Best Western Cleveland Inn & Suites

The staff gets 5 stars. Never going to give a hotel of this caliber 5 stars, but the shower head was amazing: great water pressure and distribution. Breakfast is so so as is most food in this town. Stay here for the staff who were all helpful and courteous.

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is located near a good selection of restaurants. Complimentary breakfast is good, just a bit limited on items to choose from. Good experience overall.

We stayed 1 night and it was clean and quiet. We would stay again. The breakfast was ready early and was good.

We called informing them of a late check in. This was their first opportunity to inform us that the elevator was broken. We arrived at the hotel around midnight. The night clerk was sitting down reclined in an office chair with his legs propped up, head phones on, and playing on a laptop. I said hello, sorry to interrupt. He said "It's okay" as if I did interrupt him. Being a former district manager, my coaching and development would have told him to say, "No, please don't apologize. I'm here to assist you. My apologies that I wasn't ready" or something similar. We check in, and it was a very easy process. He informed us that the elevators were around the corner. This was the second opportunity to inform us that they were broken. I would have liked to know before signing the paperwork. We unload our 8 suitcases (yes 8. We have a lot because of our work). We go to the elevator and it's broken. I ask if there's another floor besides the 3rd floor, he says no. I'm very upset now and exhausted. I go to tell my spouse, and when I walk back in, the clerk accommodates us in a first floor room. We are so thankful, but upon arriving in the room, the door isn't even locked. Then, there are two huge, dead cockroaches in the room, and the toilet seat was up (which I don't believe is standard). There was also a live roach in the hallway outside our room.
