The hotel is well connected Niigata Station and especially convenient to navigate with luggage during winter time. Clean room and all amenities are provided at hotel lobby.

Quiet, safe, right beside train station. Good room temperature. Blackout sliding panels on the window, which also served during my cold December three-night stay to keep the room warm at night, preventing heat from radiating out from the large window. The chair at the desk was very comfortable both for working and for reading, with padding on the seat and on the back.
