DO NOT STAY HERE! Right across from railroad tracks & train runs every half hour (lots of noise). Meager supply of towels and even those were dirty looking. No ice in ice machine. Bathroom door didn't latch or lock. I booked online with credit card and they told me they had to charge a $100.00 authorization fee (as of today, they have charged me a second time!) I'm waiting 24 hours for the fees to be reversed and then I will call to complain. Worst place ever!!!!!

The room was nice and clean and they have smoking room's.tub was a little stained up but that was only thing that made it look dirty. It was a nice size with a nice chair and table seating and a desk with chair The stairs are little scary lol. 2 bath towels, 2 wash cloths for 3 adults, none to be found and stained! Bath towels were bath mats! Price gouging at its best. Typical Fri/Sat $85/night. Music festival in town and was charged $145/night You could see and hear through the door, right next to a very active train track. Housekeeping did nothing to our room for the 2nd nught stay. Room temp was 89° upon entry, air wasnt turned on for arrival. 0 items in the vending machine. Landscaping hadn't been touched in a year. TV and remote were not synced.

Towels were permanently stained and yellowed. The sheets were the same. Looked dingy and dirty. Bathtub looked like it had been repaired way too many times. Door didn't seal at the bottom. Paint chipping off ceiling.

Be prepared to not get a good night's rest. There are train tracks across the road, and trains go by frequently blowing their horn throughout the night. Cleanliness seemed okay until one of my items got stuck on the bathroom counter, despite the sign that said they pay special attention to high touch areas. Breakfast was very basic. There were no eggs, meat or anything that required preparation by staff.

First of all it was not disclosed that it was by a very busy railroad tracks, trains all night blowing horns! Lukewarm water greeted us the next morning in a tub that was so dirty I refrained from even taking a shower! Got dressed and ready to leave and a croachroach comes crawling across the floor, very large, I want my money back period and do not reccommend!!!

Got to hotel late and had to beat on the door to get someone to let me in. Got room key and had to walk back thru snow in parking lot to get the card programmed. Got in room and heat was off. Room was frigid since it was about 20 degrees outside. Hotel is adjacent to a rail yard so trains came through blowing horns all night. At check in breakfast was explained but next morning the only thing offered was fruit loops and coffee. I would not recommend staying here unless there were no other options.

I was charged for all 3 nights. Cold service, zero empathy. Be careful before booking. This is not only about policies — it’s about people. NEVER BOOK THIS PROPERTY IF YOU HAVE A DOG! It\'s listed as pet friendly and this is a very bold LIE. A LIE! Arrived with a confirmed pre-paid reservation and was told that there were "no pet rooms available." NO flexibility, and did NOT honor my PREPAID reservation. Manager refused the clerk when I asked to speak to him. Yes, Management HIDES from the guests at this property. HORRIBLE experience. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY!

The service wasn't friendly. He scanned my credit card when we came in and refused to give me a receipt when we checked out. He told me to get on from the company we booked on. I said i wanted a receipt for my credit card and he then said he didn't scan it the night before. Calling what was available breakfast is an overstatement.

Be prepared to not get a good night's rest. There are train tracks across the road, and trains go by frequently blowing their horn throughout the night. Cleanliness seemed okay until one of my items got stuck on the bathroom counter, despite the sign that said they pay special attention to high touch areas. Breakfast was very basic. There were no eggs, meat or anything that required preparation by staff.

We can’t believe they’d build a motel on a main artery and very busy railroad! Actually by bedtime the whistle blowing had stopped and began again at 7:00 am on the dot so we got a relatively quiet night sleep.

Never again. Was given ear plugs due to train crossing the tracks every hour on the hour from 2:37- 5:57AM. Sleeping was very hard to do. Wasn’t informed about the train prior to booking the room and I Couldn’t get a refund.

Got to hotel late and had to beat on the door to get someone to let me in. Got room key and had to walk back thru snow in parking lot to get the card programmed. Got in room and heat was off. Room was frigid since it was about 20 degrees outside. Hotel is adjacent to a rail yard so trains came through blowing horns all night. At check in breakfast was explained but next morning the only thing offered was fruit loops and coffee. I would not recommend staying here unless there were no other options.

The hotel room was shabby. Lots of band aid repairs, air con very loud. It was clean, but still now what I would expect from a Hampton Inn. Breakfast was a joke. No cream, coffee was not good. Not so good! My husband had to crawl on his hands and knees to plug in the heater. The heater was super noisy. The train across the street was LOUD...really LOUD. We were informed breakfast was "suspended". Giving it 2 stars is being kind. Avoid!

The service wasn't friendly. He scanned my credit card when we came in and refused to give me a receipt when we checked out. He told me to get on from the company we booked on. I said i wanted a receipt for my credit card and he then said he didn't scan it the night before. Calling what was available breakfast is an overstatement.

Nice clean well constructed facility. Exercise room was out of order. grrrrr. Breakfast was very skimpy. Just cold cereal, toast, waffles and yogurt. More like a 75 dollar motel instead of a $90 motel.

Did not get to enjoy my room cause they had a $100 fee that i missed cause it was in the small print and needed to be were the price of room is but anyway so i rented the room off after pay so i was broke when rented and i have so fsr lost my money cause i never stsyed in room to know if it was good
