It didn\'t say "Quality Inn" anywhere on the building that I could see, I had to check the picture to be sure I had the right place. Half the reason I picked this location was for the pool but it had been closed for a month. A neighboring room left their dog unattended and it barked for hours but there was no in room phone to call the front desk about it, I had to Google the number and call on my cellphone. Even so the dog continued barking until after 1 am.

Such an amazing manager and host. Attentive and helpful. Seriously, what a nice person. Yet, the place is just ok. The room had lots of dust, the shower had mold and there were spiders. The fitness room was quite dirty but so much potential. Good equipment with Rogue and Gold’s and even a timer for functional training. The stay served its purpose.

This property needs major renovations and repairs. The breakfast area is filthy, with dirty, sticky counters. Cheap coffee lids. No insert for coffee maker in room, so unable to make coffee in room. Entire hotel is run down. No elevator. Only stairs. Rooms are cheaply furnished with no phone and tiny TV. Toilet was loosely attached to floor and could have fallen over. Shower drain was clogged and had standing water after a shower. This hotel shouldn’t charge more than $50 per room per night. It’s 1-2 stars at most. Very low quality.

You get what you pay for. It was VERY dirty. The bathroom alone made me cringe. Pubic hair and dirt all around the toilet.lots of flys 8n the room, spiders and even little tiny worm things on the bathroom floor. Our room smelt like it had been smoked in. The pool wasn't open at all while we were there.

The pictures on this hotel web site falsely advertised what they offer. The pool was full of green algae, hot tub empty. The washers and dryers broke. The vending machines almost empty. Breakfast in the morning was horrid.

Room 205 smelled bad. I bought air freshers at the market to reduce the oder down. Maybe the carpet needs to be extracted? Also, Pool out of service and it was a hot day in the 90s.. Just a voice..

Shower curtain rod was barely connected to wall, so the curtain didn’t stay shut at all. Lots of missing paint. Hallways need to be vacuumed desperately. Room was clean and overall very quiet.

The sheets on my bed were dirty when I arrived. When I went to the front desk to ask for service, no one was there. The next morning, I called and spoke to the front desk. He said he would notify housekeeping to change my sheets. They never came. The room had no iron or ironing board, no hair dryer, and no phone. I couldn't believe it.

Service was understanding and very easy to work with. Room was overall disgusting. Dirty sheets, pee stain on bed, hair everywhere. Bathroom had a dirty washcloth in shower, 2 of the towels had stains(looked dirty), and hair covering bathtub. Felt gross sitting in the room.

Completely not what was in the add. Air conditioning was broken in all rooms. No water in the pool. The hotel is outdated with very old carpeting and funky smells. The only bright spot was the front desk clerk was kind, and gave us a fan.

False advertising. No AC in entire hotel. Pool closed. The hotel needs to change its description on hotels.com. Breakfast was as promised. The price should reflect the fact that I'm sleeping with fan to try to cool down at 3am.

The tiny room was over the pool and extremely hot and humid when we got in the room. We smelled strong chlorine the entire time. Our window looked out on the indoor pool. Breakfast was okay. They did have a nice dog run in back. The halls were a bit of a maze.

The staff was very rude. Yelled at me at check in and ice slid off roof onto my head my checkout was slightly delayed. And that was dealt with by more yelling and a threat to call the cops if i didt leave. I tried to closr mybdoor to finish packing and he put his foot up and kicked door back open. So i ended up calling the cops. I wouldn't recomend staying here unless you like to be harassed and yelled at.

The room was so spacious with the hand basin separate to the bathroom area and two luggage racks make it so much easier. The room was quiet and in the morning the continental breakfast was more than ample. We loved our stay in Buffalo

What I didn’t like about the property was that the WiFi did not work at all and the pool was very dirty and not cleaned. What I liked about the hotel was that the staff was very nice and helpful. There was a Mexican Restaurant right next to the hotel, gas stations, and stores were just down the street from the hotel.

Here’s my review of the Buffalo hotel: We didn’t even stay the night…barely felt comfortable sitting on the bed, let alone sleeping in it! Carpet didn’t look like it had been vacuumed in recent memory, and in general, everything was dingy and in poor repair. Surrounding area even looked scetchy and abandoned. Before we had decided to run, we grabbed dinner at the restaurant next door, as we were tired and hungry from driving all day. I’ve never had guacamole that looked like split pea soup before… ugh! Another mistake, but solidified our decision to head on down the road!! We booked this on Hotels.com, and I would suggest they do their due diligence when featuring properties on their site. This one was advertised as being frequently booked. I think what they meant, is that’s what people do when they check in…. “Book”!

This hotel was horribly dirty! We went to our assigned room and found a large amount of black mold in the shower. I will say that the staff were kind and offered us a different room right away. This one was only marginally cleaner and still had mold in the shower. The pool was full and looked nice, but there was a sign that it was closed so not usable. There was no coffee available at breakfast, and the orange juice tasted like it was made from a powdered drink mix. This was a horrible experience. Do not stay here!

The room was OK, but the properties exterior was in poor shape, with lots of weeds and litter. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. They had cereal, but no milk. They were out of orange juice, and had no yogurt, etc.. there was no attendant on duty in the breakfast area, or at the front desk, because it was self check out. I would not stay at this quality Inn again.

Nice clean rooms. Only problem was truck did come in so no breakfast, no milk, no yogurt, no fruit, no eggs, no anything except a waffle and juice. I think they could have gone to a local store and got things to offer their guests
