The hotel is well maintained and the staff is all very friendly and professional. We had a junior suite with a great view of the sea and very comfortable king size bed. The breakfast buffet is amazing and has such a great selection of foods. My only complaint would be that the Spa pool and jacuzzi were quite cold in temperature, especially when we had a cold and rainy afternoon.

We had a lovely stay in mid-October. The room was nice, with a big, comfortable bed. We would have preferred a completely separate bathroom rather than the modern glass-style installation, but after many years of marriage, it was fine. The view was fantastic. Outside, the pool area was excellent, with a saltwater pool and direct access to the sea — clear, warm water even in October. The pool restaurant was very good, and the staff were wonderful. The breakfast was great, with a wide selection of hot and cold dishes, fresh fruit, juices, and drinks. The hotel is close to great restaurants and Platja Illetas — a beautiful beach with comfortable sunbeds, bars, and restaurants. We will most certainly be back.

Lunch wasn’t as good (avoid the Caesar salad - is fried chicken and soggy iceberg). A few good restaurants within walking distance. Only 20 mins from airport and Palma Old town.

Todo estuvo muy agradable y nos sentimos muy bien. Lamentablemente el sauna no funcionaba y no me pudieron dar ninguna información sobre el daño, y me quedé los siete días sin sauna. Sinceramente me hizo mucha falta ya que escogí ese hotel porque tenía un sauna. Pero de resto estuve muy contenta con el servicio espectacular, la comida deliciosa y el hotel con una playita casi privada. Súper recomendable!

Vi hade en trevlig vistelse, trots att hotellet har vissa skavanker. Vi uppskattade att rummet var fräscht och att poolområdet var litet och mysigt. Det var väldigt smidigt att kila ned dit, få sig en handduk och sedan kunna beställa mat och dryck direkt till solstolen. Frukosten var god och vi kunde njuta av havsutsikten från restaurangen. Däremot blev vi besvikna på vissa delar av hotellrummet, eftersom vi hade uppgraderat till ett ”superior room with terrace”. Det var ganska dyrt, men lät betydligt lyxigare än verkligheten. Balkongen vette ut mot en parkering, rummet var märkligt disponerat med toaletthandfatet i hallen/sovrummet och en minimal toalett som bara hade en tunn glasdörr. Men personalen var trevlig, området lugnt och relativt lummigt och vi känner oss som sagt ändå nöjda med vistelsen.

Ein tolles Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite mit Meerblick und haben schon am Morgen den Blick aufs Meer genossen. Das Personal ist super. Nach dem Auschecken aus dem Zimmer konnten wir den Pool und das Spa bis zu unserer Wunschabreise weiter nutzen. Das Frühstück ist exzellent, große Auswahl. Das Buffet am Abend war ok, wir würden allerdings beim nächsten Mal außer Haus essen gehen.

Leider hatten wir alte Betten, welche sehr instabil waren und vom Aufbau Feldbetten glichen. Das erwartet man eigentlich nicht von 4 Sternen. Die Duschkabine war leider undicht. Der Pool und die Aussicht, sowie die Lage zur nächsten Bushaltestelle sind positiv hervorzuheben. Das Frühstück ist nicht besonders, was Qualität und Reichhaltigkeit anbelangt und wir hatten es besser erwartet. Das Personal war höflich.

I would 100% recommend this hotel. One of the cleanest and comfortable hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff were all incredibly friendly. Breakfast was great. The location is perfect with idyllic views from our room. Even saw a dolphin from our hot tub.

Fantastic 2 night stay. Hotel 8s clean and well organised, pretty empty in this low season. Only issue was a noisy couple next door, the hotel manager sent up a bottle of Cava as an apology. It wasnt his fault! So greatly appreciated. Thanks, we'll be back.

The resort was spectacular!! The ocean view room was amazing, waking up to the sunrise everyday. The spa area is great and the pool and infinity view are amazing. The staff was stupendous, they helped with anything that was needed. Rooms were very clean. The buffet breakfast was great. Overall experience was one of the best I have had in my travels!!

Nice comfortable Hotel, breakfast ist huge, but the quality of the products could be better, staff is very friendly, the electrical main switch buzzes at night, the shower could be more clean, some mold in the corner. Cleaning of the rooms could have been done more thoroughly.

Ich hatte das Zi 502 bei Ihnen. Hier habe ich 388€ pro Nacht für das Zimmer bezahlt. Der Zustand der Inneneinrichtung des Zimmers wird diesem Preis in keinster Weise gerecht. Hier wurde die letzten Jahre überhaupt nichts gemacht, was icj sehr schade finde. Ansonsten finde ich das Hotel sehr schön. Viele Grüße Guido Ross

This is a beautiful clean and well designed hotel. Overall a good experience but a few issues - the room service closes early - like before 11pm. This is Spain, so this is very unusual. The air conditioner only went to 23 and was uncomfortable at night for sleeping.

Balkongen vette ut mot en parkering, rummet var märkligt disponerat med toaletthandfatet i hallen/sovrummet och en minimal toalett som bara hade en tunn glasdörr. 1/2 the staff was nice the other not so nice. Do not got to the buffet at night awfull. They actually told they don’t work for tips. So if you ask for something and of course want to tip them afterwards you won’t get it. Very rude !!!

We had a lovely stay in mid-October. The room was nice, with a big, comfortable bed. We would have preferred a completely separate bathroom rather than the modern glass-style installation, but after many years of marriage, it was fine. The view was fantastic. Outside, the pool area was excellent, with a saltwater pool and direct access to the sea — clear, warm water even in October. The pool restaurant was very good, and the staff were wonderful. The breakfast was great, with a wide selection of hot and cold dishes, fresh fruit, juices, and drinks. The hotel is close to great restaurants and Platja Illetas — a beautiful beach with comfortable sunbeds, bars, and restaurants. We will most certainly be back.

Fantastic 2 night stay. Hotel 8s clean and well organised, pretty empty in this low season. Only issue was a noisy couple next door, the hotel manager sent up a bottle of Cava as an apology. It wasnt his fault! So greatly appreciated. Thanks, we'll be back.

It was located about 30 minutes away from the center of the city, so I was able to relax quietly and comfortably. Breakfast is very delicious and sunrise is also cool. Check the departure time and admire the wonderful appearance. I want to visit again.

Beautiful quiet location that is only a 20 min bus ride into Palma. Property has stunning views from its rocky outcrop into the sea. Above ground pool PLUS a heated pool underground. Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable. Treat yourself!

Really enjoyed my stay. The staff were all so sweet and helpful, always smiling. Loved my room, so clean, fresh, comfortable. Had the half board which was pretty good with lots of options.. Breakfast has lots of options. No chance to go hungry.

Ein tolles Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite mit Meerblick und haben schon am Morgen den Blick aufs Meer genossen. Das Personal ist super. Nach dem Auschecken aus dem Zimmer konnten wir den Pool und das Spa bis zu unserer Wunschabreise weiter nutzen. Das Frühstück ist exzellent, große Auswahl. Absolute paradise, worth every penny. We’ve just returned from a stay at Barceló Illetas Albatros and we’re already missing it. This adults-only gem sits right on the water, and the views are nothing short of spectacular. The hotel itself is spotless, and you can tell great care is taken in maintaining every corner. Our room was spacious, beautifully quiet, and the bedding was a dream, some of the most comfortable pillows and duvets we’ve ever had in a hotel. We slept better here than we have in months. Food exceeded expectations too – fresh, flavourful, and with plenty of choice. But what really stood out was the staff. They were genuinely friendly, warm, and attentive without ever being intrusive. They made us feel welcome from check-in to checkout. The wellness area with the spa, heated pool steam room and sauna were an added bonus. As well as the DJ playing great music at a reasonable hour on Sunday afternoon to create the perfect summer atmosphere. The buffet breakfast was expansive to say the least, an excellent variety of options with a great view of the ocean. If you’re looking for a relaxing, high-quality adult-only escape right by the sea, this is it. We’ll definitely be back.

This adults-only gem sits right on the water, and the views are nothing short of spectacular. The hotel itself is spotless, and you can tell great care is taken in maintaining every corner. Our room was spacious, beautifully quiet, and the bedding was a dream, some of the most comfortable pillows and duvets we’ve ever had in a hotel. We slept better here than we have in months. Food exceeded expectations too – fresh, flavourful, and with plenty of choice. But what really stood out was the staff. They were genuinely friendly, warm, and attentive without ever being intrusive. They made us feel welcome from check-in to checkout. The wellness area with the spa, heated pool steam room and sauna were an added bonus. As well as the DJ playing great music at a reasonable hour on Sunday afternoon to create the perfect summer atmosphere. The buffet breakfast was expansive to say the least, an excellent variety of options with a great view of the ocean. If you’re looking for a relaxing, high-quality adult-only escape right by the sea, this is it. We’ll definitely be back.
