The hotel was clean and the beds comfortable but this hotel is really getting rundown. Sink had several crack lines, Wallpaper in hallway peeling off the wall. Side door does not work with keycard. You have to go around to the front which was a pain when our room was right next to that door and the door run was out that door. Breakfast was horrible. We ended up going to Waffle House across the street for breakfast the 2nd morning

Excellent stay! Any problems we encountered were managed quickly and proficiently! Everyone was friendly and nice. Our only complaint was the pool was down and so was the one at a nearby hotel we were told we could use! Pool problem was reported to be posted but I didn’t see it or would’ve booked elsewhere. But turned out not to be a big deal anyway!

The hotel was worn. Needs updating. Pool and hot tub were unavailable due to maintenance, despite it being one of the reasons we chose the hotel. Breakfast was disappointing. Premade food instead of make your own waffles. No hot eggs. Everything just felt subpar. Wouldn’t go back.

The main room air conditioner was broke and the window air conditioner that was in the window blew directly on the bed when you where sleeping instead of cooling the room. The bed has divits from being used too long. Hard to sleep when you are half your body is in a divit. The outer doors are not secure. They have key scanners but the locks have been removed from the doors. Anyone can walk into the hotel with out being screened.

Our room was quiet and private. We were there in the middle of the week and the hotel was not full. Room was nice and the breakfast was good. We were going to use the pool but it was not as heated as we were led to believe. I don't understand why there was a parking fee for a parking lot that was specifically for this hotel.

We arrive to the hotel when given our room key when we got to the room the door was open when we walked in the sink was full of nets and bugs as well as the light fixtures. There was spiders on the way and a hugh bug on the towels. When i went back to drint desk i was told that they were overbooked and would need to send us to another hotel. The overall appearance of the hotel lobby was outdated. Eventhough the front desk person was as accommodating as he could be the conditions of the room was beyond unexpected.

Staff was extremely nice! Very friendly and greeted you each time you came in. This goes beyond the front desk staff - the maintenance workers were also extremely friendly and made a point to say hello. The room was also nice as well - but some things that could have been better is the cleanliness of the room. The white linens had dirt stains on them as well as the shower drain was clogged - also during my shower in the morning hair from a previous person started to come up out of the drain onto my feet. This was a pretty disgusting situation. There were also dirt stains on the couches and the door. A possible deep clean and slight upgrade to the rooms would make a massive difference! Overall I think this is a great hotel and would stay here again in the future.

My first room smelled like pee and the staff admitted there were cats staying there prior and they knew about the smell. They put an air diffuser in there which did not help. There was also mold on the bathroom wall which they did come and clean. I was able to change rooms and that one was better u til the next morning when there was no hot water.

I travel alot and I have to say i was not happy with this one. Our room was not properly cleaned. Could not find a mug, found the dishwasher almost half full of dirty dishes, so i ran it. you could tell the carpet has not been swept. there was dirty water marks running down in front of the bathroom vanity sink. the toilet squealed when you flushed it. had to "fix the guts" to stop the squealing.

This hotel is very dirty. Hallways obviously have not been swept in some time. Our room had cigarettes burns in the carpet even though it was a smoke free room. There was mold in the shower. The inside of the fridge was dirty. Definitely will not stay here again.

Loved having a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite with a kitchen for our family. We hosted the holiday out of room and it was comfortable for us and our 2 local family members who would visit with is during the day. We loved the holiday touches like the gift wrapping station. However it would have been improved if the fireplace worked and if we could control the temperature better. We eventually had the air conditioning on and later even opened all the windows and it was still 78-82 degrees on our thermostat. But all in all a positive stay.

The room was old. The screws holding the door lock onto the door jamb were falling out of the wall. Everything was a little old and a little gross. If it was clean, it was hard to tell for how old and rundown the room interior was. We also had the benefit of a large, barking dog in the room adjacent to ours, which made for a difficult stay. The staff seemed hard working. They did a nice job working breakfast and check-in was easy. I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff was great at all times considering, the room did not have a micro-wave, the fireplace was inoperable and had broken pieces to it in the top section of the fire place, the Heat in the room was not working at certain times, the closet sliding doors were off track and were about to fall to floor one section was placed against waal at an angle so it would not fall, the day I check in the staff help out and the next day they gave me a portable heater for my elderly dad's rm which I'm grateful for other wise my stay was great Thanks!

We needed a place that we could cook in any this room was great. The 2 burner cook top is just what I was looking for. Having 2 separate rooms was a nice addition.

As parents we were seeking a night away, just the 2 of us. We are from the area so we knew all the area dining options. Our start was great. It started off PERFECT with laughs at the front desk, the front desk attendant, Will, was awesome. We had just finished wine tasting and had forgotten a cork opener. We thought we would have to run home and grab ours but we were saved by a cork opener in the room!!! Our TV was giving us trouble (possible user error) but again Will came straight up and fixed it for us. The room was set up beautifully. It was convenient, full fridge for our wine bottles. Ice maker in the freezer. Couch to watch some TV and eat dinner. Then swiveled the TV so we could watch in bed. Breakfast in the morning was great! The hotel manager knew us by our entrance the night before and constantly checked on us as we were in the lobby. Will definitely book hotel again for another Mom and Dad night away!

My room was not cleaned basic things like garbage removal and removal of dirty towels until i complained on day 3. I was told there eas a staffing problem. Then I was locked out of my room for 4 hours because there was some kind of problem with the lock and I was there for a funeral what a nightmare. The staff did not lusten to me when I kept having problem and needing new keys until it did not work at all and they had to call the maintenance person from home which was not near to come so I could gain entry. I have stayed here 2xs before and it was great. This time was awful and frustating.

actually never stayed after calling at 10:00 am the mornung of my 1st night of 4 to ask for early check in I was told not till 3. I arrived at 2:40 and was promptly greeted with would you like to check in asked for ID and then person said oh one moment. a different person came out and said sorry your room had a pipe break and we are unable to accommodate you but the fairfield inn will have a room for you.I said they do not have full kitchen rooms i made this reservation a month ago that is not acceptable response was sorry can't help you and they walked away! terrible customer service and attitude. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Wonderful hotel! Angie at the front desk was AMAZING! She’s new to her role as manager and let me tell you she nailed it! We arrived the day AFTER the Hall of Fame weekend. You’d think everything would be beat up and not clean. Quite the opposite! Room was clean and ready. Great stay for any family. A few things that need to be worked on as it is a touch older hotel, but bottom line I’d highly recommend this location to anyone!

This place should not be overlooked. We realized at check in that I had lost my license and there was no way to check in without it. The guy at the front desk was empathetic and understanding but also was doing his job. We had to go home (90 minutes) in a snow storm to get my passport so we could come back and check in. It was important to spend the weekend with our daughter. Everything about the hotel was perfect for family time.

The staff tries their best to help you with what they have. Things there are outdated and the breakfast was more microwavable then a true normal offered hotel breakfast. I did like the size of the rooms (We had the 2 bedroom) We were in to see family and it was nice to be able to all hang in one room in the evening. I did not know there was a $3 a day parking fee until I had left so be aware there is. Overall if you're not picky and just want a place to lay your head, the beds are comfortable, and the people are nice, so it is worth the price to stay. There is a place called Fat Heads very close by with good food and great beer. It is also not far from NFL Hall of Fame.

Was given a key card at check-in when I went to enter the room they had replaced a card reader with a touchpad. Had to return to the desk twice to get the right combination. There’was an over-the-range microwave left on a luggage cart by the elevator for two days. Room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and welcoming. Great location. Definitely would stay here again.

The room was not ready at check in. We waited about 45 minutes and then had to change in the bathroom as we had reservations somewhere. The front desk person was very apologetic and super nice. The sink in the bathroom was clogged. It looks like they hadn't swept the hallways in a very long time. It was convenient to where we were visiting but I'm not sure I'd stay there again.

The Staff Lady Was Rude .. The Staff Man Was Nice , Overall Cleaning Was Decent . Shower Heads Needs To Be Replaced , Also The Nobs , it Had water Stains and Old Mold in The Shower Head, Breakfast Was Nasty , Fruit Was Rotten .

I love Marriott hotels. I have come to expect a great experience when I stay at one. This one was a bit of a disappointment. The supplies in the room were sparce. There were no creamers for the coffee maker. Downstairs the continental breakfast was what I would expect at a Motel 6. No protein was included and much of the food was already gone before 7 am. There was no coffee in the carafe and when I brought it to the desk clerk's attention she reluctantly told me that there was none made. We had to wait for a fresh carafe to be made. While the night clerk was very friendly it was obvious that she was standing around waiting to get off work. She wasn't monitoring the breakfast situation and it was left to the day shift coming in to get everything done. I really do expect a Marriott to have a full breakfast ready to go.

It’s in need of an update. Carpet and places on walls have been cut and patched. Breakfast was ok, not close to what I’ve had at residence inns in the past. The extra charge for parking is not appropriate
