The door to our room was not working right. It was a key card door and we ended up trying 6 keys during the first day. It took management 2 times to figure the door was broken. They moved us to a similar room. The key cards didn't work. Had go back and forth to getting cards. We ended up with a total of 11 cards for the 2 night stay. We were not the only one with this problem. The hotel was getting redone. Wall paper was peeling from the hallways. The hot tub was down.

The stay was fine, lady at front desk was extremely friendly, but I’m very upset that you are charging me $3 a day to park on your parking lot! That was never disclosed! What’s next a dollar a gallon for water? Micro transactions will kill your business! I won’t be staying again at a Marriott property, it was no better than a La Quinta I paid half as much to stay at the night before! You have great people but very poor upper management.

Hot Tube and Pool were Out of Service during our stay. Pool 1 Day/ Hot Tub the entire stay. We had items on the floor from the prior guests and remained with us during our stay. Vacuuming of carpet must night happen regularly or even after checkout. Elevator was very slow in operation, quicker to take the stairs. There was a lingering aroma throughout our stay of Marijuana. There was also a flooding on the first floor from the 2nd floor in the mechanical room light fixture. Was shocked there was a daily charge for parking. I was disappointed and will more than likely choose a different venue next visit.

They are doing construction to update property. The breakfast was not very good. Both mornings there were no plates available. The hot tub has not been in service for years but website says they have one. Pool was not very warm. Most all the staff was very nice. Price was reasonable considering property isnt as nice as pictured. Definitely not like you see at other Fairfield properties. Maybe after they finish the updates it will be better. We only went there because it had a pool and was spose to have a hot tub and free breakfast so was a disappointment as hot tub was not in operation and breakfast was disappointing.

Very close to the mall and lots of dining options. Room was in good shape but there were lightbulbs missing from the table lamps and the room was a bit dusty. I noticed the wallpaper was peeling in the halls and the hallways were poorly lit. The hotel had kind of a dank, out of date feeling to it outside my room. A hole had been cut in the wall inside my closet, presumably to make a plumbing repair, and the hole was partially and haphazardly covered by a couple of acoustic tiles. The walls are fairly thin - I could hear a lot of banging doors in the hallway while trying to sleep. There were several dumbbells missing from the fitness room, which was undersized and kind of sad. Breakfast was free but unremarkable. One day there was no hot water for tea or oatmeal and no one around to help. For the money, it was fine, but I don’t know if I would stay there again.

The front desk staff was very flustered with too many responsibilities at once. The elevator, hallways and surfaces in the room were filthy. The chairs in the breakfast area were extremely worn with many breaks in the vinyl. Carpeting was very soiled. The TV in the room did not work at all. I would definitely NOT recommend

The hot tub in the pool was warm and great seating but I couldn't figure out how to turn the jets on. I asked the girl at the front desk and she replied "they are on, they're just really weak." The bedding had multiple stains on it. As if it were washed but not checked for discoloration. Overall I was not satisfied for the price .

This is a very OLD building. One elevator for the entire building. The staff was very friendly but the rooms are horrid. The TVs don’t work. The bathrooms have lots of hard water and rust stains. I ended up leaving the hotel because there were roaches crawling up the walls.

The property is going through renovations. It was dirty and old. While I understand the renovation process the team was not cleaning up when as they go. The pool has so much chlorine that it made my room smell all the time, my room was above the pool. Furniture is very old and carpet was coming off the floor.

Had we not already paid for 2 nights we would’ve found different accommodations. Our room was damp & dusty behind the tv & other areas. All of our clothes were damp, the carpet felt damp & the floor in the bathroom was slippery which is not ideal for a handicapped person. The finish on the tub was peeling off. There was a sign about upcoming remodeling but for the price we were very disappointed. On the plus side the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff are welcoming and so nice! Hotel though… mediocre at best. It’s located in area with multiple hotels…. All of which I feel like probably would’ve been a better choice for the same price. The benefit is there is a lot of shopping very close by and it is very quiet.But for a basic overnight where we just needed to sleep it was fine. Did take quite a few hours to cool down. Would probably try other hotels in the area next time.

Jessica was at the desk when we checked in. She was more than welcoming and enthusiastic!! The door to our room 317, was hung off kilter, there was what appeared to be dried vomit on the carpet next to the trash can.pool and hit tub were dirty. The jets in the hot tub were non working. Very dated hotel.

Property is very dated. Bathroom door didn’t shut. Sofa bed had a very thin, ripped mattress that was in too bad of shape to sleep on. This property is by far the worst Marriot hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

This property had very nice staff but needs a rennovation. The key system had a ton of issues, and our room had a faulty AC unit. The rooms are not sound proof, and noise traveled from the hallways, adjacent rooms, and from rooms above.

I stayed in an executive suite. The room had a few lamps and desk lights that you could only turn on/off by plugging in/unplugging. The coffee maker in the room was missing parts and did not work. The toilet seemed to be on its last legs and instead of flushing just filled up and then slowly over the course of an hour would return back to a normal level water height. The shower constantly dripped no matter what. One 32 inch tv that you have to manually swivel to face either the bedroom or the living room/desk area is hilarious for a Marriott Bonvoy property in the year 2023. Avoid

Property was clean however their check in system was not working and around midnight other guests were given keys to my room and walked straight in. Attempted to reach hotel manager for an explanation and was not able to get any communication resolved regarding the issue. According to front desk staff I was not the only guest with this issue that evening. Completely unprofessional and not handled appropriately regardless of computer system malfunction. Based on the lack of professionalism from the site manager I would not recommend staying here if avoidable.

Our stay at Fairfield was awful. The hotel was under major renovations. The tv in the room did not work, the Wi-Fi was out, the business area was completely out order, breakfast was unavailable, indoor pool closed, exercise room was missing majority of equipment. I told front desk about these issues and they laughed and said nothing is working. I will be sending a complaint to Marriott and requesting a fund refund. This hotel should not be selling rooms right now. Totally unacceptable.

was supposed to have room ready after long day of travel at 3 pm , went back at 6 pm and still not ready , room had terrible smell of vinegar after finally ready , asked front desk to deodorize and i left again for dinner , tv channels don't work and there was noise in halll well past 11 pm , lack of management at this hotel and seems that they didn't like i was an Expedia customer

This property is located close to the 77 Highway! So that means you can hear the morning rush hour traffic. We had the executive king suite, which was quite comfortable. They updated their phone system so reaching the front desk couldn't be done with their house phone. They offered a hot breakfast buffet which was decent, eggs, sausages one dayand two, then eggs, bacon with biscuits and gravy the next day. They also have waffles, yogurt, juices as well as fresh fruits. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Last minute decision to go but I thought you would enjoy Any Marriott hotel. No food no food wow’s are mind No food coffee had grinder in it,water was boiling in pot( nothing in it) no fruit and milk was old it had smelled to it. Got a bagel (old)cream cheese old. I talked to breakfast attendant who tells me truck be here Monday (I’m leaving), but she gave me a old apple for my grandson (he said No)

a few minutes after eating breakfast , I vomited it all up. I would say the sausage was bad. The eggs seemed to be good. Sausage had a strange taste. I was ok about half hour after vomiting.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. Jessica at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The kids had so much fun in the pool. The only problem was the TV. It would not play. The 2 ladies had to come multiple times to reset it. It would play 30 min or less. Good thing I had a phone to play games and watch TV on. It seemed to be an on-going problem with that room #317. It was so busy we had to wait. The ladies were very friendly. Other than that everything else was excellent. Good selection for breakfast too.
