We had a nice time at the property, the hotel was nice and so were the staff in the reception. The only downfall it was a little bit cold and the indoor pool was under construction :/ aside from that everything was great nice view, good drinks and food. Would definitely stay again!

This was a great pick even off season. Chose as adults only which obviously makes a difference in itself. Beautiful gardens, staff all very attentive and friendly and restaurant and bar area make you want to eat and drink in. The pool area needed some renovation and the sauna wasn't working when I was there.

Lovely staff and view. Everything was really well priced. Never any issue about getting a sunbed. Simple 10 min walk in to Ibiza town. Moved from a road view to a sea view for only a little extra which made a big difference. Gym is… barely usable. Floor is coming away and ridged, really hot, and hardly any equipment except treadmills.

Bis auf den Wellness-Bereich alles perfekt. Wer Sauna mag, wird hier enttäuscht. Kleines dunkles Loch, die Bänke werden von den meisten ohne Handtücher benutzt, und sehen entsprechend eklig aus. Es gibt ein kleines Fitnessstudio, ist aber wirklich nicht gut ausgestattet. Drei laufbänder, und ein paar Kurzhanteln bis Max. 10kg und eine Bank. Da hängt noch ein Boxsack, und es gibt ein multifunktionales Gerät um Rücken/Schultern und Arme zu trainieren. Aber sehr simpel. Der Innenpool und Jacuzzi sind auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Außenpool und gesamte Außenbereich sind dagegen Top👍

Let me preface this by saying that this hotel definitely has potential. It’s surrounded by beach / coast, the pool area is stunning, the landscaping is stellar, and the breakfast is out of this world. But, there are several things that need to change for us to choose to stay here again. Here are our biggest concerns: 1. The bathrooms specifically need a deep cleaning. There’s mold in the grout/around the shower, the drains don’t drain and are rusty and dirty, and in general, the shower gets water literally everywhere so you’re slipping all over the bathroom. 2. I wish I could say that the service was good, but it just wasn’t. We’d call down to reception, no answer at all, after several attempts to reach them. Then, I’d go downstairs and there are 2-3 staff and 0 customers at the desk. This happened several times. One time, I walked down and before I could even say a word, the man said “I saw your calls, we had someone checking in, you need to be patient.” Never in my life have I been talked to like that by a receptionist… and we travel nearly every week for work. Typically, if a front desk is busy, they answer, put you on hold and come back to you. It was a bit weird and frustrating. 3. At the pool, they have a security guard that runs around enforcing rules. No drinks near the pool, even if it’s plastic cups. No jumping in even though it’s 10 feet. The pool doesn’t open until 10 (super late compared to other places) and closes so early! Those are our biggest issues.

The rooms were a little warm, despite making the air conditioning temperature as low as it could be. There was an unusual smell, like sewage, in one end of the hallway which we think was due to plumbing issues. Otherwise, the hotel was great, and the staff was excellent.

We booked an executive room that upon entering smelt of bad drains so back to reception where the only room available was a downgrade. No compensation or refund in room price. take it or leave it which was disappointing. The hotel is in a good position for the old town. The poolside bar had great staff. Very limited food choice and very weak drinks. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Beautiful property, but on the first night there was a large cockroach in the bathroom. We alerted the front desk to which they fumigated while we went to dinner. The smell eventually subsided. Otherwise it’s very nice, comfortable, great views and amazing breakfast buffet. Walkable to Old Town and Ibiza castle.

The hotel is nice enough and the pool area is great - the service here was good. The problem for us is that the air conditioning is not strong at all. It was around 75 degrees outside at night and inside of the hotel room stayed about 75 degrees as well. The maintenance said this was the max AC setting and that they couldn't fix it... so we just had a hot room for the night

I had a sea view room, which I really enjoyed. The single rooms are a little small and those facing the Rossini’s have much of a view. But the sea view rooms have balconies which gives the guests a little more room. Staying on the 4th or 5th floor is best. I stayed on the third, which was ok, but you don’t have as great a view of the water as you do a little higher up.

The pool view room was spacious, which was a plus, but the bathroom amenities were lacking. No conditioner or basic extras you’d expect from a 4 star property, and the body wash felt like something you’d find in a public restroom. Our bar fridge wasn’t working at all - it couldn’t even keep a can of Coke cold and we were surprised to be told it would cost €10 just to have some ice sent up to the room. On the brighter side, the pool area was lovely and well-maintained, although the pool music of bland elevator music was not what you’d expect in Ibiza. The crowd was definitely eclectic — a mix of retired holidaymakers from Germany and the UK, along with a sprinkling of gay guests — which made for an interesting (if somewhat mismatched) vibe. If you’re not too fussed about the little things and just want a solid base with a good location, THB Los Molinos might do the job. Just don’t expect too many frills.

Very nice place. Staff was very helpful. The unit we stay was nice and clean. Notice the shower floor was bit slippery, however, hotel is aware of this, so they provide this paper for you to lay down on the shower base that helps with the slippery problem. The only complaint I have, and this is something Expedia needs to be made aware is that on their description show this place with air conditioning system, but this is regulated either to be hot or cold depending on the month, I guess. At the time we stay the units were set for heat, and it was hot outside, so we had to leave the sliding door open thru the night. Our unit was located on the first floor, so it was kind of uncomfortable since we are not used to do this. but besides this it was a great hotel.

The problem is the shower. The first night I took a shower and ending up flooding the entire room. I pulled the shower curtain closed I closed the door and water went everywhere. Maintenance came and everything was cleaned up . So to take a shower without flooding the room you have to stand in a far corner with the shower head facing you close the curtain the bathroom door and we built a dam with towels . Thats the only way not to flood the room

The electricity failed on my floor. They declined to offer me alternative room because I did not have a balcony room. This hotel used to be great. Reception staff now do not provide professional customer services. Wifi no longer works reliably. Pool staff and service are great. Given the cost this level of service is not acceptable.

This is the second time staying at the hotel. Both times we’ve been with a large group of friends. Last year we all had a great stay but this time the level of service was nothing short of appalling. I had something go missing from my room. I spoke to the extremely dismissive manager who said she needed to investigate and that was the last I heard of it. The A/C didn’t work properly in any of our rooms. We had damp on the wall and the grill over the a/c vent was black and mouldy. One friend was in the shower and there was a power cut. She went down to reception who were really rude to her. My friend was now running late asked to use another room to which she was told no and the electricity will be back on when it’s on. Another friend had gone to reception on another occasion and asked for a towel for the pool and the receptionist abruptly told him no. Eventually after much discussion she finally got him a towel. I could go on and on. The pool staff are lovely and gave us great service. I would never stay at this hotel again. There are so many great places to stay in Ibiza but this definitely isn’t one. If you fancy a few nights at faulty towers then this is your place.

Fantastic stay, as always. Friendly, helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. Always made to feel very welcome. Definitely recommend the sea view, one of the best we’ve had in Ibiza. Atmosphere, location, cleanliness, beds and staff were a perfect 10. Staff was friendly, helpful and went out of their way to give us tourists helpful information to get the most out of Ibiza. One day business trip, two rooms. Left in lobby to wait for rooms to be readied as we were early on check in. After 2 hours wait we finally asked what delay was, to be told rooms had been ready for a while. Rooms were very large and modern however one had drain smell throughout. Pool area and gardens nice and surrounding bay full of restaurants and nice beach area etc. didn’t try the breakfast as left early check out, overall would stay again for location, quieter than the clubbing scene and adult only hotel .

Super vriendelijk personeel, in 15 minuten lopen in Ibiza Stad, parkeerplekken aanwezig (wel aan de krappe kant met grote auto), heerlijk zwembad en super mooi zeezicht. We gaan hier zeker weer naar terug!

THB Los Molinos is in a great location for exploring the island. The old town is a 12 min walk, although this is over a rocky unpaved area for part of the route. A short walk to a beach with access to the sea to swim, should you want a change from the pool. Also short walk to several cafes and bars and a useful shop which sells everything right opposite the hotel. Staff were all pleasant and helpful, we had an amazing sea view from our 5th floor room. Room was very quiet whole hotel seemed clean. Room cleaning is done every other day, which was fine by us.

Great stay at THB Los Milonos was impressed with the big breakfast buffet good quality nice spacious room. Pool very nice with lots of good quality sun lounges. Bar around pool worked well with nice food options. Only downside was bar staff being quite slow and relaxed at the top bar but we was a large group so he could only do what he could do. Would definitely recommend.

Staff members are friendly and helpful. They are my favorites. And I can't forget about their delicious breakfast. I've never had a great breakfast for myself. Because there are plenty of cheese and ham tips. Dry fruits, sweets, fruits, and a variety of cafe styles with baristas!! I would like to stay again soon. However, do not expect a good room with such good amenities and a good view from the window. Although it was a minor issue.

Lovely hotel in a stunning location. Walking distance to Ibiza town and playa den bossa. Fantastic pool area. Great for swimming. Plenty of sun loungers. Bar service okay. Could do with more. Variety of cocktails and no cider at al Bedrooms nice and cleaned well. Breakfast - average. Not warm, cereal options limited. It is bottomless all morning which is only bonus

Best breakfast set up I have experienced, very comprehensive food choice well presented in a dining room with great sea views. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I would return to this hotel again when next staying in Ibiza town.

The hotel is very pretty. The rooms have nice views and a good size. The breakfast was definitely my favorite thing, so many great options and open till noon! The hotel is very well located, easy walk to the beach and like a 15 min walk to get to Ibiza town center and stores. I would recommend and stay there again!
