Having kids and arriving late, we were grateful to find the pool and fitness center were 24-hour facilities. They did not have the accessible shower that we reserved. The bathroom looked clean but smelled sour, like there wasn’t enough ventilation

Nice and modern looking with good breakfast both hot and cold but one elevator out of two wasn't working and there was an annoying intermittent vibrating noise from somewhere outside that took a while to get used with especially after arriving quite late after a long day. Also took a while to check out as there was a long line and only one harried looking person at the desk.

Everything is always very nice, good breakfast, rooms are clean comfortable bed and pillows. Love they pool and hot tub are open 24 hours!

Wow! The room we got was huge for the 5 of us! It was spacious and more importantly, clean. The staff who checked us in were very friendly. The pool was great & it was 24hrs so we didn't feel rushed after a long day of traveling. The gym was also very nice. Breakfast was a little limited but other than that we really enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel!

One of the nicest Hampton facilities I've ever stayed in, breakfast is fabulous and the hotel is spotless. Beautiful patio seating area just above the river for outstanding views and sounds of nature. Tranquil in every way, this property inspires harmony with nature!

The only thing i didnt like is how cold the pools are.... i get conserving but my toddlers lips turn like vright purple and he just shakes like crazy while trying tohave fun

This is a lovely property with a scenic patio and walk to Clear Creek just behind the Inn. We enoyed warm cookies when we checked in, and our room was clean, quiet, and so comfortable. The breakfast/dining area was clean, well- stocked and had a beautiful fire to warm the room. What a treat!

Room and staff were fine. Im only giving 4 star because the pool was freezing and hot tub was barely warm.

Bedding seemed as someone just slept on it. Beddings were wrinkled and pillows seemed pressed as someone already used the room. I was too exhausted and was just got out of the shower so preferred not to call the front desk and ask for change. I’m sure they would have been helpful. Otherwise great stay.

We have stayed here off and on for several years, but the hotel is getting a bit worn. Chairs in breakfast area are dirty and have worn cushions. In the hotel room the lamps were dusty, the upholstered chair was worn, and in the bath the dispensers for lotion and hair conditioner were empty. One towel rack was loose and the bar fell off. The staff was friendly and helpful and check-in was easy.

Honestly I don’t think my pillow cases had been changed. They smelled like someone’s hair. as far as the bed goes, it was like sleeping on an exercise ball. You have to balance on the very middle to try to find a place where you won’t slide from side to side, so it was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was awful. It was like fake food the scrambled eggs weren’t real and they had no flavor. The potatoes were stale like from a day or two ago. The sausage was… I don’t know what it was. They had one apple there for fruit. I didn’t eat anything. my dog wouldn’t eat my scrambled eggs and he loves scrambled eggs. The decor was old and outdated. and the bathtub fixtures had been painted with gray paint.

There is what appears to be a little mold in the shower, or possibly a build up of hard water stains on the caulking that has turned it black. Val at the front desk is a rockstar and very kind. She was a welcome sight after 12 hours of crappy winter road driving.

Mattress was too firm for us. Everything else was great.

The description of your properties say free internet. Not "OK internet" but can have great internet if you pay extra. While we have two more bookings in the next week. We watch a lot of streaming video. So to keep having to reconnect every 10 mins, is unexceptable. Sorry, we will not use your hotels again.

There is a reason this hotel has a high rating. We were thoroughly impressed. Rented the queen suite and it was huge! Perfect for a family as there was so much room. Everything was very clean. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was pretty good for a continental.

TV didn't work correctly. Spectrum takes very long to turn on, then drops out with no picture. Manager said he'd call Spectrum, but the TV was still worthless. Elevator sounds like it is ready to fail when it stops, so use the stairs at the ends of the hotel (hence ask for a room near the ends). Ants on sidewalk outside.

The people in the room above us were very noisy!

We were upgraded to a suite which was enormous and beautiful! We had two queen beds, a sleep sofa, a very large marble top desk, a small kitchen area with mini fridge, microwave and sink and a lovely bathroom. This room was much larger than my first apartment. Very nice accommodation!

If it was for the terrible room service. I would have given a better review. I know room service policies have changed throughout the hotel industry, however not getting new linen after being requested several times and not getting any, then having to go to the desk again to finally get fresh linen was very annoying. Even after putting the dirty linen in the hallway and leaving for the day, they still didn’t give us fresh linen until my wife went to the desk that night.

Great location and great hotel! I would especially like to mention an employee named Valerie! She worked at the front desk and was very nice and accommodating! We had a problem with our extremely loud neighbors on a floor above us, and our tv wasn't working. Valerie quickly moved us to another beautiful l room. Great Employee!

Everything was great but one thing !! When arriving at the hotel after diving for 18 hours! No one was at the front desk for over a hour!! We started looking around the hotel for someone but no one was found!! Long story short we had to call the police because we thought something had happened to the worker!! 10 minutes later a officer arrived and a few more minutes the manager arrived!! Everything else was great!!

The night front desk attendant was very helpful and provided a superior welcome atmosphere

We arrived late and had to leave very early but our receptionist was so warm and helpful to us. She made coffee early and provided to-go continental breakfast for us and our children. It was so kind and helpful! Our room was spacious and worked out great for our big family. Thank you Hampton Inn and Suites!

Upon check-in, there was a service fee of $50 that I was unaware of. I tapped my card and it said Approved on the keypad, however the office receptionist (Brandy) told me it didn’t go through on her end and instructed me to tap again. I told her it showed up Approved on my end and she stayed again that it didn’t go through on her end. So I tapped again. I pulled up my bank account information and saw there was a double charge. I informed the front desk and the receptionist called the manager and after approximately 10 minutes, handed me the keys to the room and told me it would be remedied in the morning. I went up to the room to let my disabled mother get comfortable and went back down to grab my bags from the car, only to hear another customer talking to the receptionist about being double charged and was waiting to get refunded. The next morning when checking out, I spoke to another lady about getting my refund due to a double charge. She stated that it was normal for a debit card to double charge. I explained I was instructed to tap twice upon check-in. She became visibly aggravated and then she proceeded to tell me that I wasn’t charged, that it was a hold, and that it would fall off in a couple of days. I told her it will cause an inconvenience due to there being a $260 hold on my account and she then mocked me by stating, “Yes, it’s absolutely horrible!”, with a sarcastic voice. I couldn’t believe the level of unprofessional behavior. I asked for my receipt and went to

The location is very convenient to I-25 and to downtown. The hotel clerk was very friendly.

Beautiful yard to walk next to a small meandering river. Many exits and entry doors. Staff was really friendly very helpful.

The 'Free' breakfast was actually VERY good!! Real hot food items, fresh fruit, great coffee (fresh brewed) very nice atmosphere! As good as it gets for complimentary!

We would have have given excellent for all categories, except for breakfast on Sunday. The lady in charge wasn't keeping up with replenishment, orange juice was weak, and she didn't wring out her cleaning cloth, so was leaving the tables soaking wet.

It was a good place to stay for our one night. Good breakfast for sure. The cookies upon arriving was a nice treat. Staff nice. Bed comfortable.

Front desk was helpful in recommending a local restaurant for dinner. Staff managing breakfast was so kind and helpful finding allergy friendly food for my son.
