Great hotel in a nice location not far from Old Town. It has a nice beach just outside the hotel and several restaurants. The pool was great except it stopped giving towels by 4pm (or earlier sometimes). It makes no sense a beach hotel that doesn’t give towels after 4pm. At least leave some beach towels in the room.

Nautico Ebeso is a small and really nice hotel, the staff was very friendly in every part of the hotel. The sun deck and the pool and especially the lounge area very comfortable and cosy.

Für einen Kurztripp und um Ibiza-Stadt zu entdecken das perfekte Hotel. Zimmer unbedingt mit Meeresblick buchen und in den höheren Etagen, dann gibt es nichts zu meckern. Poolbar bzw. Hotelbar hat abends noch Luft nach oben, da könnte man mehr draus machen.
Für einen Kurztripp und um Ibiza-Stadt zu entdecken das perfekte Hotel. Zimmer unbedingt mit Meeresblick buchen und in den höheren Etagen, dann gibt es nichts zu meckern. Poolbar bzw. Hotelbar hat abends noch Luft nach oben, da könnte man mehr draus machen.

Really nice, quiet hotel. The bed was so comfortable! Air con was rubbish so room got very hot. Our room was small & not enough storage, would benefit from having some drawers. The bed has to be the best I’ve slept in, in a hotel. Could be difficult to get a sun bed in high season but the pool & bar area is lovely.

Excellently located next to the sea. Nice view. Beds comfortable. Air condition worked well and quite silent. Rooms rather small for two people. Not nice: fridge much too powerless, nothing inside got really cold :-( Not nice as well: Bar opening time till 00.30h, but staff asks often to leave already at midnight. Breaktfast: good variety of foods and drinks, but some quality issues: scrambled eggs without any taste, seems not to be made freshly, orange juice smells like coloured water. Both are essential for a good beeakfast from my point of view. Sunbeds comfortable with cool sea view. „Pool“ rather small, good for refreshing but not to swim. Staff friendly. Hotel, outside area and rooms very clean. Interior modern and stylish.

It was great. Just a couple of things they would’ve made it better: - gym hours very limited, opening until 9am. - also, the gym inside the spa along with the jacuzzi, with the humidity and no air con, and no drinking water, was tough. - it the jacuzzi was outside could’ve been more enjoyable - considering vacations and opportunity to wake up late, breakfast ending 10:30 is a little bit early (though I understand is a lot of work for the staff to keep it open but I saw a lot of people arriving “late” and not able to have breakfast). - ALL staff was super friendly and servicing. The best part of the stay. Wonderful!!!

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel & I’d definitely stay here again. The hotel is spotlessly clean, there’s always staff making sure everywhere stays pristine. Breakfast is also really good, there’s a selection of cooked food, fruit, cereal & pastries so there really is something for everyone. Location is great, overlooking the sea & many restaurants/bars nearby & only a 15 minute walk into Ibiza old town. Also have to give a special mention to Gio who works around the pool. She works super hard & always with a smile on her face. She’s a real asset to the hotel.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber ebenso die Zimmer.Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Eine schöne Lage direkt an einer kleinen Strandpromenade. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick was ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen würde.Zu Fuß erreicht man die Stadt nach 1 gutem Kilometer. Mit dem Taxi 8-9 Euro .Zum Flughafen mit dem Taxi dauert es 10 min.Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Thankfully only stayed here one night. There were stains in my bed sheets. There is a coffee machine with pods but they didnt give you anybpods. When we went to reception you to ask for some they said you had to pay for the pods….. not really what to expect from a 5 star hotel. Massively over priced

Nice hotel, good quiet location. As plus I’d note clean rooms, nice interior , the furniture is enough new, nice color. As minus - smoked room with a strong smell inside, bad air conditioner system that is very frail. The room with a sea view had a large terrace ahead , so the beautiful view was only partial.

This hotel is in a great central location to explore the old town of Ibiza and also 10mins drive from the main party scenes including Pacha, Hi Ibiza and Ushuaia. The hotel is very modern and pristine with beautiful views out over the sea. They offer a fantastic buffet breakfast with so many options and the chefs will cook fresh omelettes for you. The dinner is a similar set up where they offer a huge variety of choice. The chefs will cook you fresh meat or fish to order also. Every night they have a different theme, Asian, Italian, Mexican etc for €20 per person which is quite reasonable . A couple of things that were missing from the room were no tea making facilities, no iron and the fridge didn’t keep anything cold. Staff were very friendly and helpful with anything that we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

All the staff were amazing right from the start, the lovely ladies on reception that checked us in even though we arrived earlier than expected. Daniela was super helpful telling us how to walk into town and what to do once there. Alfredo and his restaurant team were always so incredibly efficient and friendly even when my husband tried out his limited Spanish on them, and the bar staff make the best Mojitos. Will definitely be back to see our primo amigos and amigas!

The hotel building and the surrounding area was good. The room, the bed and the view as well. However, the walls are thinner than paper and you hear every snore of your neighbours. Also the service is really poor. For example, the receptionist couldn’t hide what she was thinking when I confirmed that me and my girlfriend wanted a matrimonial bed… Incredibly rude! Further, I cannot understand how the hotel can charge their guests 7 euro per day to give them access to the safebox in the room when it is a rather pricey 4 star hotel. Also, there was no staff available when we needed to check out so we had to leave our room key cards on the counter and call in from the taxi to complete the check out. The exception from the poor service was the breakfast restaurant staff - they were both friendly and service minded. I would not recommend this hotel.

I was working while I was there and was not able to work at the hotel. I had to find an alternative place to work during my stay. I wanted to go in the pool at 4:15pm and was told I couldn’t have a towel after 4 PM, but the pool was still open which was silly. The walls are very thin so if you get a party group that’s sleeping next to you you can’t sleep. In room full of girls checked in and we’re playing loud music and talking loud throughout the night. One day it was raining and we needed an umbrella and they wouldn’t let us use one because we didn’t have €10 cash. We asked if they could charge it to the room and they said no. They asked for a late check out he didn’t even look to see if they had anything available he just said no. I would not stay here again!

Just returned from another lovely stay. The staff are what make this hotel so special to us, but I am a great believer in you get back what you give, and it doesn’t cost anything to be kind, friendly and courteous. From the warm welcome and goodbye of the reception staff, Alfredo and the restaurant staff keeping us well fed, Juan and the bar staff keeping us well hydrated and the Angela and the spa staff relaxing us. Thanks for all the hugs, we are missing you already. Haste pronto x

I had such a great time while staying at this hotel. They cleaned my room every day. I had a balcony with ocean view. It has a walkable parking for additional cost. There were restaurants and groceries around. It was walking distance to Dalt Vila. Great choice!

Zona de estacionamiento regulado y por la tarde misión imposible aparcar relativamente cerca (febrero). Aún así, por las instalaciones y por el personal, volvería de nuevo.

Located walking distance from shopping and the cathedral. Accessible by a single bus from the airport or a 25 Euro taxi, very conveniently located. Staff is good, facilities are beautiful. Great restaurant on the roof and the pool was really nice!

Nice hotel, breakfast worth paying for at £5 a night, clean, good location. Only small negatives you had to queue for breakfast in the morning to get a table and it wasn’t peak season. Also had a room next to the pool and they cleaned it at 0730 every morning which would wake you up for an hour

Excellently located next to the sea. Nice view. Beds comfortable. Air condition worked well and quite silent. Rooms rather small for two people. Not nice: fridge much too powerless, nothing inside got really cold :-( Not nice as well: Bar opening time till 00.30h, but staff asks often to leave already at midnight. Breaktfast: good variety of foods and drinks, but some quality issues: scrambled eggs without any taste, seems not to be made freshly, orange juice smells like coloured water. Both are essential for a good beeakfast from my point of view. Sunbeds comfortable with cool sea view. „Pool“ rather small, good for refreshing but not to swim. Staff friendly. This hotel is in a great central location to explore the old town of Ibiza and also 10mins drive from the main party scenes including Pacha, Hi Ibiza and Ushuaia. The hotel is very modern and pristine with beautiful views out over the sea. They offer a fantastic buffet breakfast with so many options and the chefs will cook fresh omelettes for you. The dinner is a similar set up where they offer a huge variety of choice. The chefs will cook you fresh meat or fish to order also. Every night they have a different theme, Asian, Italian, Mexican etc for €20 per person which is quite reasonable . A couple of things that were missing from the room were no tea making facilities, no iron and the fridge didn’t keep anything cold. Staff were very friendly and helpful with anything that we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms are not soundproof so you should be okay with sleeping through a party or two if you decide to stay. Although the hotel is clean and decently maintained the staff were abhorrent. We needed a simple invoice printed in the morning for our checkout and gave them all the details the evening before, however they never prepared it for the morning. After we left we tried calling but the staff picked up and hung up on us, then we tried by E-mail and did not receive an answer. After a week of pushing we finally got the invoice. Throughout the whole process staff were super rude and not cooperative. We are flight crew and check in and out of hundreds of hotels a year… however this was the worst service and checkout experience I have had with any hotel in my career. Even at check in when we asked for a simple joint invoice they got mad and were starting to argue, it’s a simple job that many hotels are capable of doing in 5min but apparently at this establishment work is optional.
