The air in the room did not work we stayed more than one night I called the front desk asked for more towels and let them know the body wash dispenser was not working along with asking about where I could have my husband take the trash out to which she responded the house keeper will come and do that for you so we left for a few hours came back no new towels the dispenser wasnt changed and the room still had trash in it I made sure the room was other wise extremely clean no mess anywhere no big deal I let the front desk know about the air not working at night we all woke up boiling we had the air set to 60 and the room was reading 78 she we dealt with that multiple nights it’s march and every other hotel we have stayed at the pools are open this one was not the whole reason we booked this one was because of the pool which we couldn’t even use because it was closed I then went down stairs to get some water bottles for the room and then they proceed to tell me sorry we don’t accept cash no big deal but still very annoying overall did not have a good time with the food the kitchen staff lady was phenomenal though

First room we were given had a horrible odor. TV did not work at all. Couldn’t get any channels on tv. Very uncomfortable bed. Went to front desk and complained, clerk was very polite and offered a new room at no extra charge. The second room was better but beds were not made very neatly which made me question cleanliness of sheets. Bed was very uncomfortable, you could feel the springs in mattress as soon as you sat down on it. Also the beds should have zippered mattress protectors and they had mattress covers that did not fit completely over the whole mattress. I must say that all staff we dealt with was very friendly and polite

There was a lot of thumping and bumping near our room and we could not get the A/C until to work well. Other than that, it was a nice stay. Very clean and staff was nice.

Kinda hard to get the AC regulated in the room but otherwise no bad surprises. Clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast was the standard fare. Ok but again no upside surprises either. All in all I’d do it again.

Very clean with friendly, helpful staff. Had a king suite with sofa, table, fridge, microwave and Keurig. An extra blanket would have been useful, and there was no pen or pad to use for messages. Small things that I count on when I stay in a hotel room. Also the tv was difficult to navigate and kept freezing and had to be restarted until it wasn’t usable. I’d definitely stay again, but would be more prepared.

Very nice and modern! Staff was great, August in particular. The beds were a bit too hard, but overall a great, great place. I really liked how spacious and clean the room was, as well as the full size bath soap and shampoo and conditioner.

The hotel itself was nice and a I didn't mind being asked about my service dogs when I checked in, I appreciate it given all the fakes. But, when they start questioning my integrity I no longer felt welcome. So I checked out a day early and ate the cost of the room.

We were just staying for 1 night for a picnic event the next day at the Locke Surls Center for Art & Nature. 10 minutes after we checked in we were informed the event had been cancelled due to flooding. The hotel was super nice & let is check out & refunded our money. Very nice staff & service!

We booked a 2 night stay here at the end of February. The hotel is located right off 69, so that was nice. There is a Walmart right next to it and a few fast-food restaurants. The hotel looks nice from the outside. The staff was very friendly and check in and out was very easy. We were in a suite. The room was pretty spacious, and clean. Would be good for a family. During our first night, water started pouring from the ceiling in the bathroom. The front desk was called. A gentleman came to check. He went to the people above us and found out one of them had taken a shower and got water on the floor. The gentleman came back and informed us what had happened and said that does happen from time to time. He did offer to put us in a different room. Beds: The beds are very very firm, almost hard in our opinion. Not very comfortable. Breakfast: They had several types of cereal, packaged cinnamon rolls, bagels, cinnamon raisin bread, a few different muffins, turkey sausage (?), imitation eggs, biscuits, gravy, oatmeal. You also had the option of making a pancake, but no waffles. They also had hard boiled eggs, so I was not sure why they had imitation eggs? The breakfast was not the best. We decided to check out early on our 2nd day due to the beds and breakfast and just head home. Overall, the stay was “ok”.

Physical plant were fine however soap bar size extremely small, toilet tissue thin but softer than kleenex. Breakfast packaged eggs with nasty after taste. Thought holiday inns were better. Disappointed.
