Great Hotel, good views, good staff. Restaurant beside hotel was gorgeous got the mussels and my partner got the burger both well seasoned. Pool area was good we didn’t use the pool because of the weather no fault of the hotel. Would recommend to a couple or family coming to Ibiza but not if your coming to party.

I absolutely loved this hotel, yes it’s a bit outdated and needs an upgrade but the room was spotless and the staff were amazing and so helpful! I’ve been coming to Ibiza for the last 20 years and stayed in many hotels around the island including top hotels like Hard Rock where staff are rude with arrogant attitude! Here the staff couldn’t do enough for us! We requested top floor room with sea view and were put in room 701 which was at the end of the corridor so you don’t get people walking past all the time and the view was spectacular! Yes the cleaners are a bit loud in the morning but you get that in most hotels and at least they wake you up so you don’t miss breakfast which btw was pretty decent too! My partner also tried the gym and said it was better than in most 5* hotels! There were 2 lovely ladies and a gentleman at the reception which were alway smiling and happy to help with anything. We will definitely be staying here again next time we’re in Ibiza!

Nice hotel right on the beach. The property is dated, but it has the essentials. The rooms are specious for European standards. The bed are comfortable. The area around the hotel has many shopping & dining options. It is about a 20 minute walk to old town Ibiza. It was convenient to catch the ferry to Formentera right on the beach behind the hotel. The pool was adequate. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. It was not good. The eggs were cold & the quality of the food was not the best. Overall, it was an okay hotel. We chose it for the air conditioning (which was good), pool, beach location & included breakfast.

A lot nicer than I expected from a 3 star hotel. It is situated right next to the beach and is kept extremely clean. I was really struck by how friendly and helpful all the staff were. Really good facilities including a bar, and pool. The bar is very reasonably priced and service is excellent. The rooms are basic but well sized. The bathroom has a full size bath. Overall, before arriving, I wasn't expecting much from this hotel but it exceeded my expectations. The most important thing for me in a hotel is hygeine and it was spotless. The staff seem to really want you to enjoy your stay and nothing is too much trouble. I'd definitely stay here again.

The view is superb and accessible to many restaurants shops and the beach. Hotel has a great lobby with patio overlooking the see. Only issue is that it’s noisy and rooms could use a little renovation

It was nice stay. The hotel is right by a beautiful beach. The amenities in the hotel was amazing! The only downside was the walls are pretty thin. You can hear everything from outside or above.

Position near to the beautiful beach and bars/restaurants was great. The cost v quality of the hotel matched well. Pool area is very average but with the beach nearby, that didn’t matter. Breakfast excellent. Beds were ok. Mattresses could be a little more comfortable but this is often personal preference. From here, the old town is a beautiful 20 minute(slightly uphill via the promenade) walk into the old town which is amazing or catch the water taxis from just outside of the hotel. The boats for Formentera also leave from outside this hotel so it’s super convenient

Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr sauber, direkt am Meer. Die meisten Zimmer haben direkten Meerblick. Wie auch unseres. Kleines Manko in dem Zimmern des 7 Stocks, wenig Wasserdruck bei bestimmten Stoßzeiten, zB morgens wenn alle duschen.

Standard 3* Hotel, das etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die direkte Strandlage und der Ausblick sind top, das Personal war freundlich, das Frühstück ok, es war sauber. Die Anbindung ins Zentrum und zum Flughafen ist super! Die Umgebung war jedoch sehr laut, es ist extrem hellhörig und die Türen knallen extrem. Ruhiger Schlaf - naja.

Good location beside a city beach. Very clean hotel but lack of any charm. Very basic and boring breakfast. Very kindly cleaning stuff but not really friendly stuff at the front desk. Very bad beds & pillows. Not a good place for a couple.

Hotel datato, stanze mediocri , grossi problemi nell’acceso alla camera perché il sistema delle tessere non funzionava mai, la porta faceva sempre fatica a chiudersi e tanto rumore nella chiusura . WI-FI pessima non funzionava mai in nessuna parte dell’hotel . Stanze poco insonorizzate si sentivano costantemente rumori di passi, spostamenti di mobili ecc…. Colazione sufficiente, personale ottimo e sempre disponibile!

Amazing location and very comfortable stay for a solo female traveller. It has beautiful views of the ocean, many places to sit on the terrace and pool facilities. It has easy access to the beach (footsteps away) and you can catch the ferry to Formentera from right in front of the hotel. It is an easy walk to Ibiza town as well. 24 hour reception is super helpful for late check-in’s. I would definitely stay here again.

Well what an amazing 3 star hotel . Would defo stay here again . We came for 3. Nigjts booked a superior room it was huge .. 2 rooms massive balcony over looking the beach. Beds comfortable amd extremely clean .. pretty basic but was all we needed . Booking for next year asap .

I’m starting to think that every hotel I book on here as a “Orbitz Room”. The location is great, the staff by the pool and the restaurants are amazing. Breakfast was not bad! Do not! Do not! Book a room on the street side, you will not sleep! All night long dumpsters banging and just loud stuff going on. I was also locked out of my room at least 10 times in 6 days due to the plastic key card. The manger on the 4th day tried to make it right by moving to an ocean front room. The beach was meh, looked like mud not sand.

Our view on the 7th floor room 710 was amazing and a very nice place! Breakfast was excellent and the staff were so kind and helpful! Highly recommend this place and worth every cent. The lady at the front desk her English was perfect and she always had a smile. Only negative is the rooms are a bit outdated but for the cost it’s no problem for us. Again will be back.

Ao questionar sobre a informação, a atendente foi rude e disse que era "falsa". Ao fechar a hospedagem, estava descrito que seria 13h, mas, ao chegar, fui informada que era às 15h. Location is a big selling point for this Hotel. Amenities, room cleanliness as well as overall sea view, pool access, etc., makes it a brilliant experience. A few areas where they can make a real difference and increase the experience - - Check in - Not only this can be smoother than our experience (staff not able to handle basic queries and getting stressed out on minimal room swap requests), it should also tie in with what we had confirmed with Hotels.com. We had booked this 7 months in advance and also requested for all 4 rooms to be on the same floor. Hotels.com as well as Property had assured this will happen. On the check in day, we were told there is no such request and they started shouting. - Breakfast needs to have vegan / vegetarian options. This was a real bummer as vegetarians or vegans will have a difficult time with limited or no choices at all

I recently stayed at this hotel in Ibiza and had a great experience. The location is excellent close to the marina and within easy reach of the beach. There’s also a good variety of restaurants and cafés nearby, which made it easy to find different dining options every day. We loved how close it was to Playa Figueretes and that our room was facing it. Walkable distance from Ibiza Town and to the clubs as well. Buffet breakfast was fantastic with warm and cold foods to start your day on a good note!

We have stayed here two years in a row and the staff were very helpful again this year. The room we were given 712 had the perfect sea views. The hotel is local to everything you need and ammenities. The ticket station and Ferry pick up to Formenterra our favourite beach island is right next to the hotel so really ideal. There are lots of restaurants a short walk to the hotel with sea views also. We always went to Fushion restaurant as it’s good value for money and the staff are great there. Will return in 2027 and awaiting the room availability release for this hotel. Thanks again all the staff for being so helpful during our stay!

I had a good stay here for my first time in Ibiza. It was my bday trip. Close location to all the clubs i wanted to go to. Rooms cleaned everyday with new towels. Staff was nice and i loved the balcony view of the water.
