Once the construction is finished the property will be gorgeous. The interior is nice- very spacious. Our room was new but was cold even with the heat on. I paid for a pool view and we see a dirty pond, bushes, a tiny bit of golf course, and parking lot. I was too tired to complain especially as the staff at check in wasn’t eager to assist us. Didn’t mind the construction but the arcade was still advertised so that was upsetting to not have open. The kids play area is outdoors and our kids loved it. The bar was cozy and the bar staff there was wonderful.

The property was fantastic, with a comfortable room and AC that worked! There was plenty on-site if you wish to not move, and with us only having a few days, that’s exactly what we did. We didn’t play golf, but I’ll be coming back to arrange a golf trip. The pool area was great, clean, and enough room to stay in the sun or shade all day (depending on preference). There was a games room and gym, and a fantastic spa all available. My only criticism was the restaurant options, if you do plan on being on-site the whole time, you’ll be eating the same food regularly. Cilantro was their “fine dining” restaurant, and it was good - just not great! Whereas their poolside and grill bars saved the same sandwiches and burgers and nothing else. Maybe one more restaurant choice onsite with something in between the both would have made the stay all the more comfortable. The hotel offers free shuttles down to the beach and marina which came in handy on our first day (there is a hotel tapas bar on the beach too, to slightly contradict my above statement, but again - it’s not directly on-site). All in all, it was a great stay and I will be back. Next time we will make the use of the restaurants in town/the marina.

O hotel é muito bom . Quarto amplo e confortável. Nos deixaram fazer o checkin 1 hora antes do horário. O café da manhã é muito bom e farto. O cardápio do restaurante é limitado, a comida não é boa. Atendimento muito lento. Não gostei. O hotel tem carro que leva vc a praia e Marina. O Serviço e muito bom. Tirando o restaurante q n gostei tem outro ponto negativo é que as pessoas com crianças deixam marcado com toalhas os lugares nas cadeiras nas duas piscinas e ocupam todas as cadeiras, todos os dias. Não há fiscalização sobre isso. As toalhas ficam lá segurando os lugares. Achei impossível conseguir um lugar até na segunda piscina onde tem um bar … que deveria ser para adultos muitas crianças ocupam muitos lugares. E não ficam lá . A direção n poderia deixar esta marcação com antecedência. As 9 h da manhã vou lá já estão todos marcados e ninguém lá sentado. Só as toalhas. enfim conseguimos sentar numa piscina reservada lá em cima que não dá para nadar muito, fiquei 5 noites e não consegui vagas nas cadeiras. O bar fica vazio e as cadeiras ocupadas com toalhas.

The Hilton Vilamoura was beautiful, the rooms were lovely and clean, the staff was incredibly kind! The breakfast was lovely and worth the extra fee. I was travelling with 2 kids under 6 and the staff were all so kind to them. We were there in March and I believe the outdoor pools had just opened so they were cold, but the indoor pool is lovely. My 5 year old loved the playground and the staff there was so nice! I would definitely return here.

Large Hilton hotel with everything necessary for a great holiday. Super clean, rooms spotless, breakfast as you’d expect from Hilton and staff very helpful and friendly. Shuttle bus takes 5 minutes to get to the marina but an Uber is less than 5 euros and arrive within minutes. Not much within walking distance, ‘pavement’ residential type affair, local Spar 10 minutes walk away but plenty shops in the centre of Vilamoura.

Rooms were nicely decorated with good complementary toiletries, an empty fridge for your own drinks, tea and coffee making fasciities and the tv has lots of channels, including the 5 main UK ones. The free Wifi was really good. Great choice at breakfast and food was of a high quality. Drinks were lovely, freshly mixed cocktails and good choice. Pool towels were large and of good quality, the sunbeds had comfy mattresses. Free Hotel shuttle bus ran every 2hrs throughout the day and up to 9pm.at night. It stopped at the beach and the marina.

We had a very lovely stay! beautifully, clean property with friendly staff. the area around the property is not very interesting, though we knew this upfront and shuttles are available to bring you to either the beach or harbor. One recommendation is for the shuttle to drive later back from the beach (16.00 is very early to end a beach day) as well as from the harbor (21.30 is very early to finish your dinner and get the shuttle back)

The hotel is dated and needs an upgrade. The room was comfortable but water pressure very low, barely adequate for a shower - also barely hot. I was told at the reception that it needs to run for at least 5 minutes before warming up - unfortunately it didn't. The staff were friendly. The spa was not in a good condition, some areas closed off, just generally run down.

Telephone not working. Never fixed it. Could not call room service for the 3 days. Otherwise a nice hotel. Clean rooms, spacious. Nice balcony to sit out. Breakfast was expensive. €25 per person. For a family of 4, it turned out expensive. We decided to go out and eat and cost for 4 was €40. Hotel needs to think about this. Also, since i booked via expedia, i could not get HHonors points. Which i feel is not right. I am spending the money, but no credit.

We spent 4 days at this beautiful hotel. The staff was wonderful! Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional with all the choices. I loved the omelette station! You have the choice of eating inside or outside. Poolside restaurant was very nice. The inside bar offered a nice selection of cocktails and snacks. There’s a shuttle service to the marina which is about 5 minutes away. We had a great stay and will definitely be back!

Gutes Hotel, allerdings zu der Zeit als ich dort war, komplett überfüllt und Preis / Leistung unverhältnismäßig. Das Frühstück war OK, hätte allerdings eine größere Auswahl und eine höhere Qualität für diesen Preis erwartet.
