Absolutely the best hotel we stayed at in Switzerland. Far exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the Jungfrau area for two weeks in three different hotels. This hotel is a head and shoulders above the rest. Also it turned out that they have the best restaurant for dinners. Their pizzas are some of the best we have ever had.

Look no further than this hotel! This place has it all! It is prime location, right across from the train station, and around the corner from the only grocery store, and has the most majestic balcony views! The view alone is worth it! The staff is so friendly and welcoming and the hotel restaurant had the BEST food out of all the places we dined. Their breakfast, which is included, is no exception: Fresh breads, fruits, assortment of meat and cheeses, in addition to bacon, eggs, pancakes, yogurts and cereals, and the best part of all…a state of the art coffee machine that offers everything from espresso to macchiatos. Delicious! I cannot rave enough about this incredible hotel. Consider this your sign: BOOK IT

Great location, NO AC in the rooms almost passed out. One tiny fan with low pressure air didnt help much. We were burning all night with heat. When asked for extra fan, they said everyone wants a fan but we don't have any. No food was allowed in the room not even from their own resturant except for pizza. Very low on staff as well. Same person reception same was waitress. No INTERCOM in the room no elevator. I paid 350 USD to burn all night. Carry ur luggage thru stairs and then NO AC and if u need help walk dow. The stairs to hear we dont have it.

Close to train station - though up a hill. No elevator service - had to hump our bags up to our room. Tiny shower, even by European standards, but clean. We enjoyed this hotel and it had a lovely dining room for breakfast with great offerings. Great little balcony with to die for views. Would stay here again!

Excellent location in stunning town . Very spacious accommodation, with small table and bathroom and shower downstairs, then bedroom in a loft upstairs. View off the patio disappointing over parking lot. No air conditioning. Free parking on site. Furnishings clean, simple, stark hotel restaurant very nice and service was excellent.

We had the most wonderful experience at Hotel Silberhorn. It was centrally located in Lauterbrunnen and we had incredible waterfall views from our balcony. The restaurant also served great Rösti. Breakfast and parking is included.

The people were super friendly at this location however, the room was sooo dusty seemed like no one stayed there a while and no one went in there to refresh when guest were arriving and my husband and I are super allergic to dust so that was fun. There wasn’t a phone in the room so contacting the front desk was you had to walk over to the other building so that was inconvenient otherwise it’s a great location.

The hotel was beautiful. We had a room facing the valley and it did not disappoint. We had an amazing room that was clean, quiet and modern. Highly recommend staying here while in Lauterbrunnen.

Window blinds in room were broken, bath towels were threadbare and covered in holes, “mattress” was just a two-inch foam pad on a platform. Good location but wouldn’t stay here again. Many other hotels to choose from.

Super charming family run hotel. Building was built in 1906, I believe. Completely up-to-date inside. Our room was so clean I thought it was just renovated. I asked and it was not. Our room looked out at the mountains and train station which was just a short walk down the hill. Staff were all vary nice. I would highly recommend.

Our experience at the Hotel Silberhorn was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect and the views are spectacular. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was included and was very good with a variety of hot and cold breakfast items. Good location and decent breakfast. Check-in can be more helpful...I feel like you needed to figure everything out or have to ask the right questions rather be provided with any helpful guidance upfront. Room itself was clean and has good insulation. However, the bed mattress is not very good, covers and duvet were very starchy/scratchy, and pillow (you only get 1 per person) was pretty useless (mostly air in the pillow, not much to it, it is as flat as flat can get).

Not so helpful front desk lady. We missed the restaurant 4 mins before closing and we didn't get to eat dinner, she has no alternative recommendation either. Breakfast was excellent, outdoor garden and a short trail to view the waterfalls is amazing. Low down is the shower room, small square with no enclosure, just hanging curtain to close.

O hotel fica a 3 minutos de caminhada da estação de trem, facilitando todos os deslocamentos para as cidades vizinhas. O café da manhã é sensacional, muito bem servido com variedade e muito saboroso. Achei os lençóis de cama um pouco ásperos. Uma das atendentes do restaurante tinha um comportamento um pouco ríspido, mas acredito que seja algo da cultura local. No geral uma excelente estadia!

This was an amazing hotel to stay at. Beautiful views; friendly staff and superb hospitality. It was also an extra bonus that they had ice water and a coffee machine available for guests at all hours. Staff was patient with all guests and really gave great ideas on how to spend our time in Lauterbrunnen and close by communities. We did not want to leave this hotel.

The staff was great, I had to check in after 10pm and no one would be at the reception, but they quickly accommodated my need and arranged all the details for my late arrival without any issues. Breakfast was great and room was very good. I certainly recommend and hopefully will come back one day 😁

Beautiful 3-star hotel just cross the street from the train station. The room is clean with large patio and gorgeous mountain view. Breakfast buffet has a lot of choices and the freshest homemade bread. We also dined there for dinner, had rosti with mushroom sauce, cordon bleu, and dessert hazelnut cake, all was very delicious.

Wonderful location, very friendly staff, nice rooms - what else can I say? Dining was great too - 10/10 breakfast and 8.5/10 dinner. The only nitpick I have is that the water temperature in the shower varied heavily over the course of a shower. Nothing that would stop me from giving a wholehearted recommendation, though.

Beautiful place. Great location. We had a spacious family room with a perfect view of the valley, Wengen and Staubbach Falls. Great breakfast was included. Had a great fondue dinner with the family, including a very nice 007 drink.

Lovely, centrally located hotel with amazing views. Very friendly staff that caters for your very need. If I have a complaint, it’s only a small one; Breakfast is good but samey. Varying the fresh fruit and installing a toaster is advised. But all things being equal, I fully recommend this hotel and will certainly stay there again.
