Me and the wife stayed for one night and upon check in our cards didn’t work for the outside doors. The staff at the desk was great went the extra mile to get our rooms switched and new cards. The rooms were very clean. The private jetted tub was also very clean. The pool and hot tub were very clean and perfect temperature.

My room had holes in the curtains.I had to go to the attendant to get needles and safety pins to pin my curtains shut because they were broken. There were also holes in the curtains.Therefore , I did not consider it blackout curtains I couldn't believe the ratings on hotel.Dot com , after I seen this and had to deal with it. Other than that my stay was great.

Our desk top, microwave and TV stands were not wiped down. There was actually crumbs and a piece of dried up meat on the desk. The room smelled kind of like vomit when we first got there and toilet bowl had a slight ring of scum.
