréable provenant des canalisations de la sdb.

Overall, I had an enjoyable trip, but the rooms did not match the advertised size and luxury—they were extremely small. The bathrooms were also very confined, making them uncomfortable to use. I would recommend offering all-inclusive options and adding more amenities to enhance the experience. Extremely overpriced parking options and everything was extremely far and limited options to walk over to.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. The room we had was exceptionally clean and the housekeepers refreshed our room every morning. Our balcony had the most beautiful view looking out into the ocean/sea. The beds were super comfy and the design of the rooms was beautiful! We had breakfast included and there was a large selection to choose from and it was delicious. The pool was always clean and it was always relaxing to be around the pool aswell. Although we didn't visit the gym or indoor spa we have no doubt it was also exceptional. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice property, clean and spacious. Biggest complaint here is the A/C and climate. Typical for a tropical place but the sheets and bedding are always damp. A/C blows cold but does not dehumidify. Sleeping is an absolute nightmare. Bring a portable dehumidifier or something that will take the moisture out of the air. We tried everything, windows open, then closed even used the blow dryer to try and dry the sheets and pillow cases and nothing worked. Been to Florida which is just as humid and never had this problem.

C’était notre troisième séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous avions séjourné une fois avant sa complète rénovation et maintenant deux fois depuis. L’hôtel est très propre, la chambre familiale très spacieuse et confortable. Concernant l’accueil du personnel tant à la réception que dans la partie restauration et même le personnel de ménage, c’est un sans faute ! Les personnes sont à la fois très agréables et avenantes à notre égard. Il est évident qu’à l’avenir nous ne manquerons pas réserver à nouveau dans cet hôtel.

We had a wonderful stay at Aqua. Convenient to the beach, train station, and local restaurants and shops. Although not a brand new building it was well kept and clean. The staff was lovely and the spa was a welcome addition to our beach vacation. Great value for the price!

Gros bémol qui enlève 2 etoiles: le buffet... de la nourriture industrielle bas de gamme et tres allemande, grosse déception vu le standing de l hôtel. Fiquei em um quarto ótimo, lindo, com banheira e vista mar. O problema deste hotel são os funcionários! A recepção é ok, mas os funcionários do restaurante são ríspidos e mal educados. O café da manhã é bem mais ou menos, servem salada de frutas em conserva! A comida no buffet é horrível.

An excellent stay at Aqua Promenade in Pineda. The hotel is very clean and nice, and the breakfast buffet was quite extensive. The staff went above and beyond to help return a teddy bear My daughter left in her room, and this was hugely appreciated by her. The views and location were also excellent, with a view of the sea from our room. Good value and highly recommended!

Our experience here was fantastic. The staff was incredibly polite, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They even prepared a special surprise in our room for our wedding anniversary, which made our stay even more memorable. The location was also perfect — conveniently close to the train station, making it very easy for us to travel to both Barcelona and Blanes during our trip. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options and was perfect for starting the day. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place.
