Lovely hotel - we spent 5 nights there as a family of 4 to celebrate my wife’s 50th. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They gave her a personal card and made her a birthday cake and the whole staff inc the management came to our table to wish her well - it was a lovely moment. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff work tirelessly to clean and maintain throughout the day. The work ethic is very clear and you get the feeling that everyone who works there cares about what they do and takes pride in it - something you don’t often see at other hotels or at bigger name brands. Our 2 bed apartment was really comfortable and well appointed. We had half board and the food was really excellent and worthy of 4 stars or more. Great selection at breakfast inc made to order omelettes etc. There was a different theme of food every night and as well as the buffet, there was live cooking to order of various fish and meats. Very good value addition to our booking. Our teenage kids were also allowed to order from the a la carte menu up to a very reasonable value as part of half board if they couldn’t see anything they wanted on the buffet. Only slight gripe was the very cold temperature of the outside pools but other than that all the outside spaces were really delightful. Easy walk to a nearby village area with a Spar shop and bars and walking distance to the marina. It’s such a nice place, food amazing and people incredible- we would definitely go back!!

Booked a studio apartment last minute for 3 nights. Smart hotel, good security. Very friendly staff. Lovely pools as well as an indoor pool. Comfortable outdoor area. Spacious well equipped room, we did end up in a disabled room despite full fitness! Did feel if you were disabled there was only a shower over the bath which was quite high to get into, not a problem for us though. Had a nice meal in the lovely restaurant. Good parking.

Lovely hotel, really welcoming and great pool. Outdoor heated pool isn’t really warm in April some warmer water running into it but not all the time. Otherwise great space in apartment for kids and breakfast!

It was our first time in Portugal. 4 Seasons Vilamoura was only a 30 minutes transfer from Faro airport, 10 mins in a taxi to local Marina and restaurants. There is also a good waterpark with slides and activities in a short proximity. It is in a lovely location with shops nearby. The resort itself is great with very welcoming and friendly staff. Our kids, 12 & 10 years old made friends and spent all the time in the pools. The food was good, not as much choice as we used to but couldn't fault it. We also enjoyed the snack bar by the pool for all the ice-creams, snacks and drinks during the day. What made our stay great was definitely the staff -they were excellent. The two bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious and had everything we possibly could need during a week stay. The surroundings were well-maintained, clean and the pools were great. We are definitely planning to be back again :)

It was our second year in a row visiting this hotel - 2 adults and a 4 year old. We were very lucky to be upgraded to a one bedroom apartment on the top floor with lovely sea views. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially with children. The hotel is in a lovely quiet safe area but just a short taxi ride to the busy marina. The new fountains were a lovely addition. The hotel is very clean. The rooms a little bit dated but it didn't bother us, once they were clean.

Visited Four Seasons Vilamoura with my partner over the last week or so but this was actually my 10th time visiting the hotel (though my partner's first!) Four Seasons is an absolutely stunning hotel and, as the title suggests, is a true home away from home without being a cliché. The staff are all so polite and professional from check-in to check-out and everything in between and their English is impeccable. Breakfast buffet has a good selection of hot and cold options, tea, coffee, juices and all the condiments you could want. The pool bar too is great for food and snacks during the day with the option to pay as you go or add it to the room tab to be paid on check-out. We didn't eat evening meals at the hotel and I haven't tended to over the years, no fault of the hotel just prefer to have a change of scenery for the evening and head to the marina which is a 20 minute stroll away or even shorter taxi ride, or even the local Old Village which has a small selection of bars and restaurants. Four Seasons is one of the safest and cleanest hotels I have stayed in, staff are always on hand and rooms are tidied/cleaned every day, there is barrier entry to the hotel requiring a fob you get on your room keys. The rooms are the biggest in any hotel I have stayed at - whether the studios or one-bed apartments (I've not stayed the 2 or 3 beds). They are well equipped with everything you could need (ran out of characters!)

Only slight gripe was the very cold temperature of the outside pools but other than that all the outside spaces were really delightful. Easy walk to a nearby village area with a Spar shop and bars and walking distance to the marina. It’s such a nice place, food amazing and people incredible- we would definitely go back!!

The pictures making it look newer and updated, it’s very dated. The room I had looked like something out of the 80’s. Beds were hard as a rock. The only reason I’m giving any good stars was the front desk guy, who was doing a great job.

Fantastic getaway location. Great hotel and amenities. We had a 2 bedroom suite for a family of 5. It was perfect. Great view of the pools from our balconies, and the apartment was well equipped with everything we needed to make small meals in. As it was Easter break, the hotel wasn't too busy.

Lovely hotel - we spent 5 nights there as a family of 4 to celebrate my wife’s 50th. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They gave her a personal card and made her a birthday cake and the whole staff inc the management came to our table to wish her well - it was a lovely moment. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff work tirelessly to clean and maintain throughout the day. The work ethic is very clear and you get the feeling that everyone who works there cares about what they do and takes pride in it - something you don’t often see at other hotels or at bigger name brands. The team were wonderful, helpful and cheerful. The accommodation, a 5 bedroom villa with its own pool within a complex was a great find and suited our family’s needs perfectly. The kitchen was modern and well equipped too although we didn’t use it.

It was our first time in Portugal. 4 Seasons Vilamoura was only a 30 minutes transfer from Faro airport, 10 mins in a taxi to local Marina and restaurants. There is also a good waterpark with slides and activities in a short proximity. It is in a lovely location with shops nearby. The resort itself is great with very welcoming and friendly staff. Our kids, 12 & 10 years old made friends and spent all the time in the pools. The food was good, not as much choice as we used to but couldn't fault it. We also enjoyed the snack bar by the pool for all the ice-creams, snacks and drinks during the day. What made our stay great was definitely the staff -they were excellent. The two bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious and had everything we possibly could need during a week stay. The surroundings were well-maintained, clean and the pools were great. We are definitely planning to be back again :)

It was our second stay at Four Seasons. We like to travel around to see amazing beaches, so it makes a perfect base for this reason. Vilamoura Marina is within walking distance. The pools areas are well kept and there is plenty of space for everybody. All the staff members deserve to be mentioned for their everyday efforts to make your stay as enjoyable as possible ! The accommodation is very good, plenty of wardrobes for your holiday outfits. Kitchens are well equipped. We can highly recommend Four Seasons for unforgettable holidays!

Four Seasons is a well made, well run and very attractive resort. The surroundings are beautiful, it is in a beautiful region of Algarve and near excellent beaches and boating marinas. One would go to Vilamoura for town, shops, meals and boats. For beaches and seaside attractions, one would go to Quarteira, a lovely seaside resort nearby. We can walk to Vilamoura, but for Quarteira, use the FREE Linha Verde bus transport.

Visited Four Seasons Vilamoura with my partner over the last week or so but this was actually my 10th time visiting the hotel (though my partner's first!) Four Seasons is an absolutely stunning hotel and, as the title suggests, is a true home away from home without being a cliché. The staff are all so polite and professional from check-in to check-out and everything in between and their English is impeccable. Breakfast buffet has a good selection of hot and cold options, tea, coffee, juices and all the condiments you could want. The pool bar too is great for food and snacks during the day with the option to pay as you go or add it to the room tab to be paid on check-out. We didn't eat evening meals at the hotel and I haven't tended to over the years, no fault of the hotel just prefer to have a change of scenery for the evening and head to the marina which is a 20 minute stroll away or even shorter taxi ride, or even the local Old Village which has a small selection of bars and restaurants. Four Seasons is one of the safest and cleanest hotels I have stayed in, staff are always on hand and rooms are tidied/cleaned every day, there is barrier entry to the hotel requiring a fob you get on your room keys. The rooms are the biggest in any hotel I have stayed at - whether the studios or one-bed apartments (I've not stayed the 2 or 3 beds). They are well equipped with everything you could need (ran out of characters!)

We travelled as a family of 3 and booked a 2 bedroom apartment. On booking the accommodation I did ask for an apartment on a higher floor. We were given a bottom floor apartment which was lovely inside but quite dark with little privacy. The manager did change us to a top floor apartment the next day, which was amazing with wonderful views of the golf course. The apartment was absolutely spotless. Breakfast was included with our stay. There was plenty of choices available with all the staff very attentive. Fresh fruit, drinks and cold cloths were brought to us while we were relaxing around the pool. We would definitely return.

The hotel and rooms were lovely. The two bed apartment we stayed in was well suited for us with a one year old and had all the amenities we needed. The staff in particular were fantastic. Always proactively trying to help and we’re very friendly.
