Very nice property with pool and laundry. Very clean. Close to restaurants. A little more money than we wanted to spend but with Camporee and Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, we splurged. I would recommend this hotel.

We try and stay here every year on an annual road trip because of a few reasons. 1. The staff is always friendly, accommodating and helpful. Ben and his crew are awesome. 2. It's clean, open and nicely renovated. 3. The breakfast food is great! Our kids look forward to staying here every year because the breakfast is so good and the staff is so nice. 4. They have a great fitness room. 5. The pool is just big enough for our kids to splash around and cool off after a long road trip and the hot tub is perfect for us to relax in. Love this place and will continue to try and stay here, every year.

We had been on the road all day and very tired. We got to the hotel and check in was very slow. Got to our room and the bed is hard with a deep dip in it. The bathroom was dirty and hair in the tub. Our neighbors were very noisy. Should of stayed in casper

Generally a really goof hotel. Excellent breakfast. Great Place to stop on your travels. Otherwise Buffalo has little to offer. The only bump down to 4 stars was because unusually for a new-build hotel the floors were creaky and you could hear people walking around above. (Our floor creaked as well).

This Holiday Inn Express was amazing. All redone inside, the staff was all so friendly and helpful. They gave great recommendations for dining options and all went over and above with customer service. Our room was spacious, clean and very nice! The breakfast is the best we have ever had at a hotel like this. The man that worked at the breakfast was wonderful. Friendly, helpful and hardworking. Couldn't recommend this hotel more. It is right off the highway and a great stopping point from Rapid City/Mount Rushmore or Montana/Yellowstone.

Clean hotel, friendly check in clerk, her name was Dawn and she was exceptional. Only suggestions I have is more big towels in the bathroom. We had two big towels, three hand towels and two wash clothes. I prefer to use a large towel for my hair and one for my body. Not a big deal and I’m certain if I had asked for another towel I would have been able to get one. The heater in the room is programmable and it was showing 22°, I know it was warmer than that but I tried to see if I could fix and couldn’t. I’m guessing it was set to Celsius and we use Fahrenheit obviously. My husband said the breakfast was a good selection. This is our third time staying at this location and we will stay again.

We needed to check in early, we had a wedding at 2pm. Dawn was very accommodating. She worked hard to make sure we could get into our room before 1pm so we could get ready for the wedding. The next morning I was planning on using the restroom on the first floor so my wife could get ready to leave. Once again Dawn stepped in and plunged the toilet so I could use it. I would stay there again.

I believe the associate at check out was Benjamin. He was friendly and thanked us for staying. Breakfast had lots of great options. Attendant at breakfast was nice and checked in on us to see if we needed anything. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Would have appreciated a water fountain to refill water bottles. Otherwise all was well. Would stay here again.
